Light the fire, get yourself a drink, maybe some popcorn, and buy some candy from the gas station because when your playing Peggle Nights, you will be stuck at your computer screen for hours at a time! Now I'm sure everyone has played Peggle, and I'm sure if you played the game you absolutely loved it. Nobody thought it could get better. Not ANYONE. But then, PopCap came along with one of the greatest, sophisticated, and cozy games I've ever played in my whole life. Peggle Nights. To me, there's nothing like working a long, 8 hour day in the office, then coming home to a beautiful dinner made by your mom or wife, and after eating said dinner, you wait until the sun sets and the moon rises on the black, starless, night sky. The only light that shines through your window is the moon. You throw a couple logs on the fire, put on some John Coltrane or Miles Davis, grab a nice glass of whiskey, put your feet up, and start up Peggle Nights. Now that I've set the scene, the gameplay is like no other. It can't even be put into words how much this game has changed my life. I've spent countless hours (on another account that I've sadly lost) into Peggle Nights. This is one of those games that will be remembered for ages. Every character is beautifully crafted, every map is warmer than a heated blanket, and everytime a ball hits an orange peg, I get butterflies in my stomach. And of course, this is a game I ONLY play at night. 9pm to 5am in the summer, 6pm to 6am in the winter. I'm still just appalled trying to write a review for this game because I can't even put into words what it does to me. This is a game that I insist every human being on the planet with any soul or love in their heart shall play.

Pegging at night is a wonderful experience, especially before bed.

The original Peggle Deluxe steam release works great but for some reason getting this one working is damn near impossible. The game launches in fugly forced widescreen with hardware acceleration and windowed mode disabled. I had to manually download old DirectX dependencies because the game does not come bundled with them (the folder where they're supposed to go is empty) because otherwise the game will accuse you of not having a strong enough PC. Even after getting hardware acceleration working, the game is still stuck in forced widescreen and the game ignores the fullscreen option. Old PopCap Framework games are literally so babyfied that there are no ingame options for changing screen resolution or working with anything about the game besides some basic radio button settings. I could go download dgVoodoo and spend another hour trying to troubleshoot this but I'd rather do literally anything else with my day.

i promise i did not actually spend 33 hours on this game i left it open i swear but it is pretty good so i would recommend spending 33 hours on it

Wonderful sequel. just as good as the first peggle. The vibes are just as good as the first. great gameplay as always.

Peggle Nights review Another fun little game from PopCap. Not much to say really... you try to hit all orange balls/blocks with your 10 balls before you run out of balls, this time during night-time levels. Doesn't sound very epic... but it gets so addictive like you wouldn't believe. Sound effects and music are good. Graphics are nothing special but are quite cordial. For it's price... especially on sale, this is a good buy. 8/10.

Although the game is more of a DLC to the original Peggle rather than a fully fledged sequel, bringing only one new Peggle Master to the table, Peggle Nights is still a fun and enjoyable pack of levels that Peggle fans will love or hate (depending on how good you are) worldwide. Also, the new Peggle Master that is introduced is probably one of the most skillful Peggle Masters introduced to the game, making it hard to deny the impact that this game has had on the Peggle esports community. With that being said, I wholeheartedly give Peggle Nights a 9/10.

Peggle is good fun; the thrill of hitting a trick shot, or timing a dunk into the bucket are wonderful, and the ecstasy of a full clear? Unmatched. Peggle Nights, in particular, is Peggle at its very best. Good levels, the most characters, and without any of the problems of later installments.

So much tighter and well rounded in comparison to the original, beating most every problem I have with the original. I think there's a resolution increase somewhere and there's gotta be new songs in the soundtracks because I didn't feel like I was stuck listening to the same three tracks like the original, and with it using the theme of nights to show the characters in a new light with new wild juxtaposition and themes in backgrounds I take all these facts as massive positives that kick the game up to a high 8/10, while the balancing of the master's is still equally a bit wack with plenty of filler feeling characters in an already tight-nit crew I do enjoy the new member a lot and in general it's just a slightly cleaner experience of an already classic game. Peggle gets a mwah I lvoe Peggle Peggle is lifeee. 8/10

More Peggle and its alright but some maps feel weird, like they have weird gravity but overall its pretty much the same but a bit more improved.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Peggle. but paying the same price for MORE of the SAME Peggle doesn't really make sense to me. Is there different levels? Yes. So if my refund request gets denied then that's okay i still have that i suppose. I also got the game on sale for like 80p anyway so who really cares.
