Urban Chaos

This game is ahead of it's time. Having a pseudo open-world game where you can talk to NPCs, get in cars/vans and drive, arrest whoever you want, take trash from the streets and then throw it back in 1999 is nuts. I think this was Mucky Foot's first game so that makes it even more impressive. The game controls hold up pretty well: it's tank controls but very fluid and responsive (don't know if this supports gamepads but on keyboard is great). The story, while getting a little crazy by the end, is engaging and the voice acting for the time is quite solid. The music is outstanding and the presentation is top notch. I highly recommend this game.
