90% of the gameplay is spent spectating, yet it's still my favorite game.

Where do I start...? Is the game fun? YES and NO. This game can give you the most exciting fun nights in party chats or ruin friendships... You can spend hours in this game rolling other squads and then the next day its your day to pad peoples MMR. Overall there simply is not another tactical round based FPS that does it like R6. People are going to complain about there being broken mechanics in the game or operators that are too overpowered, just like any game the devs are trying to balance not putting out shit content and peoples needs to consistently have something new. Does the game need some work? Sure, you cant have a game out for ten years and continually add content to it and expect there not to be issues that come along. However they do appear to be attempting to make positive strides and moving in the right direction. Game is good, but if your friends are soft, don't play it with them... this game can cause rage in the most calm people.

this game is actually the most gut wrenching, soul crushing, ball squishing, experience ive ever had, pc crashes oops that's a 24hr ban, game disconnects you from servers oops 2 day ban, and you cant appeal the ban either, so than you have to wait until you get unbanned, over all i would recommend this game if you want to be very severely depressed and want to hit your own balls with a hammer.

Good tactical game with lovely freaky teammates, bad matchmaking, champ ruining my experience, broken servers, getting kicked out mid-clutch and banned cuz of fucking Ubisoft's technical issues, I blame Lesion for everything. It’s always Lesion.

Cant recommend a game that wont let me make my account more secure by adding 2-step it would be stupid to buy anything in a game where security does not exist

As a former console player with over 2000 hours, I would NOT recommend this game to ANYONE that values their sanity, sleep habits, mental condition, physical and interpersonal well-being, or any semblance of happiness. The matchmaking is plagued by cheaters and smurfs; by toxic teammates that clutter communications with obscenities while somehow managing to still be incapable of nearly every skillful aspect of the game; by a long since jaded community that revels in the days of old with rose-tinted glasses; and by a development team that seems more interested in catering to the professional scene of the game than fostering the growth and enjoyment of their community. If you want to play a game that drains your time, patience, and will to live, this is it. But if you want to enjoy a fun, fair, and rewarding experience, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this game. Siege has lost its way, and no amount of patches or updates can return it to its former glory. There are better games out there that actually respect your time and sanity, so save yourself the from the suffering and anguish that is Siege and look elsewhere.

Terrible design choices by the devs. The lore makes no sense and there are skins that are so goofy which real special forces operators would never wear. They also got rid of terrorist hunt which was really good for practising. And why isn’t a single door in any map when a fundamental part of breaching the site of a siege is assessing the best way to clear through doors?

we are screwing up all our current IP's and new releases so instead of trying to make better games we are just going to 'Release' Rainbow 6 Siege X!... which is... just a regular patch but trust us its like a brand new game! I know there are those of you out there who think a Tom Clancy Game about counter-terrorism should have been like the game 'Ready or not' but we went the hero shooter route and took the terrorism and gritty realism aspects away. If you are playing on PC you simply cannot disable Crossplay. The configuration is in the Settings, but you cannot change it. I have A LOT OF REASONS to not want to crossplay. Ubisoft is dead.

after the update and changing the game to use dx12, its literally unplayable and keep crashing for some ppl

once you disconnect from a game it threatens to ban you if you dont reconnect but when you actualy try to reconnect it wont let you so ubisoft just decides to ban you. I have been constantly banned for 2 days then banned again and again

I, with my hundreds of thousands of hours in Tom Clancys Rainbow 6 Siege, can CONFIDENTLY say that it had terrible level design, little to no character progression, and a horrendous final boss. This game is no good for an above average gamer like myself, It is only for those deprived of nutrience and living on the streets, its utter trash. Friend of mine such as Timmj_ are rotted into believing it is a decent game. This game is corrupting the youth and ruining society as a whole. Tom Clancy is the devils advocate and was forced by contract to make a trap for humanity that they can never climb back out of.

-1000000 社会信用, banned from ranked and standard, and -50% XP and Renown for saying "EMP" (banned by their new chat filter) while there are people whose usernames are just the n-word or other slurs. people get away with saying racist or vulgar phrases anyway because they know how to worm around Ubisoft's new Great Firewall of China. The new social credit system encourages people to go into quick-play games and do absolutely nothing to get a good standing, while it penalizes the people who play the game normally because it HEAVILY punishes people for any amount of team killing, friendly fire, or gadget destruction.

It's a nice game. But a lot of hackers and sometimes just not fair gameplay.

Game itself is fun other than that its horrible. Its either these fuckass hitboxes that dont work, like come on its match fucking point and i absolutely dome him but hes fucking 50 cent for some reason. The new reputation system is so bad, im in dishonorable because i tked people that were griefing and cheating. Now i have to play 100 FUCKING MATCHES TO GET OUT OF THIS FUCKING REPUTATION. I wish nothing but hell and torture on these retarded fucking devs fix your game, siege X looks even worse i hope ubisoft goes bankrupt or gets blown up.

R6 siege as a game is unique and an excellent game. However, toxicity and lack of communication will make this game a challenge to play.

outdated, boring, and frustrating. i hope siege x is better, but its looking like its not going to be. if you really want to play a tactical site-based shooter play csgo or 无畏契约 because both are infinitely in a better state than siege is

I love this game so much. It reminds me of when my grade school bullies made fun of me because my glasses were blue and could see through smokes and flashes but only when sitting still. I love to relive those moments in this game. I wish I could always play this game, because I love rotting my mind out on this game by crouching in a corner far away from the objective and letting the enemy team win even though I am typing in all chat taunting them to find me. Wow people in this game are so much fun too. I have heard all sorts of lovely comments from random people such as "are you a woman" (my username is imawoman) and some other things that I dare not repeat to say aloud or written. I love the sensation of running into a building with a massive shield blocking my upper half of my body and punching people with said shield. The way they get so mad when I get a 5-kill with that operator is peak gameplay. I also love hearing my teammates when I die instantly with the diffuser on my dead body in the enemy's sight. Take me back to the good old days when my friends would play with me and not take the game seriously but only when I was playing. I could never get a 5-kill because they always stole the final kill because they didn't want me to succeed in life. I can use the skills I gained from this game to tactically advance my way through real life by getting high tech glasses that make me the coolest and most awesome person in the whole world. I hate the ubisoft launcher

Probably the most depressing game ive ever played, the team wont even play as a team in high ranks and most of the time you will be having a terrible time playing this game, very joyful and loving game 10/10 would try again

When this game was released, it was great. Great times with friends and a first of it's kind tactical shooter. After 10 years of development, I can confirm I'd rather contract cancer of the ass than play another second of this game.

Played the game a little bit. It's nice and very addicting, which is bad ofcourse. Another bad thing is the community, it's full of pretty bad players or way better players than you ( bad matchmaking ), nobody uses voice chat. I also learned why people hate Ubisoft that much ( you get banned for calling somebody a b1tch and they give you a ban for getting disconnected from their bad servers [ their problem not the players ] ) . Overall its a good game but it needs a fix.

This game is a very very calm game that soothes my brain until its bleeding and makes me feel like i want to commit many many felonies and fun fact you will lose your job after 2 days playing this game but overall its a good game👍

Matchmaking is shit. I get more people leaving on my team and never on the enemy team. It's like the game purposefully trying to piss me off.

Coming from console with over 4k hours thinking the game would be better, but its only cheaters after cheaters. EVEN IN CASUAL! Think you're playing real players, go up a couple rounds then BOOM toggle now you're going against three cheaters.

One of the best tactical shooters but has the worst player base imaginable and yet still has some of the most ridiculous glitches overall 10/10 also an extra point because Homelander, 2B, master chief, chun li , and dallas from payday 2. This game will ruin your sanity and ears forever unless you watch spoit or Jynxzi. But other than that YOU WILL HAVE FUN playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. (it will also increase your aura and lower the rizz stats depending how much of this game you decide to spend your hours in)

So I load into ranked and start droning and it says "oh no your game crashed" then all my teamates vote to forfeit and now im banned for 2 hours. Horrible game

If you enjoy shield play the current build of siege isn't for you. Siege has also been turning more and more into a hero shooter from its early days.

The game "overall positivity/negativity" system is so stupid. Im doing regular matches to level for ranked and my NPC idiot teammates continuously run infront of teammate fire and die. I END UP WITH A TEAM KILL? The idiots you get teamed with see bullets and their first thought is to catch them with their head! So dumb man fix this shit

A battlefield where tactics, strategy, and teamwork separate the champions from the walking targets. You either play smart, or you play spectator mode. R6 - simple as that. If you go in with a plan, communicate with your team, drone ahead, and use your head instead of just your trigger finger—you’ll love this game. But if you run in like a headless chicken, as in CS, thinking you’re the main character in an action movie, guess what? You’re not. Ez frag. And when your bullets “don’t register” (a.k.a. you missed your shots), you’ll be the one crying in chat, blaming hit reg instead of your lack of a brain.

Bugisoft is a mess right now. The reputation system is absolute bollocks, and the servers are a mess. still gonna play it

They will never fix the cheater issue. They will never stop catering to toxic morons. They will never stop poor balancing decisions that strip away the tactical gameplay. This recent publicity stunt is only that, a publicity stunt. Rainbow Six Siege X will only contribute to the overbloated, underdeveloped, shitshow of a game you already know and dislike. Maybe you will be satisfied for a game or two, and then after that, you will play against a guy who strangely seems to know where you are at all times. Go check cheaters you've reported in the past. 9/10 of them are still unbanned and are still enjoying the sweet sweet feeling of blatantly walling 6 years later. The only way Ubisoft and these degenerates lose is if you quit playing. Deny Ubisoft the money.

It can be LOTS of fun if you have friends to play it with. Just never never ever, under any circumstances, do ANY of the things listed: 1. Play without a friend/solo queue 2. Play Ranked 3. Play Quick Match 4. Take it seriously in the slightest 5. Expect your team mates to play the game 6. Get upset when things don't go your way 7. Build your happiness or personal satisfaction on your in-game performance 8. Think about the game while not playing it 9. Feel personally offended when ANYTHING happens, regardless of what it is 10. Tell yourself that you deserve to win 11. Feel entitled to fair fights 12. Expect to perform even slightly better than utter garbage 13. Care about winning or losing 14. Care about dying 15. Expect to be better than your opponents 16. Play with children 17. Play with idiots 18. Play with manchildren If you don't do these things, you'll probably have fun!
