The music is amazing; the game is great. BUT I know that there is AT LEAST one song that doesn't appear in this album. The thing is it is one of my favorite songs aswell. Without going into too many spoilers, it is a hyper immersive song apparently sung by the soldiers in the final section of the game.

Amazing soundtrack. Makes up so much of the game. The final song the the soldiers are humming is in there but not the ''humming'' version, which is a pity. But otherwise 10/10.

File Format: MP3, ranging from 278kbps to 298kbps. As stated in other reviews, the Merkfolk songs aren't the full-length versions of the tracks, because they have been edited for length and to remove bits that didn't sound thematically appropriate with the game. I'm in two minds about this, on one hand it doesn't matter that much since you'll still hear what you get in the game, but part of me wishes that the tracks were the full versions. This isn't really a big deal-breaker though, but it does contribute to me knocking a few more arbitrary points off the score. The full length versions of the songs can be heard on Spotify (or bought here) anyway. Otherwise, this collection is a predominantly melancholic, and at times rousing (especially the Merkfolk tracks) collection that thematically fits the setting and mood of the game at any given time VERY well. Track picks: Merkfolk (Merkfolk) We're in it Together (Carlos-Filipe Alves) The Burden of The Crown (Carlos-Filipe Alves) Poludnica (Merkfolk)
8.5/10
The MP3 files lack any ID3 tags with metadata. No cover art either. Pretty disappointing; it's not hard to make metadata tags. FLAC or WAV tracks would also be a plus, but since this soundtrack is lacking even the most basic of features, I don't really expect high-quality audio from this.

Lovely. Relaxing. Enjoying playing it on repeat. Great job! Except for track 17 which I removed.

It suits the game and is nice enough really. Do it to support the devs though!

Disappointed they didn't use the full Merkfolk songs.
