Rise of Flight United

Christ. The sim is great, but everything around it is not. You have to create an account on the RoF website, log in every time you play, activate all DLC bought on Steam on their website, etc. And sometimes their codes just don't work and you have to contact customer service to try to fix it. That was my mistake, though - I should've just straight refunded this game when that happened. Their customer service is no joke one of the worst I've ever experienced. They treat you like a scammer, ask the same questions over and over, don't actually know how their sim is integrated with Steam... Just absolutely dire stuff, imho. I still haven't been able to activate my DLC codes yet. I've been in talks with their CS team for 3 days now. They're now asking me to send them information I had sent them two days ago. I'm feeling really optimistic that maybe this time they'll actually come through and fix their database and make the DLC magically appear in my account, though, because I'm rube like that :c)
