Excellent metroidvania with an interesting but not super complex story, a large but not enormous amount of gameplay (I restarted once or twice because I messed up, but it only took me roughly 8 hours to actually beat it) and it was full of enough secrets and references that it was fun, but not overwhelming. Suffice to say, if there was a sequel I would play it IMMEDIATELY.
