Short matching picture to the breed of dog and cat. Clear photos, wasn't as skilled at the breeds of cats than I was of dogs. Great quick achievement game if that's what you're looking for.

This is a game where you need to name the dog or cat by clicking one of 4 options. The dogs are easier than the cats, but it takes about 15 minutes to complete the game. Remember to click the (i) on all of the pictures to unlock all the achievements.

A short and boring quiz game thats meant to be educational but really educates you as well as the american school system. You basically just memorise each one and keep going until you fail, then redo it using memory. Can't recommend, not fun and the only positive are the achievements.

I love cats and I love dogs But I don't like this "game" quiz at all Suitable for all the people who think having more achievements it's something important ..... than having a good videogaming experience... I still prefer to love cats and dogs.... (than playing delusional copy paste games from yet another dishonest russian self made half backed and useless unskilled "dev")

This is a simple game that has four choices to answer a question about the breed of dog or cat. Not that difficult, save you have a certain number of wrong answers you can make before the quiz fails... Do note that in order to get the country achievements, you should click the "i" button up top on each entry.

JQ: dogs & cats is a great educational game to learn about the different breeds of cats and dogs. Note limited availability due to developer budget as you will see not all of the possible breeds are in this game! The images are of amazing quality where you can visualize your next future companion! Seriously though show this game to your significant other and let them see the variety of cats and dogs. There are some cute ones! At the top of the screen you will find an (i) information icon where you can reveal the domestic country of the breed. Rate 6/10 based on length, quality and difficulty. The achievements can be unlocked 100% without any difficulty.

It's actually something I wasn't expecting but not only did I learn the names of a lot of these dogs & cats but the countries they are from. So all in all I really learned something new and would 100% recommend this. Not difficult but a great way to test your knowledge. I didn't know quite a few to my surprise.

I like to volunteer at the animal shelters and community rescues and this game has helped me with identifying animal breeds. Pros: 1. I like that the country the animals were bred from is available. 2. I like that I can mute the music. Comment 1. I wish the list of animal breeds were longer

Better than the Just Questions: Chemistry and Country ones, imo, but still sh!t. This quiz is underwhelming. All it asks is the name of cat and dog breeds. Also none of the questions are in random order and the correct answers aren't reshuffled either, so it's kind of easy when you already know from last try where all the correct answers are. Plus you have to click advance each time, there is no auto continuation when you get the answer right. An easy and fast 100% Achievements is the best thing about it.

Fun little game for those who want to learn some of the breeds of cats and dogs. I wasn't clear on how to get the country achievements, but it suffices to press the i button in each of the animal screens and once a new country has been found, the achievement will be activated.

Make sure you click on the "i" for the flag achievements for each question while you identify the type of breed. I was looking for Lhasa Apso, there is none in this game. They could add a lot more dogs and cats. Good game for really young kids who have an interest in cats and dogs.

Quick educational game, or a quick game to complete Achievements. There is no resolution settings so I'm not sure what it defaults to but it full-screens and works enough.

Strongly recommend and a great time to buy especially now too since the steam sale makes it 0.47p. I now have cute achievements! Easy to complete and doesn't take up too much time :)

JQ: dogs & cats is a quiz game about dogs and cats. I'm actually giving this a positive review for 3 reasons: It's informative, knowing the countries of origin is nice and there's a good variety of dogs and cats. Honestly, I have to admit that the game is extremely short and has no replay value, so that's something to keep in mind. One repetitive song throughout the whole thing, one low quality sound effect for cats and dogs, and just pictures from taken from the Internet for the different breeds. The pictures/answers are always in the same order, quite an oversight to be honest. Overall, I'm just happy that it was a short and sweet game and for $1, it's passable.

JQ: dogs & cats is a browser/Flash type quiz game slapped together badly with ClickTeam Fusion. This is a really poorly done quiz game where you have a multiple choice guess at the breed of various cats or dogs based on a single photograph (stolen shamelessly from the internet by the shady Russian devs behind this). That's all there is to this shovelware, it might as well be a webpage. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the Clickteam Fusion game engine/toolset - the "No-Code" construction kit that "Anyone can make games with!!". Including, you know, people who aren't game developers. Which is a problem. This is a very poor quality toolset sometimes used by amateur developers as it's free (so they don't have to pay for GameMaker Studio) and doesn't require advanced game development skills, but unfortunately has very limited capabilities (it's arguably worse than GameMaker Studio). Just as you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, you can't make a great video game if you use a terrible engine. The very poor quality of this game puts it squarely on-par with ancient 1990's Flash/Java games, and given it's 2023 (and this was released not so far back in 2018), gamers and the industry expect and deserve better than this kind of low effort shovelware. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 4 players. That's right, only 4. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is to be expected. Gamers just didn't take this low quality game seriously, and for good reason. JQ: dogs & cats is relatively cheap at $3 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

Pretty much exactly what it looks like, a cats & dogs quiz game. Its not particularly long, so dont plan on getting more than 10 minutes out of this. Low effort by the dev, but at least priced okay. I can only conditionally recommend this in the sense that if the video on the store page tickles you right you might enjoy it, I personally didnt have a lot of fun playing it. Im on a quest of at least trying every game in my library, of which I got plenty from all kinds of bundles, not all though. If you are interested in my journey, check out my other reviews :)

It's a simple quiz game about breeds of cats and dogs. You get a picture and you identify the breed. Learned a few I didn't know about. It's worth playing through if you get it as part of a bundle or on sale.

Good game, please update with more content. Please add DLC for Cows or fish or sheep.
