Only 4 Maps.... Took me less then 2 hours to unlock all towers and upgrades due to the fact that the waves keep going forever without the waves getting harder. Could use a handful of more maps which would make it worth the $$. Save your cash and buy something else.

Great quick game to kill time during break and you can accumulate in-game currency through continuous gameplay; however, the feature to purchase diamonds (for added perks) with accumulated in-game currency doesn't work and only allows you to pay real-money for them. Other downsides is that you have to keep the game window in-focus or else it'll stop - so one who likes to multitask may not like this game as you'll be required to keep the game window in-focus; otherwise, it will pause. Another downside is that the center of the game-view will adjust based on the current position of the mouse - there's been numerous instances where the center becomes adjusted where half of the bottom-board is inaccessible - no matter if you zoom-out or zoom-in or adjust the pan via the arrow-keys. Good game, but not worth blowing real-money for in-game perks.

This feels like a work in progress, school project, or a tech demo. You get 2 levels to play, but (w8 for it lol) you can make in app purchases to buy coins with REAL money, and you can use these coins to buy 2 more levels. NO NO NO!

I'm not really exited by this game and i will tell why, But first let me tell what i do love. Really like the style of the game and the different towers. But then there are only four levels. And there are no goals, no story, nothing to achieve exept for youre level. When you play a lot of TD games you will see that you will play these levels easy to wave 50, and then its suddenly game over because there are no more waves. After completing these levels you will have a lot of money that you cant use because you all ready bought all the towers. For me this feels like a free demo, not a €5,- game wich also provide mico transactions. Maybe when there will be a update with a lot of new levels and also some goals to achieve than i would give it a new try. but for now after less then 4 hours of playing and completing everything its not worth more of my time

I'm not really sure if Space Panic Defense is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt... regardless, asset flip or not, the quality here is indistinguishable from many asset flip/cash grab scams, and that's a problem in itself. The sci-fi themed tower defense is very simplistic, small and limited in scope and ambition. This feels more like a tech demo, proof of concept or student homework assignment rather than a fully fledged product designed for PC gamers. As such it doesn't offer any real value as a serious PC game. It doesn't make sense that the highly detailed 3D tower assets were created for a game with only 2 playable levels... this is very suspicious. It also features vestigal stubs intended for a mobile app cash shop... that has no place on a PC game. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 7 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam? Space Panic Defense is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. This is also competing with over 11,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.

I'm torn with this game. I like it, but at the same time I'm disappointed. Pros: It's a tidy little game. Looks good. Only 1 bug (very annoying one mind you) Has a 4x speed. Cons: Only 4 levels. Limited depth. It's a very grindy game. Towers are unbalanced. The UI is ordinary at best. Levels don't appear to get harder the higher up you go. Even though it implies you can buy gems for coin, the menu won't let you. Only has a 4x speed. The grinding nature of the game, it'd be good to have a x100 speed. Or higher. No health bars. The annoying bug: The disruptor sound cannot be shut off. Turn off all sounds and it drones on. I guess it's appropriately named. Poral tower is way too op. It's too easy to portal lock the enemies to an easy win. It should probably have some sort of immunity over time. Nice game. It's 5 years old, so I doubt we'll see any updates.

For under $2 . it's a fine little TD. Looks good. Plays fine. fun for about 4 hours. (grind to get the remaining towers is a bit of a slough) and needs more map / enemies .

Do not buy. Game could be nice, everything is made very cool. But there's only one game mode - infinite wave. And only 4 maps. You can unlock weapons, etc. But what for? Once I built all available towers, upgraded it and left the game on it's own for the whole night. In the morning I found that waves still running and CPU is on high load. And I just quit. Well, I opened some weapons. But why? Why the hell have I done this? Even for the price of dirt, it gives you only disappointment and feeling of undone.

Great tower defense game. Tons of upgrades, maps to unlock, You can buy gems or trade them in for money you earn in the game. Great use of the power of Unity engine, nice sound tracks that keep you pumped up while you play. I like this title and the price is just right. Nice work!

I absolutely love this game style, and the music is great, would highly recommend this game, but where in the world is the quit button? I had to windows key it, and end the task in task manager for goodness sake....

Good graphic and a lot of towers, but it's not a game - looks like a totally disballansed demo. So sad, the game had potential.

This game has come a long way since the beta! The developer also listened to my feedback. Always showing the tower levels was my idea, and showing the range when you select a tower, etc. The graphics of this version is much better than on mobile. I wish the game had trap music instead of techno, but that's just my opinion haha.

This has the makings of a good game -although it Introduces nothing new to the genre. Encountered a bug where money spent on tower upgrades do not always come off your available cash (but not a game breaker). Have played all 4 levels and will keep my eye out for future levels and improvements.
