Deiland Pocket Planet is a mild and relatively short farming game, with many planting seeds, a few sheep and bees to watch for, some basic gadgets to develop and upgrade, some mostly friendly folks to meet and help to (and to receive help in return), and also, to ease up the stupid nightmares, and shoo away the 'monsters' from under the bed. In other words, it's a small indie title, well approved for kids of nearly any age, to play in short sessions and take it easy. The game was in the long development, and suffered 2 recreations, while the developer was training his arm to make all things right. Thus, many people who saw the first two iterations, wrote some disappointed reviews. But since I only saw the last version, and it worked fine to me, without any considerable bugs, or something really unpleasant, I can fairly vouch for this game as a 'good experience'. There is not much going on, though, and the technical side of the game, as well as its complexity, is somewhere on the level of games I played about 20-25 years ago, so... My mark is 6.5/10. Give it to a 3-10 y.o. kid, or play it yourself, as a rather easy to complete and mind-relaxing amusement, for the times when you're not ready to conquer the worlds.
