Classic 90s fighting video game! Tonns of enemies, SNES graphics and cool soundtrack! This game brought me forgotten memories of 90s, when we played video games on TV with friends. Good old times! ^^ About the game: I completely loved the amount of enemies (classic video games nostalgy again!) and how different they are. Men, women, dogs, Huge Bosses! And they are coming in waves, jumping, trying to catch you, attack you with knives and other weapons. And my charcter can also grab some enemy and throw him to incoming wave! I totally loved this feature! More than that, slain enemies are leaving money, food and weapons on the ground, so I can use all the dropped weapons. Steam is full of retro video games remakes and I must admit, sadly, most of them are suffering from low quality. I'm happy to say - Dark Judgement is not in that list. This game is 100% pure action retro video game with solid variations of enemies, fighting tricks and weapons. Recommended!

Graphics is fine, combat is quite ok but there is no something that could touch your heart. This game is for beat'em up lovers only.

I enjoyed it. The only main issue was that I couldnt reconfigure the buttons. The assign controls menu does not function. I really wanted to use the DPad, and switch the jump and attack buttons around, because here by default the button A, normally assigned to jump in most other beat ´em up games, is for punching/kicking, just awkward. I dont recommend this game for newbies of the genre, but for players like myself, who grew up playing streets of rage etc. on the sega megadrive, and have played most other beat ´em up games to date, it is something worth checking out. I think it is a decent game, nice soundtrack too. Shame though about the button issue. I hope that this is fixed some day.

A very basic beat'em up that does nothing unique or special. It's a homage to nothing. The controller support is terrible, the game only uses the analog stick is used for movement and can't be changed.

I bought this game to remember my childhood, I really like it with its retro style. The game reminds me of a taken with its combat system, for which I fell in love with it. Also in the game is very cool music and graphics on top.

Great game, lets remember the old games that we played in the long years when there were no computers! I advise those who like to kill time with such games to buy this gro, everything is done with high quality and not some glitches are not observed)

I would be happy if this game was half as good as any of the SEGA or NES classics, but just about everything here is underwhelming or uninspired. First of all, there is no option to remove black borders, and while playing on the controller I still have to use the keyboard to pause - if I can play a 28-year-old beat'em up in fullscreen, this one should have it too. There is too much enemy recycling, which to be fair, is not uncommon in this genre, but I feel like 80% of the enemies are the same 2 sprites. The environments are very forgettable, there is not a single stage in this game that has nice detail or texture. While the combat is serviceable by retro standards, some of the enemies have a tendency to perma-lock you with gunfire, occasionally taking entire health bar. The only positive thing I can say is that characters have more moves than I expected, like 2 more than SOR 2. However, even the super attacks in this game are kinda trashy in terms of offence, you will mostly use them to escape. This game is the bare minimum, you can find much better beat'em ups in this price range.
