This is techno—a metaphorical journey through the five stages of accepting the inevitable! The visuals are quite pleasant, and while the combat is simple, it's surprisingly engaging. The only real downside is the optimization. As far as I know, the game was made by a solo developer in their spare time, basically working on it in the evenings. It’s their first project and first steps in game development—and with that in mind, I found it genuinely interesting and definitely worth the money.

Dark Cave is a third-person slasher fighting game set in a dark fantasy world. Created by the Denoriks development studio, which is backed by only one person, based on the Unreal Engine using free assets. Death is just the beginning. In the rebellion against the Gods, the Heron leader Alalik is killed in the last battle and ends up in a buffer for souls. This is where his adventures begin. You need to find a way out of the buffer of souls into the world of the living in order to continue fighting against the Gods or accept your death and go to a new world to meet the unknown.

cool slasher, with various levels and enemies, average graphics, the character is made a little badly, the combat is weak, hud needs to be redone

It's a pretty good slasher. Nice graphics, simple and clear combat. I took it on a discount and I've never regretted it. The game will please fans of watching the battle from the 3rd person, you have to repel the mobs-enemies, which do not shine with a variety of attacks to the best of their abilities, the weapon of the main character in the style of Middle-rock. . If you like complex and atmospheric games, Dark Cave is a great choice. Be sure to try it, but be careful, I would also like to highlight the musical accompaniment, it's just gorgeous

This game absolutely captivated me from the very first moment. The world-building is breathtaking—every location feels alive, dripping with dark, gothic beauty and an eerie sense of mystery. The combat is fluid and satisfying, with just the right amount of challenge to keep you engaged without feeling unfair. What really stands out is the storytelling. The lore is deep and intriguing, with morally complex characters that stay with you long after you’ve stopped playing. The voice acting and soundtrack are phenomenal, pulling you deeper into its haunting atmosphere. If you love rich, atmospheric games with intense action and a gripping narrative, don’t miss this one. A true masterpiece in its genre!

a couple of words there about the game A great try of the developer's pen in the genre of slasher, given that the complexity of such a project for one person is already a merit. The game will please fans of watching the battle from the 3rd person, you will have to beat the mobs-enemies, which do not shine with a variety of attacks to the extent of their ii, the weapon of the main character in the style of the Middle Ages, which fits well into the environment of the locations. so fuck it, we recommend the whole village

A very interesting walker with various combat mechanics. It is surprising that the game was developed by only one person!! I recommend it to all fans of this genre.

That's it, nostalgia for PlayStation 1 games, it was a good time. I'm glad I experienced the good emotions of childhood again, thank you

A simple indie slasher – nothing groundbreaking, but decent for killing time. You can tell it uses free assets, but the gameplay’s actually fun. Hope the dev improves the lighting; that’d make it way better. For an indie title, it deserves to exist.

Dark Cave is an atmospheric indie slasher with solid combat and intriguing boss fights. The visuals and sound create a dark, immersive world. While short, it’s impressive for a solo developer and offers a rewarding challenge for action fans. Worth playing if you enjoy dark fantasy adventures!

The combat is like dancing with a bear: one wrong move and you're on the menu. The atmosphere is cool, the world is dark, but the content is lacking
