This is a very charming game that starts as a little game you attend over trying get to the end of the level. It beings basic with having a sword and some magic, and the game slowly builds from there. It introduces a crafting system and eventually modifiers for your weapons that can be learned to a science for predicable results. If you get far enough in the game it becomes an idle efficiency game. Where you can have the game automatically perform actions based on conditionals. That requires basic logic statement and is very much basic coding, but I imagine if you come to a game with ASCII art, you may be more inclined to like this in a game. The community behind the game is still active as the events come out, and examples of really optimized builds are quite the sight to see. A large part of my hours came from grinding levels overnight before I had the ability to activate the offline grind mode. Where you set to clear the level some number of times in a row efficiently to then unlock the ability to tell the game "grind this level while I am away" so doing what I did is unnecessary. I really like this game, and if it is something that sounds like you might like it, I'd give it a shot!

This unique game has grabbed my interest with its ASCII style game from the old days combined with its very fitting sound track. It reignited my interest to coding as it uses game elements which are optional to run automated scripts along with its emotionally captivating stories if you like progress based stories this game is for you! Personally starting out it felt more like a movie until the mechanics are slow dripped to you throughout the game they don't dump it all on you right at the beginning and for that I was thankful. 🙏
