One moment I send an army to someone who fell rectum first onto a screwdriver and the next I have a single medical motorcycle unit to use when mother earth is fucking me with the biggest tornado that there has ever been. 10/10 experience.

Yes its repetitive, but not in a bad way. I love how you slowly progress through the districts and If you get bored with one area there are a ton of campaigns to choose from. Great game.

I expected it to be fun but it is more fun than what I expected, still it looks like they worked a lot the first mid game, the second part of the game lacks content in my opinion. There is also some kind of bug that moves the vehicles as they wish without one saying them to move to that place.... It's sincerely really bothering, to the point that I am tired of playing at 90% of game accomplished. Still, in offer I think it's a good game for the first mid of the game.

Got this game on sale including the Last Duty DLC. PRO's Immersion: You are a dispatcher, under paid, over worked, with lives on the line. Makes your choices matter. Replay-ability: I have not even touched 1/6 of the scenarios. Most of the game play stem from trying out different cities. Difficulty control: You can set which areas you want to manage, modify the difficulty, and modify the amount of incidents. CON's Laptop: FPS cooked. Make my laptop real hot. It will be a concern for those playing in endless stages and large maps. Wishing for more units: Mods are available, but having a bit of random generation for unit stats and a greater selection is wanted. This is due to the presence of certain units that simply do not see any much use. Rating Very good, recommend even if it were not on sale. Demo for a similar game "911 operator" is available on mobile if you want to feel the potato version. I give it a 11 incidents over 2 special forces vehicle.

Fun weekend game. I think you can get enough variety from playing different locations across the globe. If the premise sounds fun to you then you'll enjoy it. The difficulty can be changed by you so it's only as stressful as you want it to be.

Super cool concept. Fun when hella shit is happening at once. Cool realism elements like giving CPR instructions to people who call in. I just feel like the UI in general isn't great and pretty finicky. Once I felt the game getting harder, I knew it would be a pain to actually make it happen and continue to progress in a way that was unfun. Maybe worth a try if this is really up your ally (I'm a big fan of crisis management games), but I ended up returning it once I knew I wasn't gonna stick with it.

The game is great! Being a person who loves simulator games and has played 911 Operator, the game is honestly one of the best and has potential. Regular updates will make the game more engaging though.
7.0/10
Pros: + Great simulation: The game provides a realistic look into the daily responsibilities and intense stress faced by 112/911 operators. + Diverse situations and incidents + Informative: Offers practical knowledge on first aid and how to react in emergencies like bleeding or food poisoning. + User-friendly interface: Clean UI and intuitive management make it easy to control units and respond quickly. Cons: - Lack of progression: While you eventually manage more districts and the entire city, there are no meaningful rewards or special events to keep you motivated. - Repetitive events: After 5–7 hours, incidents start to repeat with identical choices and outcomes, reducing the need for adaptive thinking. - Basic graphics: Visuals are minimal, with static icons representing vehicles and people. Real-time animations or dynamic scenes would greatly enhance immersion. - Lack of narrative depth: I especially enjoy events that involve the operator’s own family, as they add emotional weight and urgency, forcing quick and meaningful decisions. I wish the game included more personal storylines and impactful, choice-driven scenarios where the consequences of your actions truly matter—rather than simply resulting in a game over.

-Completed the game- Getting achievments especially 30 duties, was boring as hell, other one's was ok. Local hero achievment had to use VPN to get, somekind of bug happend and I didn't get at the first time, Scenarios were intresting in its own way, some were easy, some were pretty hard. -Pingu played it: 6/10-

I really enjoy playing 112 Operator, especially because of the career mode where you can manage emergency services in your own city. It’s such a cool feature that makes the game feel personal and immersive. Being able to respond to different emergencies and make strategic decisions right in your hometown adds a unique layer of realism. The gameplay is well-balanced between managing resources and reacting to unpredictable situations, which keeps things challenging but never overwhelming. It’s rewarding to see your city become safer because of the choices you make. If you’re into strategy and simulation games with a personal touch, 112 Operator is definitely worth checking out.

It’s alright, the concept is cool, you’re managing emergency services and answering calls. It’s not a bad game, but it’s definitely not something I’d play for long sessions. More like a game you pick up once in a while.

This is probably one of my favorite strategy games. I honestly continue to enjoy it every day, despite its simplicity. I recommend it, it's a cool game.

I'm a 911 dispatcher and have to say this is pretty good. Obviously there are some differences but trying to fit it all in a game I can play that is more fast pace than the real thing they did great! My 2 requests would be to make an option for filtering language, I'd love to let my kids play if that was an option. My 2nd request is the keyboard commands in tips should also provide steam deck controls/ have an option to display those. Great game and i love it!

🟩 Recommended 🕒 Playtime at review: 12,2 hours 112 Operator is an excellent real-time management/simulation game that expands meaningfully on what 911 Operator started. You step into the shoes of an emergency dispatcher, tasked with managing police, fire, and medical units in real-time, responding to incidents ranging from minor nuisances to large-scale disasters. ✅ Positive: Strong immersion: The real-time map, the (often intense) voice calls, and the diversity of events make for a truly engaging experience. Addictive gameplay: The multitasking is both challenging and satisfying. Prioritizing emergencies and making decisions with limited resources keeps you on your toes. Facilities adds real depth: This expansion lets you construct your own stations (police, fire, and hospitals), adding a welcome strategic layer to resource distribution. The Last Duty is a great finale: Offers a more narrative-driven campaign with increasing tension. A satisfying way to wrap up your time with the game. ❌ Negative: UI can feel overwhelming: Especially in larger cities, the interface can get cluttered. You adapt, but a more streamlined UX would improve the experience. Repetition over time: Even with the expansions, certain calls and events repeat too often, which can hurt long-term replayability. AI pathfinding isn’t perfect: Units don’t always take the most efficient routes, and sometimes require manual correction. 🧩 About other DLCs: I don't own Search & Rescue, Water Operations, or the vehicle DLCs. That said, Facilities and The Last Duty already add substantial value to the base game without feeling like content was cut out and sold separately. In summary, 112 Operator is a well-designed, challenging, and immersive dispatch management sim. If you enjoy high-pressure logistics and strategy, it’s a great pick. The two expansions I own significantly enhance the experience without being mandatory to enjoy the core game. A solid evolution from 911 Operator, and definitely recommended for fans of the genre.
