I played this game on EA app for many years and god damn I miss this gem. I wish EA could make Titanfall 3... I want to see same movement like is currenty doing for Star Wars Battlefront 3 campaign. Also add original Titanfall 1 to the steam please. EA please.

What can be said about Titanfall 2 that hasn't been said already? It is triple-A masterpiece! A very solid game that set the standard for FPS campaigns. It is amazing in almost every way, but sadly was mistreated by the developers and publishers. I got this game purely for the campaign but was surprised how engaging it was. The gameplay, combat, movement and mechs! Only place I saw parkour FPS like that is that battle royale "VTM: Bloodhunt" and only place where I enjoyed riding a Mech was the now dead "HAWKEN". Titanfall 2 has aspects of these two and delivers a stellar experience! Why did this game have to be released between popular FPS like "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" and "Battlefield 1"? They are hugely popular triple-A games in their own right, why even compete with them? To be honest, they are TRASH games with various own issues, but still.. Now in hindsight, years after launch, only Titanfall 2 is remembered with fondness and respect! EA did not help with laying off Respawn Entertainment employees after not getting the billions of dollars they greedily expected. Oh and owning the game on Steam, still launches it in Origin!? Wtf. I tried the multiplayer, I can see the fun and appeal in it, despite some gripes. I don't have much to add on this aspect of the game, check out what other people say. Titanfall 2 has become a modern classic and will not be forgotten! Even if EA wants to, judging by the devastatingly pathetic downfall of Apex Legends.. A MUST PLAY.

I just finished the single player campaign (2025). Great game. Very cinematic, very broad and fun game- and gunplay as a first person shooter and as a mech arcade game. Over time a lovely relationship to the robot AI builds up while playing. We see insanely good ideas and staging, some scenes are mindblowing. :D This AAA game is very well made and I totally recommend it to lovers of scince fiction, mechs and ego shooters. The sound and music design is also great btw..

Visually stunning, action-packed, and clever level design. Although the campaign is relatively short, it's absolutely worth playing. I thoroughly enjoyed the 6 hours I put into the game, and hope to one day replay it. Highly recommended, especially if on sale.

Thanks EA for breaking this on Linux, really broke Apex and then had to go to a 2016 game too. FFS you sad sack of sh*ts I hate m$ more than your company. Like let me play the games I have a licence for. Love this has worked for years and suddenly this week EA's like nah, 9 year old game and you have to f*ck with it.

The game itself if good but there is 2 huge BUT: 1) EA game -> all problems you had with EA launchers you will relive them again. 2) EA game -> launching multiplayer requires you to have science degree in informatics or have master hacker friend. Other than that I would recommend this game. On discount. During christmass sale.

I didnt play the multiplayer aspect of the game, but the campaign is another level. It is incredible, masterfully completed and it really did get me emotionally involved in it. I wont spoil it, but the ending really moved me. If you get it at 85% off, i say it is 100% worth it and worth every dollar spent.

Super controversial opinion. First of all - game is fine. It just most likely does not match your expectation. Second of all - i no idea what multiplayer is all about, not interested, so i speak about single player campaign. People speak about this game like its Half-Life and Doom in one, but its not. YES - Titanffall Has very good mechanic of movement, that i never met before (in one place). You have double jump and wall run, and can freely shoot in process. Very cool. Still have no dash (have on Titan). At the same time - battle design is too weak for this system, you can not effectively control space and enemies around you - because since its FPS you should look at the same side you move in most cases. Thats the reason why most FPS has no such systems. And even when you Can - its not accentuated enough. I mean really battle design just weak. I Guess its okay for multiplayer cuz action there Not Directed. But single game Is directed. And it made bad. About other mech-s - nothing to say. Its just default 2-guns thing from any random war-based shooter. At one level you have nice new mechanic, which is funny Singularity reference. Story - extremely weak. I no idea how they were able to release it with straight face. It looks like first chapter of may be FOUR or FIVE, if not a pilot episode. Game show you villains that you will never meet and they not defeated and war is not over, and... idk, when i finished it i was just shocked how bad it is. Choices you make (for some reason) do nothing, whole cult of "oh, such a bond they forge!" based just on nothing, and all dropped right after beginning. If you fan of my little pony may be its fine, but heres no Any comparing with best (even of FPS) plot games. But... as i said, game still is fine (I recommend it, right?). You just should not await masterpiece, to not be so disappointed as i was. Its just random FPS for one evening you will play and forget. Or, if you multiplayer guy, i think you will find here much more (at least people say so, but in other hand they also say plot here is fine).

Completely broken. The EA launcher (why is it even there for a single player game?!) does instantly crash. If you buy this game and have the same issue: don't hope that it'll be fixed a few years down the line like i did: instantly refund it...

One of the best games I have ever palyed, the story is short, lasting more or less 5 hours, but even if it is a little short, it is also moving, the game is incredible, the movement is fluid and has a variety of weapons to use with a lot of mechanics that you can use, recomended 100%

Buy this game at your own discretion you will probably love it which will seem like a good thing at first but you will also forever have to live with the perpetual torment despair and denial that their will never be a titan fall 3 no matter how badly you want it. Such is the curse of a titan fall player forever doomed to beg for a sequel however your pleas will always fall on the death ears of EA's upper executives. Multiplayer is cool and the campaign is one of the best i have ever played BT is the GOAT. Just note that the only people who still play multiplayer on PC nowadays are the sweatiest most unemployed individuals to ever grace the earth. They will run your shit in 10 different directions thanks to the "advanced movement" which is so fcking good so good that COD tried to copy it 3 times and each time they messed it up. So if the game is on sale do your self a favour and buy it it is 100% worth it

I spent half my playtime trying to get the achievement in the tutorial. 10/10, would wall-slide again.

It's a pretty solid game. Not as good as some of the word-of-mouth would have you believe, but it is very good at what it does. 8/10 for me.

Very nice shooter/adventure in a detailed sci-fi environment. Very highly polished graphics, controls. The combat feels excellent on foot and from the Titan. Good attention to details makes you feel part of a cohesive universe. The game is all action with little down-time, and the plethora of weapons and loadouts provides a smorgasboard of violence. The parkour is fairly fluid if a little nail-biting at times. The story is quite linear as well. Some of the characters are quite colorful, but you really only see them through the scope of a rifle most of the time. I completed the game in 7 hours, and I'm no speed-runner, so the game could have been longer.

Really like the swiftness you enter your titan mid battle. One of the best movement shooters I've ever played.

Playing since 20 years and not many games managed to give me goosebumps. This one did. If somebody told me this game released last year I would believe without any doubt. Really, REALLY good game.

A game I hold absolutely dear to me. It's campaign is a top tier joy ride. It's multiplayer is a high octane cluster fuck that will push most normal people out and only leave the brain damaged nutters that enjoy this kind of thing. That was meant as a complement, I love this multiplayer. For a long time the game was abandoned by EA but after...... things happened they fixed the servers and brought it back to us (R.I.P Titanfall 1). I mostly played on console but damn do I want to spread the word of this game to everyone I can so please buy this. Convince EA to make another one of these and not the Extraction Shooter they were going to turn Titanfall 3 into before canceling it. Normally for how old this game is I would say that It would be a buy at $15 or lower but because of what's here it gets the full BUY THIS AT FULL PRICE FOR $30!!!

Love the gameplay and the atmosphere. Visuals are great. I've not came across any issues with the game. other than when you use the steam overlay and exit it, the game freezes for a couple of seconds. Why? Other than that I recommend the game.

I think this is one of the few multiplayer games that actually balance between story and pvp. I hate when a lot of these games attempt to create stores that nobody gives a shit about, so this is a nice treat. I more come back for the story, but the multiplayer is still pretty good (though low in player count). I also actively attempt the practice runs all the time, so the value isn't low. Again, the only sticky part one can argue is the multiplayer, which is completely fair and I agree with. All in all, you should at least experience the story once 4/5, Good Game

If you ever hear somebody say that "Large companies would never pass up the opportunity to make more money, that's just stupid" show them this game and then ask them where is Titanfall 3

Still the most fluid "run n' gun" shooter on the market today. I'm saddened that EA has pulled the talented dev team that created this game to Apex Legends as I would be ecstatic to play a third installment.

One of the best games ever made! Wish there were larger scale battles and more maps, but the selection is solid!

This was by far, the most perfect and best story game i have played so far, everything was done so well, there were so many epic and cool moments, and i now officially understand the hype of the campaign, i now also understand why so many people want Titanfall 3, this was truly the most wonderful story game i know.

An update to this game was rolled out & it introduced an incompatibility issue where Im unable to connect to play the game & they haven't rolled out a solution for over a year

Genuinely the most fun Online-Shooter I've ever played. I've played this a lot when it came out on the PS4 and decided to get it on PC as well just so I could play it again. The fact that we might never get a Titanfall 3 is an absolute crime.

I took me until 2025 to play this game for the first time. And now i realise that i was missing out after a friend recommended it to me and i purchased it on discount 2 months ago. Story 10/10 movement 11/10 : Extra for being better than most games releaced in 2025 gameplay 10/10 missions 10/10 difficultiy settings 7/10 : I was recommended hard due to my perfomance at the start of the game but during some missions it felt too easy and others way to hard for my skill level. Maybe all of that is a skill issue on my part, Anyway overall rating 9.5/10

I didn't play the multiplayer much but I can say with full confidence that the story mode itslef is worth it (for the discounted price)

Amazing game. Parkour is fun, action is great, and the campaign is especially well-done. 100% recommended. Very disappointed they canceled Titanfall 3, I feel like they didn't really need to make a 3rd Jedi game. What's going on, EA? First no Battlefront 3, now no Titanfall 3? People aren't THAT into Jedi. Seriously.

Great game if you like movement shooters, the campaigns great aswell. Bought the game, finished the game in the same day.

Wonderful story, exciting combat, and a well made multiplayer. Genuinely great sound design and gameplay. The titans feel heavy, and the environments are beautiful. I enjoyed my first few hours of the game so much that I decided to go for 100% completion. The achievements feel rewarding and fair.

It is a good game. The gun-play and movement is amazing, the campaign is a blast, multiplayer wait time is eh and the titans are good. Main issue is the lack of new things to do, besides leveling and getting good you're off to have fun on your own. Better get some friends to play with.

I can't even think of a game that I have ever played that could rival TitanFall 2 with how good this is, its like Call of Duty Infinite Warfare but with Mechs, amazing movement, cloaking, and executions. not to mention how good the campaign is

Used to really enjoy this game when Northstar was still in use. Now it crashes either in the main menu or when loading into multiplayer games. Will completely freeze my PC leading to needing a hard reset.

I got this game when it was on sale and decided to try it out because I never heard anything about it. I thought it would just be an average fps experience. I was wrong. This game mixes amazing elements of 3D platforming with fps combat, and that doesn't even mention the titans. If you want a fast paced shooter experience where you are literally flying around the map, this is the game for you. Or if you want to use stealth you can do that

This game was such a fun game to play, the story, multiplayer and everything else is just amazing. Even 100% it was fun, id recommend playing with friends. But just playing the story was fun.

Best FPS I've ever played. The movement is some of the best in any 3D video game. The campaign features fantastic levels and an emotional story, though it's unfortunately a bit on the short side, however, it makes up for that with a multiplayer lobby that still has an active player base, despite the game being released back in 2016 (and the graphics definitely don’t feel that old). The Titans are tons of fun and make you feel incredibly powerful. If you're in doubt, just go buy the game, the only possible regret you'll have is not playing it sooner (That said, the game often goes on sale for about 80% off, so it might be worth wishlisting and waiting if it’s currently full price). 10/10 masterpiece! Waiting for TTF3...

this is by far the most Under rated FPS game I have ever played. the movement is Fantastic, the guns feel amazing, and there is a good variety of game modes in the multiplayer. there will be a large learning curve for newer players, as only the Die Hard Veterans have stayed over the years. but that's just a symbol of how good this game is. people find this game and will stay with it for Very long time, simply because its enjoyable.

after 655 hours i just realized i have not written a review yet... so lets change that: Titanfall 2 is one for the ages it has great movement, good guns, and fun gamemodes... while yes the guns are pretty unbalenced and some gamemodes should go to hell (*COUGH* titanbrawl *COUGH*) theres not to much bad to say about this game... other than the fact that i was able to write this whole review while waiting for a match to load <3
