Mechstermination Force

The game starts with a bug that makes you think it is unplayable. You have to launch it and wait in a black screen for a while then crash it, then you get past the splash screens, black, crash it, menu, black screen, crash it, first level, black screen, crash it but THEN it works forever with no crashing. I have no clue why you have to go through so many restarts to make it stable but it works if you just go through that. One other complaint is that the last boss is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too difficult. I am not grinding out hearts to beat it. Should have balanced the game better so that the last boss (which is horribly done btw) was actually beatable with the level and weapons one would have by the time they got to him. Instead the game expects you to replay old bosses repeatedly just to buy outrageously priced heart upgrades. Screw that noise. I had my fun, next! That aside, in every other regard, this game is pure gold. It's an arcade boss-rush style game. Like Contra Shadow of Colossus. The difficulty is high but fair (except the last boss) and it even has local and remote co-op! That's RAD!

I'm writing this comment to help this title regain the well-deserved positive rating: unfortunately, its initial release was plagued by game-breaking bugs—now completely fixed—which led to its oblivion on Steam, leaving it with an unfairly mediocre rating. Who knows how many, myself included, ignored it just because of the rating and the resulting lack of reviews. I won’t describe it here because the trailer already gives a good idea, but in reality, the game is even better than it looks in the video. The gameplay becomes increasingly fun as you progress through the levels, with a well-balanced difficulty curve and simple, responsive controls. An extremely positive rating from me—I’m hoping for a sequel soon! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scrivo questo commento per aiutare questo titolo a recuperare la meritatissima valutazione positiva: purtroppo una release iniziale inficiata da bug bloccanti del tutto risolti che ne hanno decretato l'oblio nel circuito Steam, con un voto mediocre che non si merita affatto. Chissà quanti, me compreso, l'hanno poi ignorato solo per il voto e i conseguenti pochi commenti. Non starò qui a descriverlo perchè il trailer parla ampiamente e in realtà il gioco è anche molto meglio di quello che sembra dal video. Un gameplay sempre più divertente man mano che si procede di livello, assolutamente ben calibrato nella difficoltà e dai comandi semplici e reattivi. Voto estremamente positivo, mi aspetto un seguito al più presto.

I played it with Freind and i really loved but in my pc it didn't work i don't know why but the game is good not masterpiece but it's a really fun game

Because this game is unsupported on steam deck and os means is UNPLAYABLE. Every time starting play ends with black screen and says something...txt.log error. NO UPDATES, NO RESPOND, BUT SALE RIPPING OFF PEOPLES MONEY. This game will ROT TO DUST in my Library.
