Great and underrated game. I would love to see a sequel with more mechanics and interesting characters. The game always had potential. Thanks, developers.

The publishers released an update for the old version of the game that was on steam for years which essentially made it unplayable. They then proceeded to remove it from the store and re-release it under this new title despite it having the same exact content as before. The only difference being updated character images but funny enough, I still prefer the original as the new ones seem very cartoony. As if all that wasn't bad enough, they increased the price from $10 to $20. Its a blatant cash grab, but if you don't care about any of that and just want to play the game you played years ago as a kid then yeah, buy it.

It is a simple game of strategy. Definitely recommended if you are just starting out on strategy-based game. The characters are also well-drawn. I am not into the plot, but it has like okay-ish plot.

A clever combination of a match-3 puzzle and a tactics game with light RPG elements. It's fundamentally a casual game, but not too easy (at least for me) and it offers a fair bit of tactical depth and variety. My biggest complaints are the visual style (it doesn't look bad, just too... "casual gamey" for my liking), the generic fantasy plot with one-dimensional characters, and the cheesiest writing I've seen in an RPG, including gems such as: "Aaah! Is this the end to my glorious life of crime?" (uttered by one of the side-quest villains before you battle him). Overall, not a bad way to kill time, but not exactly a cathartic experience, either.
