So, it makes me a bit sad to say that I wouldn't recommend this game, but I feel like I have to. Because of the price. I got this game on sale, but I still paid about $23 for it, which is too much. If this game were closer to $5-$10 I could recommend it. Let me explain:
First off, there are SO many typos. This is something I can personally look past for the most part (and sometimes it results in funny things to share with the group chat) but there were times where it would have the wrong character's name in a sentence like "X went back to [location] and X went back to [different location]." where it's clear it was supposed to be "X went back to [location and Y went back to [different location]." Some lines are even duplicated when you click to progress and it's just the same line again.
These things by themselves aren't a big deal, and wouldn't get me to not recommend the game. Sure, it makes the game feel unpolished and rushed, which is annoying to see on a $30 game (especially when there are FREE games out there that are significantly more polished). But okay, I can deal with that. IF it was only that. But it's not. Of course.
Let's talk about character & routes. Unfortunately if you're expecting developed routes for each of the love interests, you will be wildly disappointed. 95% of the game is just the general route, with only about 3 scenes (plus 2 other brief scene and the short ending scene) determined by the love interest you've chosen. That's...it. Maybe I'm forgetting a short scene somewhere, but I felt like it was really lacking. It also feels like outside of choices that lead to those few scenes, your choices don't matter AT ALL. You're just influencing the way the main character thinks, so there is no change to dialogue responses.
There is also a "Cheat" mechanic in the game where for every choice, you can click a button and it shows you who the response will add points to. I like that it's optional, but I personally prefer if a game is going to have a feature like that, it's available AFTER you've beaten the game once. Not a big deal, but I think it's worth mentioning. However, many of the choices are painfully obvious anyway, when it's literally just "I want to see X". It's at that point where if you hadn't noticed before, you really notice that this game is (I hate to say it) lazy.
The choices you make as the player have such little influence on the story it's almost comical. On my first run, I thought my chosen love interest had an actual influence on the story, but on my second run I realized that couldn't be further from the truth. Let's not forget that there are a grand total of (by every indication) 4 endings! One for each love interest, and a general ending. That's it. So I guess good news if you don't like bad endings, there literally aren't any! For me, however, this was just another disappointment. Where's the satisfaction in succeeding if you literally can't fail?
The characters themselves aren't bad, but they're very static. I expected more growth and development, particularly in those whose route I was pursuing. But that would have required that the game be more than a dolled-up general route. The characters you meet at the beginning are who they are throughout the story. None of the usual "unapproachable character slowly softens and learns to express their feelings" or anything. The only character who goes through any growth is the "villain". For anyone else it's just crammed into that final ending bit and that's it.
Also, for those wondering about any "mature content"...there isn't any. Nope. None. No blood, no sex, no anything. If anything in the realm of blood is mentioned, it's not shown. The dialogue talks a LOT about the novel they're in being 19+ R-rated, but if they didn't literally tell you, there would be no way of guessing. Which is fine! But that's usually the sort of thing you want to be clear on going in to a game, especially when they have the world's vaguest "Mature Content Warning" on the store page.
Now, take all of that, and slap on perhaps the worst UI I've seen on a VN. I may just be hyper-critical, but WOW the UI alone made me consider putting the game down. Any of the shortcuts you've picked up that are common in most VNs? Forget about it. Sure you can use L to access the backlog, but that's...it? Spacebar hides the UI, Enter progresses dialogue, that's all good. But there is no shortcut to access save/load, and you can't use right-click on mouse to back out of things. On top of that, the UI is HUGE which makes it incredibly obtrusive.
Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend this game, particularly for the price it's at. It consistently comes across as unpolished and lazy, the characters while good can be pretty darn annoying by the end, and the sheer lack of content in terms of routes and endings (or even CGs!) just leave me dissatisfied. I was really excited going into this game, and the art is beautiful, but once the initial charm wears off, there's very little left to like.

Wow!! I loved this so much!! It was super cute and funny, very lighthearted. The english translations? Not so great, but I felt like that didn't take away from this game at all. I 100% recommend getting and playing this Isekai BL.
Summary: You play as Taeran, a young adult whose also a popular light novel author. He attends college, furthering his writing skills, and has already made a name for himself, via publishing some light novels. He has a best friend named Mina, and a rival/frenemy (which becomes the enemies to lovers trope) RO named Seho. Taeran and Seho argue like cats and dogs so to speak. And unfortunately (or fortunately) one day they are both Isekaid into one of Taeran's 18+ light novels and have to play to their roles, or possibly lose the ability to go back to their original world!? Along with their memories!!!!? Guess things are about to get spicey ;) ~
Game Facts:
-23hrs game play for me personally
-3 ROs (Seho (obsessive top prince), Fran (Yandere priest), Kairan (Happy/puppy like dragon)
-No NSFW, but some suggestive hints at the MC having sex once with each RO on their route
-Kiss CGs/scenes all around
-VA
-Super cute, funny, and it's an Isekai story (very rare for English BL games) so why not?
-Cute CGs and even BGs (altho BGs were more simple)
-This game came from mobile, so it was ported over
-Animations for battle scenes/sprites here or there
-SUPER EASY game play, no need for a guide because the in game hints tell you which choices to which RO!
I didn't really feel like there were triggers, but maybe these? Also, this wraps things up, and I hope you guys like this game as much as I do!!
[spoiler]
-Snatched Kisses
-Someone said a lighthearted 'no' in an intimate setting, but then both parties kept going
-battle fantasy textual violence
-cannibalism?????? up coming IN GAME SPOILER for explanation of this one (yes, maybe? IDK, but be aware there is a scene where they kill a dragon, and eat him during their journey, because they eat the monsters that they kill and one of the MCs ROs is a dragon himself...SO yeah)
-toxic traits by yandere Fran
-attempted murder/poisoning by Fran to Seho at times[spoiler]

The story and characters are interesting and cute! really love the story and all the character so far!!
there's some english translation error and few bugs but it didn't ruin the game entirely.
eventho base on the game quality is a little bit pricey...but it still fun and worth to play
however, as a long time visual novel player, feels like the game can be improve much more further
compare to other visual novel game, the story ending and character development might need more adjustment
hope maybe in the future can see more improvement and updates!
and wish Lucias can have his own route in the game as well.....! maybe a dlc for more about the characters!
after all, the story is really interesting and funny! really recommend to try, and hope there will be more update about the game.

Just finished Fran's route. I wished the story was longer and more CGs...
Overall, the story is cute and simple, with no major twist. This game feels like a slice of life novel.
Art : 10/10
Voice: 10/10
Scenes: 8/10
Plot: 7/10

A mostly lighthearted and somewhat satirical visual novel for those that want something that you can just turn your brain off and enjoy. I haven't finished all the routes (I finished 2 of them - Seho's and Fran's, and there is a Kairen ending and a Normal ending). The endings are decided by mostly unimportant choices scattered throughout the game in a stat-raising style, and the game can even tell you which choice corresponds to which character. There isn't really plot branching, so if you played a route you basically know what happens in the plot. There are small moments for each character in their respective route that kinda develops their relationship with the main character. As a result, there was a lot of skipping in my second playthrough, and it takes quite some time to skip between choices and it felt like a little bit of a waste of time (I played for 8 hours total according to the time steam recorded, I think playing the second route was only 2 hours and a vast majority of that was skipping time - I don't think reading the extra scenes took more than half an hour, to be honest)
There's also a lot of potential for the development of certain characters and their personalities/backgrounds that I feel like could definitely been expanded on to provide more depth, but it felt skimmed through. The main character also wasn't very interesting (which for me personally is an important thing, so that may just be a me problem), and a lot of the issues felt shallow and the way they were dealt with contributed to that feeling. I just feel like more things should have been more thoroughly explored, especially since there was a lot of filler content that just felt boring and skip-able.
And my biggest gripe - no Lucian Route? His character felt the most interesting of them all and had many implications for something deeper going on and it just felt weird for there to seem like there was buildup for nothing more to happen with his character.
I feel like it's worth it if you have money to spare and free time to just relax, or if it's on sale, but otherwise it's probably not really worth it to spend a full US $30. It's a pretty solid game with the concept and what it was trying to do, and I admit most of my complaints above were kind of based on my own high expectations especially with other games in its genre (I wouldn't really recommend this game if you are on a budget, because you can get more plot-intense games with longer content such as Hashihime or Slow Damage or Beyond Eden for around the same price). It's also ported from mobile, so the UI and controls are a little weird at times (for instance, it's easier to scroll by clicking and dragging vs using the scroll function on your mouse)
Tldr: Solid game, it's exactly what it's advertised, although a bit repetitive and won't really satisfy those who are looking for very complex characterization or plot. A bit overpriced in my opinion so maybe wait for a sale or if you have disposable income. It feels a bit more like an otome game/dating sim rather than most BL games, so manage your expectations. Choices don't really matter much besides a few character-specific scenes and a character-specific ending depending on what character most of your choices correspond to. A fun light read that feels more like slice of life than anything.

loved this game! it's been on my wishlist for a little while that i honestly forgot about it until it went on sale and i binge played it and wasn't disappointed. went in expecting seho to be my fave and quickly went with fran's route (i typically have an order planned when i begin visual novels like this). i was sort of surprised by it because i have never particularly favored yandere characters, specifically because i don't particular enjoy routes where characters are a walking red flag, but i ignored them for this one instance. kairan is positively adorable as well. now that i've completed, however, i had the most fun with kairan's route.
all the art and characters are absolutely beautiful. i spent the whole time obsessing over their outfits as well and how perfect i think they each suited their characters.
there were a few awkward parts of the dialogue and one or two instances of accidental misnaming characters, but it's easy to understand what was meant to be said.
definitely recommend this if you have some time! the story was interesting, and i wish the game was a bit longer.

YESSSS!! This game was so cute I had no idea I’d sunk my entire day off into it until it was over. The ending? A tiny bit lackluster, comparative to the wonderful banter/characters I experienced the whole rest of the game. The writing was cute and fun, and I loved every bit of it . I just wish the endings were longer and expanded more. Please PLEASE make more games like this! So so cute!
