Which idiots beta tested this and the even bigger idiot that allowed this 💩 show to be released??? Thankfully this route came with other stuff at the time of purchase.
The Kiel - Lübeck route itself is visually nice and a welcome oddity for German routes as that it's mostly single track, un-electrified with some freight yards and passing loops. Unfortunately the route has multiple spots of unmarked speed restrictions including signal related ones and missing magnets. Despite being released in 2019 no attempt has been made at patches or fixes.
Rollingstock is a mixed bag in quality. DB BR218 but the safety hotkeys don't work, double deck stock, IC single deck stock, DB BR648 with working safety systems but haphazard acceleration and the DB BR261 shunter with some freight wagons. The included scenarios are in various states of bugged to outright broken so if you're after perfect scores and achievements it'll be a mix of pain to don't bother.
For scenario building the route is just a headache as more time is spent trying to find and fix these unmarked speed limits let alone build the scenario itself.
The only redeeming feature for this dumpster fire is that the route is different from the norm for German routes otherwise it's just a outright avoid. Quality like this is a shining example of why DTG is also known as Don't Test Games.
