Absolutely love this game. I mean, a simulation game also with a story line?? How perfect. I really hope to see more titles like this from these developers in the future. Thank you for a beautiful game.

A very sweet game that lets you slow down and appreciate the scenery around you. The conversations you have with the townsfolk are often humorous, poignant, or simply pleasant. A great relaxing game for when you need to take a step back.

I played through this game twice, got all the achievements and saw all three endings. Overall, I have to say that I really enjoyed my time with Lake. Providence Oaks is beautiful to drive around and the graphics make the environment very pretty to look at. I rather liked the slow pace of the game, taking things one day, one delivery at a time. I liked getting to meet some of the residents and forming connections with them. All the dialogue was well voice acted even if there were a few glitches with them sometimes. As someone who is chronically ill and hasn't been able to get out much recently this game was the perfect form of escape for me. A chance to do something I wouldn't ordinarily get to. It really was lovely spending some time in this quaint little town with some interesting folks, delivering their mail and listening to their stories. Even if the soundtrack got a touch repetitive at times. All in all I loved playing Lake and I'm glad for the time I spent with it :)

A gentle, soul-soothing game, like a warm cup of brazilian coffee on a rainy day. Perfect for those moments when the world feels too loud. I loved drifting along, driving, talking, simply reflecting… seeing life through a softer lens. It dares to slow down, to go against the rush we so often glorify. How beautiful it is that games like this exist quiet little spaces of peace for the days when everything else moves too fast. Loved

I don`t know what to say, i`m at the loss for words. Going through rough divorce, went back to gaming. All i can say, this game hits like home. Home i`ve lost. Thank you.

This game is adorable. It’s a slow paced cozy game about delivering mail and building relationships around your childhood town. The soundtrack is a bit repetitive but good. It’s a quick game about 7 hours or so.

I just finished playing through the main story. 10/10 would recommend, a great mix between storytelling and simulation. Took me about 8 hours to get trough the mainstory just playing at my own paste, which actually felt like the perfect length for this game. I’ll definitely play trough the game at least once more to try out some of the different story options + I’m gonna play trough the Christmas DLC and check out the “endless mode”

Story, art, music, and vibe wise, super great I LOVE it. Animation, not so much, especially when talking to people, the characters just stand there like a statue. I expected more but, well, it's been 4 years, nothing would change on that aspect. Technical wise, I don't understand how this game eat my gpu at 99% no matter what the graphic setting I use. Low? 99%. Medium? 99%. High? 99%. Also, I don't expect this game would have relationship option. Honestly, I feel like her relationship with [spoiler]Angie[spoiler] is kinda forced. [spoiler]What do you mean the second time they met, like hey, we're literally a stranger here, Angie INSIST to go to Meredith's house? We, player, can't even suggest other place to meet her. Even Robert the carpenter suggest us to go to Mo's diner to talk about his case, not his house, not even Meredith's house. Her behaviour feels creepy af[spoiler]. I'm glad we could settle the relationship some day later tho, but, oh my God, what the f?

A wonderful slice-of-life game. Very chill and relaxing, cute story. I felt I took a short holiday in this little American town. Beautiful.

Good aesthetics with interesting conversations with locals. Nice cozy game to play after delivering mail and packages all day. Just wish they used the LLVs and not a 2-Ton as the mail vehicle.

Mixed feelings about this game. The actual game play of being a mail carrier is super fun, and the environment and characters are interesting. I really enjoyed driving around and I was always sad when I was out of packages for the day. The romance aspect is really poorly executed though. Neither option is fulfilling and without spoiling anything I will just say each one ended in a way that made me feel that either someone was giving up on their dreams, or the relationship was unhealthy and not likely to last. That's not necessarily a bad thing per say, but in a game that seems to be going for low-stakes cozy vibes in almost every other way, it feels out of place.

This game is slow paced, and very relaxing. I really enjoyed the interactions and history of the people in Providence Oak. I also loved the references to real and existing movies, especially film noir. The driving gets a bit stagnant after awhile, a sentiment shared by many of the other reviews as I've read. Although you do not get penalized for bad driving or parking, cars do horn at you if you hold up the line after awhile. I just wish that there was more drama and mystery in terms of the storylines and depth of the different interactions. It just kind of fell flat after a couple of days. I wish there was more interactions between the romanceable characters, perhaps even more choices than what was given. The town is very simple and boring, and I can't find a deep enough reason for rationing for Meredith to stay, honestly. On a final note, I really had a good time playing this game.

I was really, truly enjoying this game until I loaded up one day and couldn't get past the the home screen. I couldn't load or start a new game. I tried all of the recommendations to fix it and nothing worked. I reached out to the developers and they did not respond and I can't get a refund because I've played over 2hrs. I loved this game and I wish I could finish it. If you also love a game where you can drive around, build relationships and enjoy wonderful scenery this would be for you. But maybe wait until they fix the bug that is clearly there.

This is a cute little game, and I enjoyed it overall. But for a game that is marked at $20 for regular price, I would not recommend it. It was a very slow moving game, and I think "cozy" or story driven dialogue just really isn't my thing. I do enjoy driving games, so this was a nice combo, but i think overall it was a bit repetitive. I played this for just about 9 hours and already finished the game. I thought it was a bit silly that MC would have such an impact over the community in a 2 week time span. I don't think I would play this again.

I've played this game multiple times across various platforms. It has become one of my favorite 'cozy games' to play during the Spring/Summer time. I enjoy the multiple endings and the dialogue choices. It's relaxing going around town delivering mail and discovering the town's unique personalities. Overall, it's a game that is simple to pick-up and play and I intend to play it on a yearly basis. I definitely recommend it.
