Snake Pass

The controls are hard to get used to, but that is kind of the point of the game and you will eventually get the hang of it (tip: don't use grip). This is a pure collect-a-thon that often feels like a hunt to find everything more than anything else, but this also offers a bit of replay value if you want to go back and use your snake vision (x-ray like vision) to track down those last few coins. The last few levels are a lot harder than the rest of the game; mainly because there are a lot more moving platforms that really don't play nice with the camera and controls. Speaking of the camera, it feels like you are constantly fighting to see what is going on because the camera gets blocked by a platform or tree or that damn bird and it is the worst part of an otherwise pretty average to interesting game. As for the aesthetic, I enjoyed the vibrant cartoon graphics that reminded me of Crash Bandicoot. 6/10.
