LEGO® Star Wars™ III - The Clone Wars™

This was one of the first Lego games I played as a kid even though I didn't watch the clone wars TV show, after watching the clone wars I realised how massive the character roster for this game is even minor character are in the game (e.g: R3-S6, that one general Gervious astromech droid ). I like the new game modes they introduce, for example there is a mode where you can 1 v 1 and i know this isn't new but in this one you have destroy each others base in order to win ,There's also time trial for destroying AI enemy bases with limited vehicles at your disposal. Another thing I like is the fact that it has the original Lego comedy where instead of saying what they are doing they act it out. Pretty solid game.

10/10 My favourite LEGO game and one of my favourite Star Wars games. The humour is at its best for the mumble era of LEGO games. It does slightly suffer from only being based on the Clone Wars movie and parts of the first two seasons. I absolutely love the new addition of ground battle levels added into the main story and the hub world. It’s a shame we never really saw them brought back in the Skywalker Saga or any other LEGO game. The gameplay and graphics still hold up well, aside from two levels having lighting issues for some reason. 100%-ing is quite enjoyable and doesn’t feel like a chore compared to the Skywalker Saga. Highly recommend the game.

Still IMO the best Lego Star Wars game to date, you got the epic ground battles, the epic space battles, and of course the on foot levels along with the non-verbal slapstick humor typical of mid 2000s to early 2010s lego games all rolled into one nice clone wars themed package. A fun game for anyone of any age, you'll probably enjoy it even if you aren't a Star Wars fan.

Not as long as the other LEGO games, unfortunately, cause it's one of the best in terms of gameplay. 8/10.

Literally peak LEGO game right here. One of if not my favorite LEGO games of all time. For anyone who has seen the absolute masterpiece that is the Clone Wars animated series, this game will be amazing. though i have to admit the controls are made for the wii controllers originally so you will find yourselves wrestling with them during certain types of missions but overall this game is fantastic!

Well let's look at this, I'm a huge fan of halo and Star Wars read a lot of books from each universe, now when you say clone troopers vs odst's you have to understand odst's were a special unit so it's not really fair, if you said clone troopers vs marines that's a fair fight, Now in order to make this fair we have to change this, it has to be either clone commandos vs odst's or arc troopers vs odst's but les go with arc troopers as clone commandos would rape odst's, Now arc trooper vs odst's well both were handpicked after showing feats of heroism and skill in the midst of battle, but what every person seem to forget is the clone genetics were far superior then your average odst's, clone we're made for one thing and one thing only, war, clone troopers were basically mandalorians as their genetic copy jango fett was one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy, so clones were trained when from birth to fight, kill and to make strategic decisions in battle, they were programmed to destroy Droids and also Jedi, clones also had superior technology, plasma, but that wouldn't change anything as odst's are used to fighting the covenant, but superior training may cost the odst's the battle, Now let's explain the odst's (orbital drop shock troopers), Odst's were war hardened veterans of the covenant human war, they were picked to be the best and take out covenant in the midst of battle, they would be deployed on high priority mission to take out special targets or be dropped in the midst of battle to create confusion and disorientate the enemy long enough for the odst's to push enemy lines back and create huge casualties for the enemy, Now this how I would play out the scenario, the unsc has set up base in unknown space, they've set up a huge operation to explore unknown space with a small fleet of frigates(5) and one heavy halcyon cruiser as the flagship with a smart Ai, now the clones troopers with a fleet of 3 venator class star destroyers, now let's take out Jedis to equal out the battle, the clone we're following a signal of a separatist base past outer rim, they go to investigate and find the base, with strange ships, both sides form standard battle cluster to engage each other, the venator will have advantage of bigger ships but the unsc have the advantage of a smart Ai, the battle starts venator class engage firing their aa batteries, also deploying x wings and y wings the unsc is quickly overwhelmed but the frigates deal the with attack fighters, unsc has lost one frigate, venators are relatively in good shape, out of nowwhere a venator gets blown out of the sky, super mac canon that was just recently finished, but with the element of surprise gone the republic makes quick work destroying the super mac canon with y wing bomb runs, with two venators left the republic is forced back as the second venator is being heavily damaged by the heavy halcyon cruiser as it's a stalemate the republic deploys the clone army, most of the republic gun ships go through with ease as the unsc doesnt have to much aa Batteries to take down the gunships, te republic lands with a force of 16000 troops, 10 AT-ET and 10 TX-130 saber class fighter tanks and 20 AT-RT walkers and 10 republic gunships, the unsc equiped with 18000 troops, 15 tanks 30 warthogs( 16 of those being machine guns, 7 being cause canons, 7 rocket hogs), 7 hornets and 3 pelicans battle ready, the fight starts the republic on the attack quickly taking out the outer defense with the AT-TE the hornets would be deployed taking six AT-TE with only two hornets being lost in the counterattack, the unsc deploys all units in an attempt to push back the enemy in the counter attack, te republic goes all in to( let's start focusing on the actual thread now) the republic drops a squad of 20 odst's behind enemy lines, the odst's catch the republic back unguarded or so they thought, the republic stationed 20 arc troopers both engage each other with te odsts troopers taking thee lead, but te arc troopers quickly stop their attack, the odst's rethink their strategy but it's too late the arc troopers launch their own counter attack, te arc troopers kill five odsts losing only one arc trooper, the battle ensues with odst losing and having heavy casulties the 10 odsts left go for a full assault the arc troopers are caught of guard by thier ferocity, 2 odst due but 9 arc troopers die, 10 arc troopers left and 8 odsts, one arc trooper equiped with a repeating blaster screamers " for my brothers and FOR THE REPUBLIC " goes guns blazing killing 4 odst's with arc trooper dead the rest of the nine arc trooper go gun blazing enraged by the lost of their leader killing all odst with 8 remaining arc trooper they are victorious, the ultimate reason for their victory was superior training, while the Odsts are war hardened veterans so are the arc trooper with superior training, but this only my opinion feel free to leave your opinion in the comment section, ( as a bonus the republic and the unsc and the republic held a cease fire with leaders of both parties coming to an alliance, with the unsc sending majority of the fleet with master chief onboard meeting the negotiater( obi wan kenobi) and meeting anakin skywalker, both Jedi master are intrigued by how big, strong and fast he is, but quickly learn as he is very strong with the force( thanks to the librarian) they give him a lightsaber and then the rest is history)
