It feels a lot like playing a DOOM game, so in many ways, it reminds me of what it would be like if id Software created a 2D side-scroller... which is amazing!

Game was very good, if you're looking for a nice 2d pixel art shooter. There are times where it was very frustrating and I would need to take a break but for like 2.50 it was very much worthwhile as far as time and investment went. Enjoyed the visuals, loved the feel of the weapons except for the assault rifle but it was fine. Thought it was nice how the devs don't take themselves too serious, with the description for why they implemented a easy mode. There are four main sections and every time you beat one you get some cool fireworks at the end of the last level. With one final explosion at the end ;). Needless to say, very good stuff as a pixel art enjoyer I was quite enthralled. The easter egg was a nice touch too. I panic'd and then realized what was going on...Very smooth guys. Honestly it was extremely challenging, so much so that I probably wouldn't attempt Harder or Hardest mode! It's perfect for a one and done.
