Interstellar Space: Genesis - Natural Law

Finally some DLC for this great 4x space game! Two new races, 9 new rulers, 4 new leaders and 4 new music tracks. Keep supporting this developer and ISG, it's easy to learn but hard to master and the DLC adds more content that complements the game and adds more options!

Natural Law adds more content to a great 4x game. The two new races are interesting and unlike any in the base game. With the additional races and the numerous ways to customize a game, replay options abound. It is one of the few games I play with the music on. The soundtrack is solid. The strategic map and ship art are well done improvements. The DLC brings you up to 8 unique races and adds the atmosphere any Emperor can appreciate. NL content, combined with the 1.2 patch, brings many improvements to the aesthetics while keeping a solid set of mechanics in place. IS:G has many of the systems I want to have in a 4x game (Random and hidden tech trees, ship building, espionage, Leaders, etc). The remote exploration feature is a simple and engaging mechanic. You can build tall, you can lay your empire wide, vote your way to victory in the Galactic Council, or watch the galaxy burn by your hand. Well worth the purchase. Nature Law adds more options to the formula. Natural Law is a fantastic addition to my galactic empire.

Nicely priced DLC that adds some more flavour to this game. To be honest I only ever play as Humans but this got me trying one of the other races as my playable choice. If you have a decent amount of hours in the game already this will be a nice way to keep things fresh. Currently the base game and DLC is on sale which makes a great pickup for new players. Looking forward to future DLC that focuses on new mechanics.

Pretty straight-forward DLC, get it if the new factions sound interesting to you. I enjoyed playing with the Palacean Assembly, worth it for me.

ISG fans, rejoice! Natural Law brings fresh content to explore: Two Diverse Factions: Guide the eco-focused Palacean Assembly or the enigmatic Cerixx Sentinels, each with unique mechanics and philosophies. Deeper Lore & Immersion: New ship designs, environments, and hints at a larger galactic story enrich the existing universe. Natural Law offers a strategic twist for veterans and a great entry point for those seeking a different way to experience interstellar conquest.

Set at a good price and I really love the new races! Thanks so much for the continued support of this game. Based on how much I've enjoyed Natural Law, I can't wait to see what's next!

ISG with Natural Law is a game that's in a great place. Look to Dastastic's (on Youtube) recent playthrough for a great summery. His first vid outlines what he see's as flaws holding the game back (pretty much just cosmetic) and then watch the vids of him playing, he loves the game. So do I.

Die neuen spielbaren Species, Herrscher und Leader fügen sich sehr gut in die Atmosphäre des Spiels ein und tragen zum Worldbuilding bzw. emergent gameplay bei. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Was nicht geliefert wird sind neue Mechaniken, wie von anderen hier bereits erwähnt. Das würde ich mir für die nächste Expansion noch wünschen.

This review is in English and Slovak language: Táto recenzia je v Anglickom a Slovenskom jazyku: Even though the game is great, I'm giving this DLC a negative rating. The problem is that the author started adding more and more DLC for more and more money, but the quality and content does not increase much. Napriek tomu, že hra je skvelá, dávam tomuto DLC negatívne hodnotenie. Problém je v tom, že autor začal pridávať čoraz viac DLC za čoraz väčšiu sumu, no kvalita a obsah príliš nestúpa.

Its good addition. Two original and strong new races. In my opinion its "must have" for this game.

If you enjoy the main game, the new factions are a great addition.

Lots more content, totally worth it for the base game.
