7/10 Escape game. 100% worth it if on sale. Fairly short in length, really easy to 100%. Overall I really enjoyed this game. Reading the negative reviews I see three main trends which I will speak to but if you like escape rooms and wizardly themes you will probably enjoy this short escape game. 1. Needing to "go back and forth" between clues. Yes, absolutely this occurs in the game if you don't take notes. I don't really understand why this is a negative because a single page scratch pad is all I needed and had zero problems with the couple times I needed to re-check the clues in the game to complete a puzzle. If you aren't taking notes though you will likely have to run around a fair bit for some of the puzzles. 2. Confusing puzzles. I somewhat agree with this. Of all the puzzles in the game there were 2 or 3 that had me stumped for several minutes and I ended up using the hint. Unfortunately I didn't find the hints too helpful, they were either information I had already figured out or actually made the puzzle more confusing. That said, I was usually able to complete the hard puzzles after further looking around the room or solving something else first. All in all there was only one puzzle that I think is really not intuitive and the clue makes it worse (the shield colour puzzle) and I ended up turning to google for help. Some other people are noting complications/difficulties in other puzzles and for those it's clear they missed a clue somewhere else or didn't fully look around (e.g. for one of the puzzles there are clues about what the levers do if you look around). 3. Movement and getting suck on objects. Overall I didn't find this to be problematic but agree it's not the smoothest game and there were a couple times I fell off a stairway unintentionally or got stuck on an object in the room for a moment and had to side step and continue on. For me this didn't detract from the game.

A fun puzzle game, perfect for one rainy afternoon! The game is aesthetically pleasing and has just enough puzzles that feature math that you'll typically recognize what you need to do in a reasonable amount of time. Patience is key; the only reason I looked up a walkthrough was because I would need to take irl notes as I moved between puzzles to make up for my lacking memory, and I just didn't want to do that. The tips were helpful whenever I was uncertain about that a particular puzzle wanted me to do with the pieces in front of me. The only time I felt frustrated in an unpleasant way was when a puzzle had me moving pieces that I couldn't see as I was moving them. I would greatly enjoy several more hours of this game!

The puzzles were weird and there were no options to help with the extreme fish eyed view so it was hard to get through it without it triggering my motion sickness.

A nice little puzzler that can only be called an homage to Hogwarts because "blatant rip-off" is a little too on the nose. The puzzles are generally well designed, with relevant hints in the rooms nearby. They are not particularly difficult, but some require a bit of lateral thinking. Only takes a couple of hours to complete. A nice evening's mental stimulation.

A gentle and easy puzzler for someone who isn't looking for anything particularly challenging. Cute setting with obvious references to another well-known wizarding school.

Very fun! Puzzles just difficult enough to be challenging but doable!

I didn't enjoy that you had to move around the room quite a bit to solve single puzzles.
