Just bought this game yesterday, March 22, 2021. And I didn't even make it past the character customization screen before I closed it. The female models are all right but what the hell is up with the Male model??? He looks like some coked out meth head, absolutely disgusting. As a woman even I am offended by this character model. Is this how the game designers think that the people who would buy this "game" are? That they are some drug addled dimwit who can't get a girl in real life? Do they think that all their male fans are the stereotypical 'nerd' living in their mother's basement? Or are they simply trolling their customer base? There are plenty of reasons someone might want to hire a professional or semi professional as a lot of real life sex workers don't do it simple because they enjoy it. I will not be asking for a refund because 1. I bought it on sale for $10 and 2. Being that it is early access I sincerely hope that they improve the male model and maybe add in a female one as a customer. To many of these Adult Games are male centered.. some for us ladies would be nice! And if they do improve the player character I will revisit this review, but for now I cannot recommend it. At it's current state the game is not worth the 20 dollars. The animations are stiff and the customization system is lackluster. I don't like the male voice and would prefer if there was an option to turn it off. It's kinda funny that when I want to exit to the main menu while he's "finishing" on her that his member follows my mouse. You do it fast enough it looks like his penis is possessed. The game is also lacking in sound effects, sex, like most things, is very noisy. You're gonna hear wet sounds and sounds of flesh slapping into each other. But that is absent right now. That takes me out of the game too. I don't think it's worth the 20 dollars. This feels more like a 5 dollar game at what it is right now. Hopefully the developers will keep updating the game. If the developers read this review, I'd recommend checking out koikatsu party on steam. They have really good customization options and with mods the customization is almost limitless. UPDATE: So there was an update that came out that added some things but didn't fix anything as of yet. You can now interview the escort but still no option to turn off the male's voice. They added some sound effects for the sex scenes but instead of sounding like two humans slapping body parts into each other it sounds like someone fisting a bowl of jello. I also noticed that if you decide to make the escorts breasts too large it clips through the tank top so that should be fixed as well.

For an early access, I suppose it really depends how much they intend to improve upon what they have now and what they will focus on to validate its claim to be "an immersive simulation" or its hope to prove its not just all talk, especially if it's goal is really to be "one of the most entertaining mature games available on Steam.". Albeit the developers had made a post detailing an effort to provide regular updates back in November 2020,but after a brief review of the features they claim to be working on, it remains questionable if this game will ever be anything more than what feels more like a side project and will undercut those expecting to get their monies worth. While, any who manage to grab it at a bargain may find the animations occasionally surprising but, more often than not you're only more likely not to be disappointed if you literally just upgraded from a Sega Dreamcast and haven't seen the development of graphics since Cybertown was a live running website. In other words, the developers don't seem to have a handle on the direction of this game and it feels like it was a great idea that started out strong but then when it came down to figuring out how to strike a balance between an adult game with actual game play, acting as more of a visual simulator, or representing a satire playing on the over-exaggerated snobby looks of the male character fumbling through various plots that are presumably supposed to unfold, but apparently never do as the questions an answers become more limited and irrelevant to any mission per se. It's objectives for the games seem scattered and a simple look at the alleged "In Progress fixes" they have posted, gives one a clear view of what has been prioritized over what they 're willing to push off until an anticipated v2.0. In it's current stage, the dialogue attempts to mimic questions one might ask if one were there in place of the male character all while clueless of what to do in a real life scenario and fails to provide any sort of context or character development to relate to. It almost feels like it was based on what seemingly would be a stereotyped assumption of what one would imagine in fiction and that you'd maybe only see in a poorly directed, explicit, adult content feature. While this would normally imply that the game is intended to be taken at face value or be more of a visually appealing game of artwork, one would think that since it lets you skip the dialogue and jump right into the action, there would be more focus on making the action scene look for enjoyable, but sadly not. The movements aren't quite as smooth as you might think based on how well the game looked after first loading up. And, as a matter of fact, if getting your character's pipes cleaned is a personal enjoyment, you'll be disappointed to discover there isn't much animation in terms of humping and or detail in the physics representation of inertia or bounce back properties of skin voiding any perceivable physical contact between the characters and is more reminiscent of watching two 3D character models passing through one another as if being placed within a 3D rendering software and virtual environment still under construction. Probably the most uninviting feature of this game right off the bat though is the camera control and GUI. Using the shift button to lock your mouse is one of the strangest camera control setups I've ever fiddled with. Sure, you get used to it, but "locking" isn't quite the same locking you'd expect. In both locked and unlocked, your ASDW keys continue to control pan and tilt while the lock essentially locks your mouse to an arbitrary location on your screen and the movement of your mouse acts like an inverted center-weighted rotation control. I mean for goodness sake, just set the mouse clicker to lock the mouse on press and/or while holding down the left click button. This shift-tap & release to nudge the camera at every press of the shift to get it in the right place is more like timing your strafes in trying to bunny hop across de_dust in CS 1.1 and makes you more dizzy than watching someone bunny hop poorly if moving the mouse too fast the moment you let go of the shift key. So yes, it has some work to do, it's an early release, "cut it some slack". Well, that's where the developer and early access reviewers come into play and by comparison, normally with a reputable game studio, you'd be able to get a sense or feel for what they're more focused on as a company and what comes important factors they take into consideration. But here, rather than focus on improving the game mechanics and movement physics (for a more seamless character interactions when they are supposed to look like they're making physical contact with one another), developing the story line to offer more than 2 or 3 choices as a response and facilitate a conversation that actually flows from one idea to the next. or, at the very least, designing less intentionally ugly male characters or female characters whose belly does't fold across when bending over but suck into a body crease as if the character model was taken from Minecraft. Instead, and granted it's been more than 5 months since there last posted update, they've chosen to work on things like adding keys for volume controls, adding subtitles/translations for interview sequences, and etc. whilst pushing off something more impactful such as animation loops, which is listed to be work on in the coming version 2.0 It would also seem hey're hoping to push out more locations for character interaction when they haven't even seem to have completed the current interactions that take place now. (Can the guy sit up straight when talking to girl at least?) If they are still working on things, it's seems like it might be a long time before it gets anywhere near its vision statement of being the most entertaining adult game on Steam. It seems fairly quiet over at Somevaision Games and some believe the project may have already been abandoned. The game definitely had a fair amount of potential compared to some of its competitors, but in it's current state, I would NOT recommend this game unless you're willing to support the studio with some sort of unwarranted hope to get a better product if and/or when development continues. Otherwise, it seems like it's one of those games that you can't play seriously because there's a lack of actual story line or plot development to play into and there's just so many limitations or complications that you probably couldn't even enjoy it for long if you're just wanting to mess around. And if it's not clear yet, this is not the game to download if you were hoping to be the star of your own homemade virtual adult entertainment film of some sort...wish I had saved my $$.

WOW! This needs....alot of work! I saw everything i needed to see in 20 minutes. Like most simulator games with "simulator" in the title, Escort Simulator lacks polish. Of course yes, it's early access. But $20? The interview sequence at the beginning lacks so much polish it's hilarious. The guy's voice actor sounds like he recorded his lines in a room with no furniture or sound proofing because there's an echo every time he speaks. Right away you'll notice a lack of options. I play PC games on a 4k tv and most games these days have UI scale slider. This game refuses to change resolutions even if I select something lower like 1080p. So what you have is very small text that you have to stand 3 ft from your tv to read. The sex scenes are embarassing. The guy will say some of the most cringiest lines during sex. Stuff you just dont say. There are graphical anomalies on the female with the eyes and clipping issues. Seeing as how this game went on sale for 40% only 2 months after being released, tells you alot. It tells me that it didn't sell very well so the developer is slashing the price. Early access games never go to 40% off, usually no more than 10%. So what do you get for content? Since I told you that I saw everything in 20 minutes, that should be all you need to know. You have a cringe opening scene where you ask the escort a bunch of questions about her sex life, etc. The animations during this sequence are very bizarre. The female's arms will mimic the animation of flipping through a magazine but there's nothing there. Just overall lack of polish. I will say this however. We need more adult games with rpg elements. I was really hoping this would be sort of like a dating sim where you build up a rapport with each sex slave. But no, its just a graphical interface where you plow various women through boring contrived dialogue segments, then cum on their face or whatever. Honestly the only adult game that ever made me hard was Lust Epidemic. Why? Because there's a story line. I am hopeful about the development of this game. It's pretty fun and the girls are hot. However there are some ridiculous elements and I'll list them in my cons. Pros: The animations and appearances of the girls= cute. I'd appreciate an improved Create mode that could be a bit more tailored to player preferences. The strip tease mode wasn't a strip tease unless you choose which items she can remove, which felt a little clunky and removed me from the experience-- but I will say that this part of the game was definitely where the girl looked the cutest. Her dialogue is very positive and flirty. The sex scenes are definitely impressive in terms of how much it looks like a porno. I feel like the devs did great work at making this part interactive and engaging. Cons: I don't know if I like this or hate this but the girls do a weird little body shake that makes them look like they're dancing like Elaine from Seinfeld when they are waiting for your next move. The Create mode lacks skins tones and appearances that don't look like White girls dipped in paint. I would like to see custom skin (like shades of brown and black and maybe some brighter colors for the fantasy loving people, since there are elf ears) and better hair options (such as curly hair, black hair, kinky hair, and more alt cuts). I'd love to see piercings and tattoos. And fat girls! Where are the fat girls? Also, having trans girls would be awesome. I love all the girls. The clothing for the girls- Bad. It is not sexy. Like, a sweatsuit and a puffy blouse dress- huh... Dialogue is a struggle if you play a second time. It is kind of odd and the choices don't really make sense at points (when the dude says "Sometimes I just wish I could get on a plane and get away from all this" DUDE I'm playing this game for a fantasy that doesn't include some pathetic dude's existential crisis). Which brings me to... THE DUDES ARE FREAKING NASTY. It's like Leatherface, Sloth and Jessie from Breaking Bad spawned a monster. Again, this is a fantasy game and I don't want to imagine myself as a dude who looks like he is on America's Most Wanted. I was wondering if it's because they worried we would feel gay if the guys were attractive in any way. It IS hilarious to have these trippy looking dudes but damn. I'd love the ability to build a John who resembles me or other characters/celebs or just even looks boring and normal. Funny game. Cute girls. Needs help though. I would recommend.

Graphics are not bad. Needs a few things for improvement. 1. Need to be able to customize the male character. 2. Need to be able to adjust penetration depth. 3. Need to change the orgasm selection to allow for more choices without having to select 2 or 3 in the menus before reaching the one you want. Perhaps base selections more closely to the scene/position active at time of selection. 4. Need to add more blowjob positions (ie. escort on back, head over side of bed. Option to select use/no use of hands.). Overall, the product has alot of potential.
