I loved this game, for a lot of reasons. I've played a number of other Adult VR games, and they all seem like "tech demos" with a girl you can stare at and sometimes "fake-touch" while looping porn audio clips play in the background. They are mostly devoid of anything like a story or a plot, and are usually very un-sexy. This game is kind of the opposite. It's very unique. It's a sexy story, acted out AMAZINGLY by what has to be a top-notch professional voice-actress. The nasty things Mandy says, Good Lord! It's not going to win any awards for its animations. Some are better than others, and for the most part the "important" ones are pretty good. But it makes up for it with story and character. I love it when Mandy says things like "Well, you are just a robot. It's not like a real person is going to see this" when in fact, you are a real person, and you are right there in the room with her in VR when she does all the dirty things she does. This game really turned me on Big Time, and I can't wait for more Adult Content developers to start creating story-based Erotic games like this. I hope that others will enjoy Mandy's Room as much as I did, and help support developers like this. And kudos to STEAM for finally allowing stuff like this in the store.

For some reason I'm now very interested in these types of games. While I don't play them "one handed" its amazing where technology has gone from me stealing playboy mags and looking at them in the forest. This is not a "Game" but an "experience" and it's a total voyeur one. You play the role of "Mr. J" who is a teddy bear that can hear her thoughts. As the experience unfolds you are swept through "scenes" where Mandy is talking to you. You can nod your head yes or no to answer some of her questions, that's it. While the concept is cool and everything, I found myself quite bored. Some of the scenes are very short and some are quite long. In the initial phase of the game Mandy drops you and you are somehow malfunctioning - so you can "wake up" at different times instead of Mandy waking you up. I woke up to empty rooms, her sleeping, once she was studying on the floor and her mother came in. I tried really hard to make it to where she gets the robot, and even that...meh. There was one scene though where you have to nod or shake to make her go faster or slower while she's having "personal time" again, I found myself bored. Maybe if I was 14. The model is so - so - NOTHING like some of the other models I've seen, but the voice acting and the smut talk and VERY well done. Overall - I can't give it a thumbs up or down. It's just one of those things where you struggle to get through it. It's not terrible but it's not great either.

I got to admit this game just became my favorite from this category :D...so far is the best i ever played..it is a great game without VR but with VR might be even much more better..i played it and enjoyed a lot without VR..game is very nice and simple...you are a sweet little robot that watch Mandy having her fun...more about it ..you will find out once you start play..but i can tell is really worth it at least in my opinion..also if you finished the main story line and still didnt got enough of sweet little Mandy you have 4 extra content that you can play and replay everytime you want and of course with some of the key scenes in main story..after you end story you would notice which are the key scenes and also it have a small customize for your Mandy...to be honest if i would knew about this game in 2018 when it came out ..i would had call it GOTY of 2018 from '' fun time '' category but since i didnt know it ..i just call it now :D ..GOTY as for me really is one of the best i ever played from this category ...have fun and enjoy...............yourself !!

Not worth 10$ for very anticlimactic ending. The whole secret is 'dragged out' till the end. All you do is sit there and you hardly control anything that she can do besides 3 positions. Should be worth 5$

If you have a voyeuristic streak, it's a strong hit, otherwise it's a bit up in the air. NPC is a willing participant. Mandy's voice actor is A+! Does a great job.

When it comes to adult VR games its obvious that it will be a while yet before perfection is reached. Most games out there are non immersive and clunky. Not to mention an even less immersive learning curve on a lot of them. I have tried almost every game out there and always end up shutting it off and watching a "movie" instead. There are only two games I have played to date that have reached close to perfection in my mind. Mandys Room is one of them. Decent graphics, immersive, interactive, Mandy is hot. There needs to be more games out there like this rather than the massive flood of bad copycat games we see now. I really enjoyed the 1 on 1 interaction throughout this game.

It is an 1 1/2 long experience, it is well made and does the job. It is like VR Kanojo, but without interractions. There are so many problems with the VR experience : -No room scale (you can move everywhere, but the view reset constantly) -The controller don't do anything (no way to access the menu) -No way to reset the view with the VR controller, only keyboard. -No pause -No way to move the camera in VR or an option to get 1:1 room scale -I like the VR floor at the exact place as my floor. -Yes No gesture is not always detected and is a pain in the neck. (prefer a button on the VR controller) -Positional audio for the voice, when it is supposed to be telepathic? -The shoes in the room are way too big, about size 16? -I hate the flow of the game, always interrupted by black screen (I know it is part of the story) But it is totally worth it, it just need a little improvements and more options.

This is sweet and well made VR experience. I only struggled with the controls and missed having arms (in VR that is, not in real life). Mandy talks a lot but her mouth does not move. There are different customization options. In game you are a toy and buy Mandy a sex robot, that is quite cool and looks amazing in VR. There is no movement so you need a big roomscale to reach places.

I'm impressed actually. It was fun and very cute. The achievement here is the voice acting and how well she gets in your head and heart. She's cute and sounds genuine, and that creates the realism. The animation isn't amazing but not terrible. If it was tweaked it could be amazing. This is very short; about 65 minutes. Really this is a voyeur's dream. You can't move, other than to nod your head, BUT you CAN MOVE anywhere in the room (and any view) you want since it is ROOM SCALE technically. I recommend trying it if you've got $12 to burn. (This review is not including the NEW FREE DLC.)

One of the strangest games i've sadly played, i didn't know these kinds of games could make you depressed.

This is a really well done sim. Especially considering it was one of the earlier ones made. There isnt a lot of interaction in the main feature, you basically give yes/no commands via head movements. However, the extra content does allow for a little more involvement. It would be interesting to see this paired with a company like Lovense for a more immersive experience. If you get it on sale it's a nice look into the possibility of what VR can do.

Well it is hard to judge this game. The good The voice acting and the story is great and of a quality seldom seen in adult game. The not so good/bad The 3D model, scene lighting and animations look like something made more than 10 years ago. Mandy's 3D model is really poor and deformations in e.g. the shoulders when stretching her arms look bad. The 3D model is not capable of any significant facial expression apart from a (uncanny valley) smile. Same goes for animations (like jumping) and the bouncing of her breasts which is really not impressive (or that enjoyable) in 2018. Even though Mandy's body type is not to my personal preference I can't say that I'm looking forward to the customization feature because it won't change that the model, animations and lighting are so poorly implemented and generally not really worth looking at again for me personally. Overall Primitive graphics aside the game is still enjoyable and I guess many would find the poor technical implementation secondary, so I'm going to just barely recommend the game based purely on the voice acting and story/setting/idea. If you're on a budget I'd recommend waiting for a sale before giving it a try because there are other VR adult games that you should try first (check this list https://www.reddit.com/r/adultvrgames/comments/90ghfz/sticky_getting_started_guides_game_lists_more/, I recommend "She is a Sexaroid/Sexaloid" which for the price has a lot of content and is technically in a whole other league even though it's still basic).

Not perfect but pretty great. The visuals are the main downside. The colors are very flat and Mandy's facial expressions aren't great. Mandy herself is pretty rubbery in general. That being said, there's a lot to like here as well. The voice acting is top notch. The story is compelling. And the devs are responsive to questions and have been updating the game with excellent new content. This is the kind of game I want to support, despite the downsides mentioned above.

I underestimated it seeing it for the first time because its all about turning you on as skillfully as it can not state of the art graphics. You can't go wrong with it, it's worth the money... but this is 2019 and I hope Mandy's room 2 has improved graphics that would be extremely cool, that's not a complaint as much as it is a hopeful insight. I truly like it a lot the way it is, for what it is, and i'm looking forward to the next one, I'm sure it will very well if they can keep it up, no pun intended!

UPDATE: - Got through the entire game and mini-game. - Although I understand the stationay viewpoint we have (it is a stuffed electro-mechanical robot teddy bear), the ability to move the camera to witness the scenario from different viewpoints, would add some variety. - If it were possible to control the sexbot, to alter the positions you could put Mandy in, that would be interesting (I don't mean completely new positions; that would be like adding a new level, but allowing for limited range of motion where the sexbot's support pads are supporting Mandy). What a hilarious game! Don't get me wrong, the game is exactly what it advertises to be. Probably one of the better examples of 'truth in advertising' I've seen in recent memory. The following areas were cracking me up (meant in the spirit of humor): - The size of her room. You could literally fit an entire football team in her room. I would've said the Marching Band, but doubt both them and their 'musical instruments' would fit in the room. - Her posters in the room. And her parents say nothing?! - Her Mom's response(s) were priceless. Just imagine if Mom actually said something, although nominating her for 'Best Head Nods of the Year' is a no-brainer. - A commercially-available teddy-bear robot that reads your mind? And somebody isn't giving these as gifts to their most hated enemies? - A teddy-bear robot that orders online without your consent or awareness? Wait till Mandy has kids (not likely with her current suitor). - Where did the teddy bear get the money for these 'discreationary purchases'? That would make a heck of a mini-game. - What is that sexbot made of? Space Ship materials???? (designed to take the heat of re-entry) - How heavy is the sexbot? Who the #$%# carried that up to her room? How much was postage and handling? What size rechargeable battery does it require (cause I can't see 2 AAs doing the job)? And it came (hah!) out of the box fully charged with no assembly required? And WHERE is the remote control for this thing? - That sexbot, minus the pickle attachment, should be on the next space flight to Mars. Oh hell, keep the pickle; would be great for probing the soil. - That sexbot, for how it can move, how it seemlessly alters its position to accomodate Mandy (with zero discomfort and a minimum of padding)), without ever going off balance (or signs of a gear stripping) is amazing. This would be popular with any mechanic. - Having Mandy callin the teddy-bear robot "Mr. J". I was laughing every time she said it (based on a cartoon show from my past). - Given Mandy's physical reactions to the sexbot, I would highly recommend she invest in sound insulation and more durable floor boards to offset both her hazardous noise levels she could be exposing her parents to, as well as the cracked ceiling beneath her room. - I would've lost it completely if somebody with a ladder was hanging outside of her window at any stage of the game. Okay, that takes care of about 70% of the comments I wanted to make. I'll follow up with comments on gameplay and controls later. Thank you for one of the most hilarious games I have ever played.

While I am not a big fan of this genre; when I do buy one, I would like it to be something more than just slapped together junk like so many of these are. This one; while the graphics are dated, the girl at least looks like an actual person. The controls could certainly stand to be a bit more interactive, but overall this app is well done. It is by no no means overpriced; even better when it is on sale. It will be interesting to see what the developer does to improve the Mandy experience.

This game is special. The mechanics are very simple, but they fit together and create a very dense athmosphere. I've seen hornier, more extreme games, but they can't keep up with the presentation. I don't like the game just by itself. The developers caught me with their latest game. Every game has unique gaming mechanics that are new to the gaming genre with sexual content. They push even further, want to create more innovative games and care about their community. I think they are worth supporting.

Running non VR was still pretty good, I have no idea why people are complaining about the controls or graphics. It takes about an hour and a half to run everything. I would recommend this as a "Just want to test the waters of VR possibilities" starting point to try first without VR then try it with VR if you have the gear for it (I do and I will when I get is set up again after Xmas)

Out of the numerous virtual reality titles available, Mandy's Room offers one of the more unique experiences available anywhere. You could oversimplify this by lumping it together with 180 or 360 videos, or other CGI and model based software, however you would be hard pressed to find something quite like the immersive voyeuristic fantasy that is Mandy's Room. The sense of presence and scale is excellent. Limiting your activity to head movement, also helps keep the complexity down to a minimum as you observe the daily activity in Mandy's life, leaving you to enjoy the scenes and fully-voiced dialogue without interruption. Hoping to see further improvement to the models, environment, and lighting, not to mention additional titles from this developer.

This is a a good little VR movie of sorts but considering the price i think its worth it. Plus it really is nice being able to view it without VR support unlike most of the stuff of this type. The voice actress does a good job playing a sweet and innocent act for you. It was quite smart of the dev to go with the idea of mind reading instead of talking because it help avoid the weired lip sync issues and will help if they get actresses from other parts of the world to play mandy. On the last end lets just say it Dones what a male needs i to do and it does it well. Giving bit of time where nothing intressting is happening such as Mandy doing home work to sell the idea of this being a person living a life.

The game is more like watching a movie done in a room with only one character and very little interaction. The good point is that the game doesn't require VR to play and I think all VR games should be done this way. It is done extremely good for what it is meant to be and it easily can set up a standard for how adult games should be done. The game could be more immersive if more player controlled actions will be added. A note to the developers: Mandy could take the robot Mr J with her in the house, school, friends parties, boat trip, camping etc so this can be developed into a full spy story game with many beautiful environements. The possibilities are huge.

I had to come here to write this review and to say THANK YOU to the devs and to the amazing voice actor that put this game together. I could not be an ounce happier with my first experience of adult VR. If you've just bought VR, if it's your first time looking for sexy shenanigans in VR then I can safely say this is the last review you need to read. You need Mandy in your life! I'm torn between wanting to explain why you need this game and not wanting to give you any spoilers! Going to err on the side of caution! Buy the game! Consider the bundle with Mandy's Room 2 and save 2 fiddy! To answer one question you might have: You don't interact with Mandy per se. In fact you won't need the controllers at all. You simply nod your head for yes or shake your head for no (I nearly forgot that no was an option). Hope you have neck insurance. Enjoy!!

This game is very iffy... The graphics are well done with some minor issues, the controls are a little too sensitive and wish there was a key to controls and adjust controls, there isn't. I love that you can customize Mandy; make her different sizes, change her skin tone and hair, that's pretty cool. The shadowing is very realistic, and I like that. However, I am severely disappointed in the zoom feature; I want to see it all and I can't. I think the producers were in a rush to finish it and keep fixing the errors as they go along with it already being published. There's no different angles, and yeah, I get it, I'm a toy, so I can't walk for myself or be moved unless Mandy does so, but at the end when I can choose the scenes, I should be able to get different angles. At least give me that. The game play isn't very long, and even when there is, it's simply nod or shake your head. I wish there was more choices. As for the scenes, it was well put together, the anticipation was great. There just was very little game play, very few choices if any. I wish there was a lot more. This game has a lot of potential to be much more. The voice acting was very well done, but there should have been more. I hear the same things quite a few times while interacting. I like it, but honestly, you can finish it in about 2 hours. I don't really think it's worth ~$15, but it was fun while it lasted. It's basically a story with no different outcomes. For those who like simplicity here's some pros and cons of what I just wrote: Pros: Great quality graphics. Great voice acting. Customization of Mandy. Very anticipating scenes with a build up. Boobs. Cons: It's ~$15. It has very little game play. Very few choices if any. Controls aren't perfect. Repeats of voice acting. Poor zooming. Only one angle shown per each scene. The cons kind of outweigh the pros.

The game is alright. Most of it (as of writing this) is 360 spectator videos with minimal interactions; you get to watch Mandy as she pleases hereself. There's little customization you could do like change hair style, color tone, etc. Developer seems pretty active in pushing out updates. The game isn't bad for the price. Buy it if this is your kink.

Bought the game, had a maaaad wank, came everywhere... Even in my eye, needed new moniter and keyboard afterwards so i had to refund the game. 10/10

I was so 'excited' when I first saw this on LewdGamer that excitement did not last, however. A couple of sense in and I grew bored. It's decent enough for what it is you just need to be into a very specific fetish to enjoy it fully. As in sitting in front of someone watching them pleasure themselves with little to no input. I can't say for sure as I refunded after the two-hour mark but it seems like some of the audio and animations are indeed copied and pasted and used a bit repetitively, it's not to the extent of ruining the experience it's just a bit annoying. Same goes for a couple of the awkward animations transitions and loops I noticed. I can not recommend purchasing Mandy's Room full price. Wait for it to go on sale.

The gameplay consists of you nodding or shaking your had as you are the new electronic bear toy of Mandy who can read her thoughts. The game consists of a series of many different scenes and situations in mandies room, seeing her doing various activities in various outfits. The voice acting is very well done and nice to listen to. The animations seem to be done mostly via motion capturing which makes watching her dance a real pleasure. Some animations don't look quite as good though, so there seems to be some incosistency, It's a nice little game but be aware that there is very limited interactions and not much content. Seems like the dev's may deliver some updates that let you customize Mandy so I'm looking forward to that. I'd say the price might be a little too high. But then again, there aren't many adult games on Steam (if we ignore the hundreds of hentai games which I'm not a fan of) so it's a sellers market.

This is an incredibly erotic story-driven experience starring Mandy, a horny teenage girl with an exhibitionist streak. Unfortunately, I don't have a VR headset so my review will be based on the non-VR version of the game. You experience the story through the perspective of Mr. Jenkins, a sentient robotic teddy bear who acts as an electronic personal diary. As Mandy divulges her deepest secrets and naughty thoughts to you, you also secretly watch her while she goes about her day, from her daily chores and schoolwork to sleeping and masturbating. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) When she finally realizes that you've been spying on her, she lets you join in on her naughty activities. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) The entire scenario is extremely arousing; you're basically spying on a teenage girl frolicking around in her panties and touching herself. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) The game doesn't specify Mandy's age, therefore you're free to fantasize with whatever you're comfortable with. Personally, my headcanon is that Mandy is sweet 16, the perfect age when a young, nubile girl's breasts reach their full, plump adult size ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) and she starts growing more comfortable with her sexuality. Mandy's wardrobe is quite realistic for a teenage girl. Throughout the game, she wears innocent, childish panties such as striped panties and white cotton panties with a bear picture on them as befitting of a young girl. There are 3 options for breast size and butt size each ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), so you can have Mandy as a buxom, voluptuous THICC babe or an absolutely flat loli (but you can't change Mandy's height so that may get in the way of immersion). Mandy with the largest breasts and butt is an absolute snack and just admiring her body in the customization menu gave me a rock hard boner. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Gameplay is very linear; you can look around the room as you watch Mandy go about her life. Once Mandy realizes Mr. Jenkins is sentient, she will occasionally ask you questions that you have to reply with either nodding or shaking your head (using the mouse if in non-VR mode). There is no actual choice; if you answer incorrectly the game will simply not move forward until you answer with the appropriate head gesture. Basically, this is one of those interactive experiences where you can just enjoy the story and do something with your other hand ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) without having to worry about missable content. The main story is prime one-handed research material. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Mandy's dirty talk is incredibly arousing especially when she is describing what is happening to her body or how she is playing with herself. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Suffice to say, good luck trying not to blow your load too early. The game offers roughly 2 hours worth of content, and it took me 6 sessions to finish the game. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Mandy's lewd moaning is so arousing that I accidentally ejaculated all over my monitor at one point (that really gave me a panic attack ( ͡ಠ ʖ̯ ͡ಠ) ). After finishing the game, there is additional postgame content unlocked under Extra Features in the main menu. You can play a minigame similar to Red Light, Green Light JOI (jerk off instructions) but in this case you're the one who has to signal to Mandy when it's safe to masturbate and to stop when her father approaches her room to prevent him from catching her pleasuring herself. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) There are also 2 free DLCs kindly included by the developers. Mandy's Dream is a scenario where Mandy dreams of Mr. Jenkins as a full adult man and you get to finally get to f*ck Mandy's mouth, puss and @ss after 2 hours of being pent up just ogling her lewd body. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Unfortunately, you're not given the option of ejaculating inside Mandy and are forced to paint her body white with your s3men. Mandy's JOI Fantasy is the other scenario which is a standard jerk off instructions game where Mandy tells you to stroke your pen!s according to the speed of her stroking her cl!t. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) This is one of the most enjoyable story-driven experiences I've played and I highly recommend this game. The sexual content is significantly hotter than most other erotic games simply due to the fact that your performing research on a teenage girl. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Honestly, it is really refreshing to play an erotic game without the d!ck-softening 'All characters are 18+ and above' message. While there isn't much interactive gameplay, the game does offer enough variety in the scenes that you can revisit them multiple times for research without getting bored, especially if you're into voyeurism. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Really good start. Only been out a short time and additional content has been added so it appears that the developers are active and will be listening to the customers. Would love to see ability for us to be more involved and ability to move around. Good first start and hope to see it grow.

Fun erotic story, my only gripes are the (specifically) large boob physics (they look wonky when bouncing), and I wish the story (and Mandy's Room 2) had more solid endings. They just trail off after the final sex scenes. Some follow-up plot would be nice. But the graphics and general story are great fun.

A great start to the only Adult VR game series worth spending money on. Not incredibly long but, good replay value and FREE DLC! That's right, just like other good game devs these folks provide continued support after they sell the game! Unlike other devs that continuously just nickle and dime you for hardly what I would call added content. Hands free, but still... Mildly interactive. The second game is far more in your control. Which is just showing that the devs listen to the community. Buy the two pack and get both games, seriously, the only adult VR game worth any money at all.

The most enjoyable adult VR experience I've had so far. The voyeuristic aspect of the game might not appeal to everyone, but it worked for me. The VA is top notch, and the dialogue isn't TOO corny. But to me the best thing about the game is that it obviously has room to grow... and the developers are actually doing that, and actually working with the community. This is the beginninging of the road for AVR games still, and this is a solid starting place.

It's nice to find a well-made game in this genre in English. They've got a great voice actress (it's rare these games make an investment in this, and it's super important), regular updates, and exciting plans for more content, including more *ahem* interactivity.

A bit short, like most VR titles, and textures are not too detailed, and corny story, and limited mobility, but quite good animations. Hot scenes, good 3D. Worth the money. Mandy's Room 2 is even better. Recommend getting the bundle.

I have highly enjoyed this game as it lets you explore plenty of possibilities with "Mandy" I feel that more could be added such as changing potential gender from female to Futanari or hermaphrodite, but all in all this game gave me a good time tho its hard to use your dominant hand while playing this game..... XD UwU

It's a little expensive for what it is (a 3d movie with very limited interactivity). The animation is okay at times and other times it's extremely stiff and unrealistic. Voice acting is well done. This is the first adult content VR I have downloaded from Steam. It a pretty good experience. The graphics are good enough where you can let you mind forget it is just an animation. The new content lets you interact some with the model. I would recommend if you can get it for $10.

Have to say, it's not only super sexy, but LMAO in a funky Portal 2 way, especially with sex bot. Mandy is like your favorite Tilted Kilt waitress who's too lazy to work at Tilted Kilt. Playing through the main story was fun but the real fun begins when you enter the extra content and click mandys dreams. I highly recommend playing the story mode first though before you enter mandys dreams.

It's pretty obvious at this point that this is abandonware. Zero from the devs on MR 3, not even input on here. I'll still give it the positive review based on the game itself but buy it on sale if you do and since they are so busy pumping out game after game and lost interest in this...buyer beware I guess. Review follows: It's hard to consider this as a game in the traditional sense. You have very limited input in the game. You spend a LOT of time listening to her talk about....I dunno....I started to drift after a while. BUT....the voice acting carries it and Mandy is a kinda cute, likeable weirdo who just wants to figure out better ways to get off. The customisation is very limited and the sex is all just her rubbing one out which does kinda get stale after a couple times. If it's on sale, I'd say go for it. There's some weird kinda low tech animated hotness to her but don't expect anything mind blowing. You can't move the camera around, something they remedied in the second game. it is funny in parts but unless it's on sale or bundled on sale....meh.

Outstanding experience, a little bit dated, but excellent voice acting (Mia Sloane) and engaging story. Not a 'straight to the action' game but worth your time when you get there

I've only played it in VR. In VR it's awesome and hot af, but I imagine it would be pretty meh on monitor. I've seen other reviewers mention that Mandy's mouth doesn't move. That's because she's speaking to the PC telepathically. Also, my first initial is 'J' so that makes it extra immersive for me.
