Has a very small active player base that mainly consists of Europeans nowadays. I live on the east coast of the US so my ping isn't too bad whenever I play. However, with my time zone, you'd have to catch them during the mid-day or plan on playing on the weekends.
With that being said, there are two big issues with this game. First, Rising Storm's multiplayer is COMPLETELY dead. You'll only be able to find like a few people just playing with bots and the bots are ATROCIOUS. Secondly, the game does not feature a "waiting in queue" system like in Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. That means you either have to keep quick refreshing to see if any players have left or just try to join the server constantly. It's a bit frustrating because with this game's small community, there's typically only 1-2 server full of players.
Overall, I still like the game but I would only recommend picking it up on a sale and if you're just really dying for some WW2 games, especially on the Eastern Front.
