The DLC pack does not include EX attacks nor its star skill, meaning you cannot use the same special moves as in DW8 Empires. Unless you only want the weapon for looks, do not buy.

Pretty good additions, not amazing but if you are a fan of the series and have a lot of time clocked into the game then you should get it or just wait until the summer sale

Love the Emei Piercers and Revolving Crossbow; both of them are among my favorite weapons in the game. I'm not as big on everything else here but that's the beauty of this, there's something here for everyone. If you aren't legally bound to the EX weapons, these can add some very good variety. I also just think it's funny that, with this and the other weapon pack taken into equation, this game has more movesets than it does characters. What a long way we've come from DW6... and what a long way we've fallen from this game, sadly.
