Outpost: Infinity Siege

Yes, there are bugs, the game is clunky, unfinished in places, there are lots of issues with voice acting and animation, physics etc, BUT, the game has very unique mechanics and play style. If you love Orcs Must Die, this is game for you to try. Tower defence, before final wave make sure you have enough firepower and AMMO!

soooo... where did i wanna start talking about this game. Okay the Story is realy lame and not interesting at all. On the first Missions the Game was realy smooth and doesnt lag at all but then after the "Endgame" holy shit is this game bad optimized. Even with a RTX 5070 and an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X this game laggs as hell. Sometimes you go into extraction and wonders if the game is loading or just crashed again. Just a tip dont buy it if you want to play the because it looked cool, its just bad optimized, bad story telling and soo many other Problems that dont even near a value for a game that is not f2p.

This game has a good story line and the amount of Different combos and customization you can do for your outpost is awesome. I'm eagerly awaiting for the sequel.

the game does not do a very good job of telling you how to play in depth but the basics of it. but its def my new favorite game to play. they are making a second one but this game is a very hardcore grinding game. the middle tower content is okay. the bread and butter is the end game content. the turret and cannons you get are insane and do massive damage. its also a nice way to play its makes you think, you cant just spawn in and let it play with the extra challange you can get to make it harder.

Note that this game is abandon and are now working on the next outpost game. However, what's there is fun to play if you don't mind the grind cause it's really grindy. I hope the fix many of the technical issue in the next game

I have over 200 hours logged in this game, between playing alone and in coop. I would say if you like tower defense games or top down RTS you'll enjoy the game, you can build your main base up and turtle inside it letting the base do all the work while your build external defenses or command a army of robots you've built and deployed during the campaign. The biggest draw back for most players is having to loot the entire map every time you progress to a new section. But honestly you don't have to do this and certain gear makes it easier and faster to travel around the map like the grappling hook and area scanner. Things you are not really able to make use of or acquire until later in the game.

Base building tower defense gameplay is fun. The scavenging gameplay can be very repetitive and boring so avoid if that isn't for you. Also there are some bugs left in game. Some characters have a skill tree that cannot be purchased with points. Somewhat resource intense the larger your base gets. Other than that it is quite addictive to keep building a bigger and better outpost. Overall I can say I recommend it as I've enjoyed playing it.

On the short it is not bad, could be better and is ok at times and downright weird and bad at others. As of this review, 68h played single player, I had 3 items fall into the void not great but i didn't care since it takes hundreds/thousands of shit to get anywhere with your builds. There is lots of jank and it feels like this is a console port so some stuff is weird but i still enjoyed my time with this game. If you want to buy it get it on sale for under $10 its hard to recommend it at current and full price.

Fun AF, although late game you need a decent PC, and the voice acting is okay at best. Still, this game has great gameplay and is 100% worth it

it is somthing i want to like i really do but it still need more though they have been constly updateintg it hopefuling one day

all of the negative reviews are just people you can't appreciate a great game that is in early development. i love this game and hope the devs continue to work on it

Honestly this is pretty neat as a time-killer. Presentation is outstanding - looks great. It does have alot of bugs and I've heard that the MP doesn't work, but that's not an issue for me :)
