It's like COD: Zombies but with fun classes, interesting enemy variants, increasing difficulty, and a good number of maps to choose from. Heavily recommend with friends Also hype for the 3rd title!

Game can't even get me into the main menu, I'm just stuck on a black screen and this is after having gotten it to work before so I doubt it's a hardware issue, everything states it should be working but only thing I'm getting is some Hard rock guitar and a black screen. If i wanted that I'd just pull up spotify. Don't buy from these people they're just another money hungry mess of a dev company.

One of the best, if not best, wave-based survival shooter: amazing gunplay, tons of well-detailed maps. Bad day? Tear a few FP with .50 cal. Simply amazing.

A very cool game. With variety, where you need to pump up a bunch of maps and perks (more precisely, you need to complete the maps and pump up the perks). You could say that the game is somewhat similar to Team Fortress 2, but I consider the second game more difficult than this one. Or maybe at the moment I haven't figured out TF2 properly yet. Although compared to these achievements, I seem to have gotten carried away. Because from about the middle to the end of collecting all the achievements, it becomes more difficult to play, which means you need to pump up more to be able to pass the most hardest difficulties. Special thanks also to the couch experts, or the couch expert who is my friend, who helped me with the game.

After playing this on console years ago and now returning but on PC and playing for a bit I can confidently say this game still holds up beautifully!

Good co-op hoard shooter. There are some DLC weapons, but if one person owns them, everyone else in the party gets access to them. Otherwise cosmetic items are the only micro transactions in the game.

In Killing Floor 2, I walk not alone — I walk as Reverend Tomo, high priest of the Holy Fire, flanked by my loyal apprentices. Together, we bring salvation… in the form of scorched earth and explosive justice. I, as Firebug, carry the sacred flame. Mine is the path of purification. I do not kill Zeds — I baptize them in cleansing fire. Every Molotov is a sermon. Every flamethrower burst, a hymn. I preach repentance at 1200 degrees Celsius. And my brothers? Oh, they’ve learned well: Brother Dom, once a wild Berserker with no aim and no clue, now cleaves through Scrakes like Moses parting the Red Sea — with an axe. Brother Suka, our saintly Medic, darts between chaos and carnage like an angel on speed. He heals before we even know we're hurt, quotes scripture, and somehow survived 3 Fleshpounds solo while humming church hymns. Brother Dzems, our Demolitionist, has learned the sacred art of not blowing himself up (mostly). His explosions are now strategic, glorious, and occasionally musical. We move like a choir of destruction. Crawlers are incinerated mid-air. Fleshpounds are humbled and reborn... as ash. Boss fights? Rituals of fire and teamwork. Sure, there’s still chaos — once, Brother Dzems yelled “I got this” and accidentally nuked the Trader pod. But even in mayhem, we thrive. We’ve turned destruction into discipline, flames into faith, and screaming into laughter. If you're looking for a co-op shooter where fire is holy, explosions are divine, and your squad actually gets better with every round... This is your church. These are your brothers and sisters. Welcome to the cult of carnage. 🔥🔥🔥 10/10 — Amen.

Killing Floor 2 is the ultimate adrenaline-fueled, cooperative shooter where you and your team face off against relentless hordes of grotesque mutants in a perfect storm of chaos, carnage, and dark humor. Developed by Tripwire Interactive, it’s a game that thrives on its frantic pace, visceral combat, and satisfying weapon variety, making every match a nail-biting rollercoaster of survival and slaughter. At its core, Killing Floor 2 is straightforward: survive wave after wave of increasingly dangerous enemies called Zeds. The combat is punchy, responsive, and brutal. Every shot feels weighty—from the crisp pop of a handgun to the bone-shattering impact of a sledgehammer smash. The “Zed Time” slow-motion mechanic is a thrilling highlight, letting you rack up insane combos and moments of cinematic destruction. Each wave tests your ability to coordinate with your team, manage resources, and know when to hold the line or retreat. The game’s variety of classes—known as perks—each come with unique weapons and abilities, encouraging diverse playstyles and teamwork synergy. Though you can play solo, Killing Floor 2 shines brightest in co-op mode with up to six players. Communication and role synergy are crucial, especially on harder difficulties. Medic perks keep teammates alive, supports hold choke points with heavy fire, and berserkers wade into the fray to break enemy lines. The chaotic interplay between players, combined with the unpredictability of Zed spawns, creates an electric atmosphere filled with tension, screams, and laughter. It’s a wild ride that rewards quick thinking and solid teamwork. The Zeds come in many terrifying flavors—from fast-moving stalkers to hulking Fleshpounds that can tear your squad apart if you’re careless. The enemy variety keeps combat engaging and forces you to adapt tactics on the fly. Boss fights ramp up the intensity, though some bosses lean on brute force mechanics rather than creative encounters. Still, taking down these monstrous foes with your team is immensely satisfying. The game delivers a gritty, gruesome aesthetic with impressive gore effects that never feel gratuitous but definitely satisfy a craving for over-the-top carnage. Blood splatters, dismemberments, and ragdoll physics add weight and realism to the chaos. Maps are well-crafted, with varied environments—from industrial facilities to eerie swamps—that provide tactical depth and keep each run fresh. The sound design is exceptional. Guns pack a punch, Zeds have distinctive and chilling growls, and the pulse-pounding soundtrack perfectly complements the escalating action. Voice lines from characters add personality and humor, helping balance the tension with lighthearted moments. With multiple perks to level up, dozens of weapons, weekly events, and mod support, Killing Floor 2 offers plenty to keep players coming back. The grind to max out all perks can be long, but the steady stream of new challenges and the dynamic gameplay loop ensure it rarely feels tedious. Killing Floor 2 is a relentless, gory, and gloriously chaotic FPS that nails cooperative gameplay. Its blend of tense survival horror, satisfying gunplay, and dark humor make it a standout title for fans of team-based shooters and zombie killing sprees alike. While boss fights and some grind elements leave room for improvement, the core experience is a blast—especially with friends. If you’re looking for a game where every round feels like a frantic, blood-soaked party, Killing Floor 2 is worth jumping into. Pros: -atisfying, visceral combat and weapon variety -Strong emphasis on teamwork and class roles -Intense, dynamic enemy encounters -Outstanding sound design and gore effects -Active community and mod support Cons: -ome boss fights can feel repetitive -Progression grind can be lengthy -Solo play is less engaging than co-op -Limited objective variety Rating: 8/10

Great Game! All types of fun using all types of guns and perks to mow down zeds! The French announcers voice is soothing and her voice lines are imaginative and help motivate to reach higher rounds with higher difficulty. Trying to complete every map on max difficulty. Good fun!

for a game that i got for only 3 bucks during the summer sale, it is definitely worth the price. Playing solo can be heart racing and thrilling, but if youre looking for a more immersive and fun experience, play with friends for sure. only thing i would maybe change is adding customization, like choosing what optics, grips, grenade launchers etc. to put on a weapon. 4.5/5 rating

Great co op great maps weapons dlcs etc and yet shared dlcs are greatest thing in multiplayer games also very funny it lacks only official mod support to play with friends with dumb modfications, also devs stopped adding new maps or whatsoever thats sad and for sure better than kf3 anyway XD

Solid game now that most of the content is there. The microtransactions are annoying, and theoretically pay to win, but if 1 person in a lobby has it, the whole lobby can use it. This game wasnt the greatest on launch, but now has a fairly big wealth of content, both modded and not, to go through. I'd say its below something like L4D2 and Helldivers 2, but not far off. Extremely charming characterization , and good options for both turning on/off voices if you don't want them, or song lyrics if you do want them. 7.5/10

Yo, this is my second favourite game. The slow motion effects are sick as hell and I love the weapon selection; all of the them are so good, and the ZED loves to touch me, no Diddy.

I own this game on xbox and have played it for many years. Absolutely love it. I saw it was on sale and so I thought I'd get it on pc so I can play above 30fps. Nope. I've spent hours trying to get the game to start but I can not for the life of me get past the splash screen. I get a black screen and the main menu music playing with not responding in the task manager. I've tried damn near every troubleshooting method people have suggested to no avail. Upon searching for way to get past this black screen bug I discovered that this has been a known issue for over 10 years. It was also in the 1st Killing Floor.

Killing Floor 2 is an absolute blast if you enjoy fast-paced, co-op zombie shooters with over-the-top action and satisfying gunplay. The game drops you into wave-based survival against increasingly intense hordes of grotesque creatures called Zeds, and it nails the feeling of pure chaos and adrenaline. Each class (or perk) feels unique, with its own playstyle and progression system, and the weapon variety is fantastic — from classic rifles to flamethrowers and even katana swords. The gore system is insane (in the best way), and the heavy metal soundtrack amps up the energy in every match. Whether you're playing solo or with friends, Killing Floor 2 offers tons of replay value, especially with regular seasonal events and new content updates. It’s one of those games that’s easy to jump into, hard to put down, and always satisfying to return to. Pure co-op carnage at its finest.

Love the game, some weapons have a pretty good feeling. The endless mode on DieSector was pretty well thought. But the spawn system is too unreal.. zeds can spawn right around the corner, right behind you or even right in front of you if there's a fence in between or if you're laggy.

At this point killing floor is a classical piece of art. It's a game of simple design with easy to understand mechanics. But the execution is so good that it keeps people in for tens of hours while being easy to start.

I've owned the game for 4 years now, I've only got a total of 22 minutes on the game because its crashes non stop. I change graphics settings in game CRASH, I look at my perks CRASH, I do anything that doesn't involve closing the game CRASH. Dog shit and not worth it. Just wait for Killing Floor 3.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but this game refuses to open no matter what i try to do and it's storage is badly optimized (about 100GB) , i didn't get to play the game but this clearly left a bad impression on me. If the devs actually made this game work properly I'm sure i would've enjoyed it a lot, unfortunately the devs didn't.

If you're looking for a fast-paced co-op shooter with endless hordes of mutants, buckets of gore, and heavy metal blasting in the background — Killing Floor 2 hits the mark like a headshot from a magnum. Pros: Intense gameplay: waves of enemies keep the pressure on, especially on higher difficulties — pure adrenaline. Satisfying gunplay: every weapon feels powerful, and shooting has that juicy, crunchy feedback. Class system: plenty of variety — be a tanky commando, a healer, a firebug, etc. Co-op fun: perfect with friends. Playing with a full team is pure chaos (in a good way). Atmosphere: killer soundtrack, gore everywhere, and a gritty horror vibe. Cons: Perk leveling can be slow, especially for new players. Can get repetitive after a while — maps are solid, but more content would be welcome. Cosmetic loot boxes and microtransactions — not pay-to-win, but still feel a bit intrusive. Verdict: Killing Floor 2 is a brutally fun shooter that shines in co-op. A perfect mix of arcade action and hardcore intensity. Great for blowing off steam with friends. Best served with beer and voice chat.
