This game is still a beast. I can't play it for squat anymore lol. It hits me right in the feels though.

Very difficult to master but it is peak metal vibes with tons of interesting characters. perfect if strive does not scratch that fg itch but honestly try Xrd first if you're not sure.

Probably the best Guilty Gear in the series, objectively. I personally spent more time in Xrd, but wish I caught the series back when this entry was still the main game!

There's a lot of reviews here that explain in depth why this game is good and fun and has incredible mechanics and overall gameplay, so I'm not gonna talk about all that. I adore all of the characters and music and (most of) the interactions between characters. i really like aba from guilty gear shes reallyy cool and shes cool and i love keys :3. incredible fighting game with gameplay that 100000% holds up to this day. tips to get better at the game: eat a little treat and get a pretty girl to pat you on the head when u land an frc or a sick combo

10 years’ worth of updates making for a sizeable roster and stage selection. The R stands for Rebalance and going off of tier lists, it’s a healthy split. There was a free rollback netcode update in 2020 and the online is surprisingly active. Story and arcade modes for each character with difficulty settings. Gorgeous sprite work and perhaps the best prog metal soundtrack in the series. It’s basically Third Strike for grebs.

this version of AC is so ass compared to the playstation2 port. the AI is on steroids and can counter hit you from full screen and wake up DP your ass in into oblivion. who ever at arcs made this version of this game please rot in hell. not only is story mode rigged in the AI's favor half the time. not matter what difficulty setting you choose. you can still loose badly. i don't give two flying fucks about ROLLBACK. all you rollback nerds need to get off your useless wiggly hotdog joysticks and go touch grass. while your at it please drink piss and kill yourself. this guilty gear game should be tossed in the oven and remade with fair fights. fuck this game. im playing the ps2 port because its better. Keep giving me free points you morons. my opinion on this game wont change.

I love this game. I hate this game. I play online matches, I close the game, I immediately open it again. I simply can't get enough. There are very few games that I will return to over and over again. Truly one of my highest recommendations for fighting game enjoyers and enthusiasts. 10/10

Been looking for a game to really scratch my 3rd Strike itch for a while, this does that and so much more. One of the best fighting games I've ever played.
