LEGO® STAR WARS™: The Force Awakens

So while I wouldn't say that this is the best Lego game, even the best Lego Star Wars game, this game is still pretty undeniably fun. The levels are good, the combat is better with some of the shooting galleries changing it up a little bit, etc. While the Complete Saga will always and forever be my favorite Lego Star Wars, I think that this one is a solid option if you do actually enjoy some aspects of the sequel trilogy. The characters, especially the DLC characters are also fantastic in this game. If you want a big roster, this is it :D

This is one of the many games that you can buy on this website that I want to be able to give a mixed review for. Many of the unskippable cutscenes feel extremely stale and many of the jokes do not land. However, it really isn't any worse than the other lego games. The real problem here is that they tried to take one movie and drag it out to be video game length. I like that movie, but I'm lukewarm on this retelling of it.

Bought this around May the 4th and wish I'd tried it then! I can't express in civilized words how frustrating this game is to get working with two controllers!

Tried to give it a shot, couldn't do it. Not the biggest star wars fan. Game seems pretty polished, which most LEGO games are, but I got this game in a bundle and i can't get into it. It's definitely a game for someone, just not for me.

Got this in a bundle with skywalker saga, thinking it was going to be a nice a bonus, played it before skywalker saga, game crashes now and again, causing me to lose progress in levels, kinda frustrasting. some how BB8 got stuck in the roof of one level, that drove me mad, didnt play it for rest of the day. they probably wont fix the bugs unfortunately. the content is stretched as its only based on one movie. the movie it was based on was kinda bad, so the game follows a kinda bad story. anyway if you wanna play starwars, just play the skywalker saga. unfortuantely i am not gonna play this game for a while, so this review probably wont change

Unskippable cutscenes in 2025 can ligma balls. Nobody cares about your dumb ash logo.
