Surgeon Simulator: Experience Reality

So i got about half way through the game, to the tooth surgery ambulance bit. To put it bluntly, I was soft locked. I couldn't physically interact with the teeth that i had to put into the dudes mouth. The first one worked just fine, So I don't know why this one didn't work. I tried restarting numerous times, and it still didn't work. So i can't recommend this game purely for the fact I am literally unable to finish even half of it cause it won't let me. Aside from that, it's just an easier version of surgeon simulator. It's your actual hands your using, so you're not left to such jagged and spastic movements. It's fun when it wants to work properly. Kinda. It's the same 5 missions over and over again but just in different locations. It's alright overall I guess. But nothing amazing.
