Not horrible, but sloppy, overflowing with glitchy behavior and the fishing is... I don't know... "Stiff" is the best word I can think of. And who made the damned trolling motor? The controls are horrible and I don't think it even works right. It's a shame because the underwater environments are well done and there's actually fish down there that will take your lure, unlike Fishing Planet where there's nothing until a fish spawns next to your hook. Fishing Planet's fluid casting and retrieval system and trolling motor controls are leaps and bounds better, though. Buy it on sale and be patient with it, probably forget the trolling motor is even there, and you can have some fun with it. That's the only way it's worth it and is otherwise a solid thumbs down.
