It's a good, fun shooter, and a nice improvement over the original. Especially when playing wirelessly (e.g. with Virtual Desktop), it's pretty cool. At the same time, the design and the environments get old after a while: this is not the most varied shooter, and it relies on the same kind of tricks and setpieces over and over. It's worth it at the price they're asking, but I'm not necessarily all that eager to get the sequel, because it looks like more of the same, just with a dog. And I'm not a dog person.

I just finished the campaign with my friend. Moving into the DLC now. I absolutely loved this game, especially since I had company to share the experience with. Most of the guns felt so good to hold and shoot I started to get cocky with my shooting stances lmfao. Its not a long game as my hours can tell but thats for the better, it really doesn't drag out and the finale was just the right amount of tense. Looking forward to updating this when we go through the two DLCs!

The Classic VR title with updated everything. It's a must for any PC VR player. It's a little demanding and I had a touch of white flashes (3080 ti) but i got through it all. the best zombie game for VR. can't wait to play number 2. DLC's are good to, the dam one is solid and alot of fun and the deadman one is short but action packed BUY IT

Game is great, though just like After The Fall, The AK-47 is stuck in safety and yet it fires. This time though, I can't do the HK slap on the MP5 Submachine Gun, and the HK G7 Battle Rifle. And the revolver cylinder doesn't swing out all the way and makes it seem off.

This is one of the better optimized VR games. The controls are great and you don't have to reach far to interact with objects. I like the linearity of the story. It makes it easy to pickup and play. This game is a must buy for VR even if the market is saturated with zombie titles.

Arizona sunshine reminds me of the first time i played Doom 30 years ago. Yes i'm that old. It has the same originality and fun of Doom . The game is linear but the levels are not too big and well crafted. so you dont get lost and lose too much time serching for action or clues. All different guns are fun to use.My two favorite are shot gun and 45 magnum. The reloading mechanism has its flaws but after some times you getting use to it. You have to manage your ammo and use a good strategy to pass some levels. I'm playing at adventurer difficulty and it's well balanced , zombies are more like in the walking dead series. at survival mode, they run at you and you better reload fast and shoot them at far . IMO this is a VR classic. It has all the ingredients to make you spend a good time ,

Immediately after completing the original, the remake drops! And it is not only faithful, it's an incredible zombies game even if you haven't played it before. It runs really well on my RTX2070

Fun zombie killing game, nice mix of guns, and I love that they went back and remade the game and offered the new version for free to those who had already purchased it!

Game is quite good, gameplay-wise and even story-wise. Even the main character is both intresting and fun. The main problem however is the optimisation and crashes. My rig ran hotter than in any other game. The game frequently crashed and few times the pc crashed as well. Im happy it wasent that long or i would be afraid that it will damage my pc at some point.

One of the best first experience for VR. However if you're looking for something more advanced, like The walking dead saints and sinners, this game is not for you

Decent game, it's essentially identical to the original release from what i can see, it's just rebuilt using 2's assets which are pretty objectively an upgrade. Pairs perfectly with the second game now. If you like Arizona Sunshine 2, this is just more of that, with around 7 hours of content. Decent VR Title.

enemies teleport constantly on coop (we live 2 minutes from each other, latency is not the issue the game is just bad). guns handle absolutely terribly, the only major change i can surmise from the original game that came out like 7 years ago is that you have to 2 hand rifles now. guess what? it makes no difference if you dont anyways. its probably better if you use one hand, because weapons are just so insanely shaky. there is no simulated stock, there is no stabilization, you just feel like you have cerebral palsy as you miss everything. you know why the revolver is the best weapon in the game? because it ISNT a terrible rifle that requires 8 million janky inputs to deal with. you literally just point, shoot, and press b twice. that is it. this game also has very little depth. you have a campaign thats like 4 or 5 hours long. during it, your character yaps constantly about nothing, and curses the world for leaving him only Fred the zombie. then you've got a horde mode with 3 small maps. its a fine mode but really nothing to write home about. there are some dlc but i havent gotten to them yet. dont know if i will. I would rate this game a "remake means do something new"/10 Just play H3VR, it's this but with GOOD controls, LOTS of game modes, LOTS of guns, LOTS of modding, and WAY more fun.
