I Am Your Beast

combat is fun, music is very good, story is very nice. most of the content comes from challenges

worth every penny. I still have a few extra levels to beat but i finished the main story. Wow what an awesome game. Not only is the gun play fantastic and the map design superb, but I also really enjoyed all of the dialogue. Like hats off this is a must buy for anyone who likes do cool shit with guns.

This game is absolutely amazing! From a purely gameplay perspective, I Am Your Beast is flowey and feels fluid and non clunky, the gunplay is amazing and all the little details add up into an amazing experience, The F.E.A.R like AI talking on the radios was something that really stood out to me as a feature this game wouldn't be the same without (although it would still be just as amazing without it) The story is amazing, its short and to the point, almost too short. The way the story is paced kind of reminds me of Titanfall 2 but its definitely different. The voice acting in this game is one of the best I've ever heard. In conclusion I Am Your Beast is DEFINITELY worth your time and money. I'm definitely not done with this game! 10/10 wish i could play blind again.

Just play it dude, it doesn't cost an arm and leg and it's got great gameplay and writing. [spoiler] I can't believe a game actually made me not want to kill someone, I got into such a mindless rhythm but the moment I saw pookie I sat there for a good ten minutes because I couldn't bring myself to kill him. With really fun and fast-paced levels that get progressively more challenging throughout the game, each one leaves you wanting a better time and grinding for that S-Tier score. Paired with a fantastic soundtrack and great voice acting, I Am Your Beast makes for an amazing and engaging game. Can only recommend :)

OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS GAME I LITERALLY PLAYED THROUGH THE WHOLE STORY IN ONE NIGHT! It's so fun and the story is so well written I just love this whole game so much

really fun game that really does demand attention, it is 100% worth the buy and just in total is a really good game, you can tell that the devs put hard work into it and the storyline.

Amazing game, haven't enjoyed a game this much since I played hotline miami, so if you like that one then you'll love this game. Getting S rank on levels is near impossible though, like you have to do every move perfectly, and some of the challenges are a bit too much, specially cause some of them aren't completely on you, like there's one "only headshot kills" but then while they try to shoot you they end up blowing themselves up and you lose the challenge. But if you don't care about getting everything done then it's a great game.

this game is exellent and fun and cool and i like running fast and shoot thing and the music is good and the story is good and you have aura and stuff and its cheap and is a good 4 hours to beat the main game but like over 10 to 100% the whole game (i have 10 and have 100% the main story half completed the bonus levels and havent started the 2 other missions) only bad thing was the cavalry music that made it feel like my brain was being melted and my ears were bleeding - but thats only 1 level so its ok

I bought this game because it was overwhelmingly positive and I can wholeheartedly say that it has become one of my favorite games. The voice acting is great, and the combat is refreshing, the campaign itself isn't too long, but it makes up for it in being relatively replayable with the extra challenges. 10/10

This game is the game of games i'd have to say, it takes in a compelling story as well as fast paced action that a lot of story games are scared to touch with a 10 foot pole, I extremely recommend this game and i really hope it gets some sort of sequel or prequel [spoiler] who is harding i've never heard of this man [/spoiler]

this games really fun, you can play it whenever youre free or busy the levels are really short but theyre good its highly replayable you can pull off really cool clips in this game get it its fun

this game is fantastic. if you're a fan of fast paced combo shooters (Mullet Mad Jack, Hotline Miami, Dusk etc), then you'll love this. adrenaline fuelled combos, headshots & explosions galore, all while being as quick and efficient as possible, doing optional side objectives. someone once said: this feels like SUPERHOT without the slow-mo. and i can agree. to me, this game feels like a 3 game mix of SUPERHOT, Hotline Miami & XIII (yeah the old school ps2 comic-style game). the story of Harding going Rogue, against his messed up boss, Burkin, and causing the man nothing but fear, all because Harding's "LAST" mission, goes against his principles. and finds a new friend on the way. i love this story. this game is also quite difficult, it isn't easy by any means. but trial & error is key in this. looking for tips on youtube, improved my ranking! (going from b to A's on most, b to S's on a couple levels) but definitely do recommend this game, and can also see why it was nominated for GOTY in 2024. it is an adrenaline rush like no other, using any weapon you can find, chowing through multiple COI agents against you. this game doesnt give you the weapons. this game give the ENEMIES the weapons & says to you "you want that? take it!" 9.5/10 (tips: kicking enemies on the floor & from behind, explosion kills, throwing knife kills & sniper collaterals are the best time additions. you're welcome.)

Absolutely fantastic first-person shooter/beat-em-up in the "instant restart" style (think Hotline Miami or Neon White). Easily one of the best examples of this narrow sub-genre with a stylishly told story featuring very likable (and unlikable) characters and their toxic relationships. Highly recommend.

I was scrolling through the FPS category of the steam store when I saw this. It seemed somewhat similar to Ultrakill, so I decided to give it a try. Ho-ly shit. The story, voice acting, and gameplay are absolutely incredible, not to mention the banger soundtrack. Played through the whole thing in one night. Probably one of the best $14 I've ever spent. Absolute crime this game isn't more popular, and I'll be preaching that forever.

In my personal list of boomer shooters, this is second only to DOOM 2016. I have a library of DNF's and half-playthoughs, and in this game I'm going for the 100%.

This game is great, it's one of the fast pace shooter games. It has a captivating story which will get your attention right away. My only problem is to sometimes progress the story (the main one, I haven't played any of the other ones) you have to go back to previous levels and complete some task (EX: complete a map with A rank or complete 2 optional task in a mission) it gets kinda annoying if you don't want to do that.

Honestly dont have a bad thing to say about this game. Amazing feeling combat with a nice story, I still replay the final level sometimes just because its that fun.

This is one of those rare games where I wish I could wipe my memory of playing it, and start all over again. It was truly an amazing experience, and has crazy combat mechanics.

game goes crazy hard, picked up on sale half intending to refund it since it didnt look all too interesting but ended up with a game with smooth, snappy, and responsive gameplay with a low skill floor but a lot of room to get flashy or skillful, a kick ass soundtrack, amazing voice acting, a great comic book style (though i had to turn off the vfx since it was a bit much for me), some pretty funny dialogue at times, and plenty of replayability and extra content to allow you to get more out of it than just a 2-ish hour story. my only gripe is that Alan didnt get his chance to piss :(

I think this is my favourite game of this type that I've played on steam so far. Levels are short and generally very easy to get through once you get the hang of the gameplay, but that won't stop you going through them again and again just to get a better rank! Combat is super precise and satisfying.

This game is cool, it's just the S rankings are so cancerous. Do the playtesters even play their own fucking levels???? and the combat is very clunky and RNG-based. Music is great tho. This is just a ragebait game

Dude I absolutely LOVE this game It is so good, that I really want to see more story-levels because they amazed me so much, I hope there'll be more story-levels on this game

One of the BEST games I've played on steam, though it is short and you can finish it in one sitting (ignoring if you decide to 100% it) its just simple old fun, levels aren't just simple point and click runs either with the different gimmicks throughout the story. Of course there's also the topic of sound, the weapons sound great, simple as, with a great punch when you score a kill with something such as the Shotgun or the Sniper Rifle, along with the game OST playing it makes everything much more raw. The extra content available in the game are a treat too, Support Group just serves to show just how much of a BEAST Harding is towards the COI and I am all there for it. Overall? I just cannot get enough of the game, I really hope for a sequel someday.

I went into the game intending to play through the story casually and came out the other end drenched in sweat with S rank on every level and the urge to throw sticks at my neighbors.

You are him. You're literally the person that goons in any game shit themselves about. This is peak cinema, some levels test your patience in schmooving around and sending people directly to God with same day shipping Peak. 9/10

I can already tell the gameplay is going to be fun but holy shit the protagonist's voice actor sounds like an emo 19 year old trying to fuck me. Every other voice performance I've heard so far has been stellar, which makes the fumble on the main character even more shocking.

If you want a quick, fun, and fluid movement shooter, this is the game for you 9.5/10

Absolute banger. The way you get introduced to a level (with potentially new mechanics) and get to not just race the clock is very nice. Combat feels smooth like butter and you feel like a badass

This game is so satisfying to play! Gamefeel 10/10 and audio is wonderful! Love the full focus on the gamedesign and saving both time and money on animated cutscenes. Like a good radiotheater with great actors setting the scene. So entertaining and easy to pick up for short bursts of mayhem. Kudos!

Overall it's a really fleshed out game and if you are a fan of SuperHot or have considered playing similar I would highly recommend it. Its pretty easy to pickup and play and levels are generally pretty quick and easy to return to if you are looking for a game to fill some free time! The gameplay is directly comparable to SuperHot both in combat and in the progression of levels. It can be as fast paced as you wish, though you are running against a time, or in some cases a score counter. The bonus objectives and level scoring have certainly gotten met to latch on to re-running the same mission to hit S-tier and complete all objectives. In between just about every level you'll get a TEXT "cut-scene" of Harding having some verbal interaction, the humor has gotten me to chuckle a few times.

Fantastic, short game with great voice acting and great writing in it's little story mode. 10/10 sweet dreams are made of these.
