The game definitely had the workings of something that could have been very fun, and overall for the earlier portions of the game, that is the case. But for the latter half of the game? That's where things started to fall apart for me. I don't want to be too critical given the unfortunate passing of one of the major devs for the game mid-development, but it still doesn't change the fact that the game just has quite a lot of issues with it. And while I think it could've been a really fun one, overall it just kind of fell flat for me.

A good game through and through. Your choices matter, you don't know which animals, if anybody, are going to be infected and end up turning mutant, and there isn't always an easy way to tell. Note to the devs: I would like to see a "Treatment Only" sort of mode, similar to that of The Mortuary Assistant's (another highly recommended game by the by) "Embalming Only" mode, where animals do not turn mutant and instead, this mode focuses more on Paul's day to day job of taking care and treating the animals.

This game is hard, l I wish we could use the arrow keys to get a more accurate percentage at the Kitchen station.

I love the concept this game has, but the bugs and character reactions in the game just isn't doing it for me. The bugs I deal with is mainly just random pop-up jumpscares that don't exactly fit where they're supposed to. Jumpscares or sequences in the game that should've happened, but didn't. And animals that weren't getting cured no matter how much I tried to cure them. And that's a big problem in itself since you can't progress until you finished everything in an enclosure. Going back to what I said about character reactions: they just don't make any sense. For instance, the only time the M.C. is actually surprised is when he had to "restock" on meat (if you played the game, you know what I mean). The whole time before that, and probably throughout the rest of the game, the M.C. just doesn't question anything around him or whats 'literally' being told to him. There's just so much this game needs right now that it doesn't feel like it should be released now.

Very fun; I appreciated finally having the chance to let out my pent-up spite -- and, frankly, HATRED -- for the animal kingdom. 10/10, would LARP this game with friends :))

Autosave feature did not work for me (I assumed the save icon at the bottom right of the screen was autosaving, but I could be wrong). Had to restart twice. I hoped for more of a tutorial, other then just showing me how to use the bucket, MFE, TIS and the UV light. There was no direction on how to use the sound frequency thing (ASSA) or blood testing. I was able to manage to figure out the blood testing but took a while for me to realize the device was even on the cart. I couldn't make it past the Wallaby's (the animal after the tutorial with giraffes) as I could not figure out how to use the ASSA (even after looking it up). The Wallaby's were completely healthy other then me not knowing how to use the ASSA. Not only that, the symptoms tracker would not update with the Wallaby's. When I hovered over the animals, everything was highlighted healthy (besides ASSA), but the symptom tracker on both computers showed I had yet to check their symptoms. I figured the halt in progression could have been towards the infected, escaped Wallaby, but nothing would trigger it to come back out. I'm not sure if it was just bugging, but I got very frustrated at the end and stopped trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I even tried restarting from my last save I supposedly had, but it had not saved and made me start over from the tutorial.

This is a lot of fun and never fails to scare me. Every time an animal mutates, it scares me back into the entrance to the enclosure. The first mutation I dealt with was the giraffe, and that was the scariest thing ever. I love this game and highly recommend if you're looking for a good scare.
