POSTAL Redux

There are parts that I like more than the original. Like the ability to have a throwable weapon and gun at the same time, and some new weapons like revolver are really great and the ammo distribution is definitely much better than the original game. However, some stuff like the game feel with the weapon and explosion feeling much snappier in the original, the artstyle being more gorgeous in the original and the ending being more shocking and more leaning into the horror vibes of the og, makes me miss the og in those aspects. Still this is a good remake, and it has somethings unique to offer of its own, and I will definitely reccomend giving it a chance, but in no way advertise this game as some sort of replacement for the original, as that is also something that needs to be experienced on its own.

Game crashes after ~30 seconds and doesn't save any changed settings because of it. While I love RWS' stuff and their jank, this is just unplayable.

Really great remake. Everything looks and sounds great, with some much appreciated QoL additions. The rampage mode was a nice addition, even though A+ on everything was really tough. Highly recommend checking out if you're a fan of the series!

A really fun isometric massacre simulator. Don't expect anything deep and don't expect much replay value. The game is a fun 2-3 hour violent parade that exists to serve as a pallet cleanser.

Surprisingly competent remake of Postal with refreshing new visuals that does not stray too far from the source material. Unfortunately requires some light fiddling to not crash on some newer CPUs because of some issue with the version of OpenSSL used in this game.

The game isnt working I ve tried so many methods but it stubbornly refuses to run It freezes and closes after 20 seconds I havent found any solution (if anyone has please help (: )

6.5/10 It aint bad, it aint good either way. A great start of a Postal francise nonetheless.

2.3/10 Baby sensory game for incels. Hardly any story for why the character is the way he is besides the ending which is about the only almost interesting part of it. Game is boring, repetitive, and a little too un-ironic. Literally no humor or progression of absurdity which is clearly what made the later installments worth playing and popular. A 70 minute long game that felt like 4 hours. The fact that someone even thought this game should get a remaster blows my mind.

massive improvement over the original gameplay but the artstyle in here is ass tbh, the loading screens now look like they are AI generated

A perfectly good game that does not work in it's current state if you have a modern intel CPU, and the fact there has not been an update to fix this game for users is saddening for the amount of love that has been given to the Postal series, even the original plays perfectly fine without any issue. Unless you really want to figure out how to fix the issues yourself, it's probably better seeking this game out on console only.

To - "Evil" 11:58 7/6/2025 Im sorry we couldnt reconnect after you helped me get the co-op achievement, my game glitched and i had to restart after the ending cutscene but you were no where to be found, it brought me immense sadness, equivalent to the loss of one's own seed I'd say. As I was waiting for you in the lobby as I pondered on all lost connections and this one might be up for sure. Again my deepest apologies, I hope your bowl went good and someone else can help you achieve your life long goal of perfecting Postal: Redux, godspeed black coat, godspeed.

A game to RE remind you that you're getting old.
