I wanted to love this game. I really enjoy organizing games and this one seemed to be something new and interesting. However, this was not my experience. There seems to be no good risk/reward system at all to this game, and what even are the upgrades that don't seem to do anything, and by the time I hit 2 hrs, I had everything unlocked and there was nothing left to do. You get to expand your table, but have to scroll over to get to it - which is a great space to place your upgrades that are required to stay on your table, but heaven forbid you scroll over because you have exactly 2 seconds to get rid of the thief... There really does seem like they could have a fun game here if things in the game were explained, if there were things to unlock that actually meant something, that using the phone to return stuff later to customers did anything meaningful, and I could go on and on. But for 7 dollars, this game is not worth it. If you want something to do for an hr and it's on sale for a buck or two, pick it up and give it a try. Otherwise, pass on this one.

Got the paper thing from the store 3 days in so I never had to send money home again. Why AM I sending money home anyways? Felt very "Papers Please" but without a good explanation, after all "Papers Please" has multiple endings, but if you get three strikes here you just lose I think? What does the bank do? What am I saving for? Why can I just steal items and sell them at the black market without any repercussion? Like yeah I am stealing all of the laptops that are left over at the end of the day WHY wouldn't I? Why can I only buy one item at the store per day it's so nonsensical. Why do upgrades need to be stored on the table?? I got a fan and it just somewhere on the table and that makes the customers more patient how? I got the tipping box and yet I still have to manually click the tips? Why? An upgrade like that should eliminate the part where I need to collect it myself. Kept spraying the officer with the pepper spray he didn't like it but he kept coming back. But he kept asking for a wallet like four times a day and I thought that's annoying so I just started spraying him so that he left. If I didn't have an item I would just let the people leave without taking their number. Because sorting the numbers and keeping track is really annoying and then you need to call them with your phone and I promise you the second you wipe out the phone a robber will come and steal your money. It's just not worth it especially with the table space. Also, not a great look to have the robber look like a punk instead of... a robber? Anyways, I thought this looks cute and fun but I got like 15 days in, there was no storyline, the upgrades didn't improve the gameplay and clogged up my table and I have now refunded this on the basis of being very bored.

You have a hectic job as an officer in an airport who collects and returns lost items to customers…and as we all know too well, the airport is famous for losing your stuff!
The Story & Gameplay
You work as an officer at an airport whose job it is to organize and return items to people who have lost their belongings. Upgrade your office, manage requests and find collectables. You could be honest and give back all the loot you find or keep some of the stuff that comes across your desk to sell for some cash (let’s be honest the airport pays you squat and you do have to buy those upgrades somehow). If you do not have the item the person is looking for you can write down their info to contact them at a later time once you come across it. There are 4 difficulty modes you can play which are chill (no timers), relaxed (timers but slower with better tipping customers), normal and mayhem. 🔹 Tip - a "torch" is the flashlight.
Settings & Features
Settings & features include; language, tutorial on or off, camera sensitivity, camera mode, audio controls, fullscreen or windowed, graphics quality, shadow quality, vfx quality and post-processing on or off.
The Visuals & Audio
The art style is cartoony with vibrant colours and cute illustrations for the items. The music is catchy, yet relaxing.
Overall Experience
Overall I really enjoy this game. It can get a bit fast paced (I played normal mode) and some of the smaller items like the lipstick or usb drive are annoying to have to try and grab for the customer before they take off. Once you get a system of organization down and buy some table upgrades it gets easier to look for items quickly. It would be nice if the upgrades you buy did not have to sit on your table and were just active once you purchased them. Yet overall I am having a fun time despite some small personal gripes and I really enjoy collecting the stickers. 🧳

Follow IndieGems for more reviews like this one. I hope the developers are still working on this game, because this is a fun and cute game and I enjoy it. However, here are two things that I hope it can improve the game. 1. Hot-Keys: it need some sort of a hot-keys system, it can be an upgrade thing that players can buy it from the security office like in Paper Please. because I constantly found myself struggling to take the phone out or use the scanner or even the pepper spray. I don't think adding this aspect into the game will make the game easy but make it more enjoyable for the players, especially when the game can get a bit intense and stressful from time. 2. Story: This is the biggest problem I have with this game. It needs a story, what's the goal for us in this game? Why are we doing this? Without a sense of purpose the game became repetitive and clocking an hr I found it boring already, I understand the main goal of this game is to be casual and relaxing. However, it is a game that we have to pay for it and without being harsh or anything, if it is a game that just do the same thing over and over again for hours then why don't we just download a free game on our phone that can do the same? Take an example at some games like Paper Please, No umbrella allowed and Not Tonight. Those games are essentially the same concept of doing the same thing over and over again. However, what drives players to keep doing it, it's because the story they gave the players a sense of identity to the character and why we as the players are willing to spend hours doing the same thing over and over again. I believe having some sort of a story going on would keep the players hook onto the game and keep the game interesting. Overall, the game has potential with the art style mix with a fast-paced, stressful game play it really created a feeling where I felt like I legit finished work. I understand that you guys are currently working on few projects and might not come back to this game for awhile but if you guys see this review I hope this would help you guys for the projects that you guys are working on. Wish you guys nothing but the best.

A fun little game but it gets repetitive quickly. There are a few things like items moving on their own when they touch and not being able to straighten the items out easily that make the game a little less satisfying. Big criticism I have is that I REALLY don't like that there are animals in cages for days and days and there is nothing you can do except wait for someone to take them or you can throw them away or sell them on the black market. I felt bad all the time because of the little meows as the cat sat in the little cage for the third day in a row. Why would you include this in the game if I cant adopt the cat?

This game has loads of potential, but there are a few things that they have to do before it can start to meet it: 1. Make Black Market selling more interesting: as I see many people critiquing, there isn't enough risk/reward in stealing and giving items to the black market. when I saw that mechanic in the trailer, I thought it would add another level of stress in making sure your manager doesn't spot you doing it or something, and then get a lot of money if you succeed, but it ends up being just one more thing you could do without any risk for not much more of a reward. 2. Give more time: I'm sure its just me being on a higher difficulty than my slow ahh can handle, but I feel like I get an onslaught of people every 2 seconds. I'm just trying to call someone cause I found the item they were looking for, and out of nowhere I'll get three people all looking for drastically different things and I only have 5 seconds to get it all. and if I don't get their item in time, they will just stay on the desk alongside the pile of post-it notes that I'll never get the time to call the number on because there's already three more people at the counter. I feel like simply making the days longer and spacing out the encounters a bit more could easily fix this issue, but again, this could just be me being good at the game 3. items will just not show up??: Near the end of the game (possibly because there were already hundreds of items on the counter), items from the boxes just wouldn't be there when I open them, leaving me to click the X and leave the box there unopened. but more infuriatingly, in the last round I played (I think somewhere around day 15?) even the items on the conveyor belt wouldn't show up, but it would still charge me for not picking up the items that weren't even there, making it impossible to complete they day!!! I really wanna see this game flourish,

I'm trying to understand how this game is not an early access. There is absolutely no gameplay, no point in doing anything: steal, help the homeless guy, be a loyal worker... none of it matters or imacts your gameplay??? You end up buying everything in less than the first two hours; there are mechanics (like leaving money back at home) which you can disable after ~3 in-game days. What's the point of this game when it's not even relaxing or engaging. The pets that get randomly left at the airport for days, meowing and barking certainly do not add charm to the game.

I wanna like it and recommend it. But the bugs i was having we're making the game challenging even on easy difficulty. I would buy with caution unless there has a been a patch to fix the common bugs. Like customers not leaving, customers not coming to pick up items, box tip or 2 qr scanners taking up the table, or an upgrade to stop paying family but just for you to keep on paying them. I hope it gets the fixes it needs, I would really love to come back and play this game so more. I was really enjoying it.

It's either too boring or too hectic -- there is no in-between. It's not as fun being a baddie in this game because there doesn't seem to be much risk. It's okay enough if you wanna shut your brain off for a while but it's not as fun as I expected.

I would've understood this for an early access game... Love a cozy type of game. Didn't expect there to be an "ending". Would like there to be more in the shop AND the black market to buy... And when those items have been bought (from the shops such as badges, certificates, etc ), it would be nice if they didn't also take up space on the table. It should probably be more of an "inventory" thing. I also felt like if I put something in the "collections box" and forgot to put them up on the same day, it was unfair to lose those items too. The next time I visit the black market, the items should still be there in the box for me to put up for the black market. There should also be a way to change the difficulty instead of starting a whole new game. Please possibly take my thoughts into consideration.

Unfortunately, the game is too buggy. I bought it after June 8 (i.e., after the announcement that the issues had been fixed). First of all, the biggest problem is that items rotate CONSTANTLY when picked up, and even using Q and E doesn't fix it, which in itself ruins the whole point of the game about "pretty organization". Additionally, QR scanners will scan and remove everything you pass over, and even after removal, the right customers won't come, or no one will come at all (and I got two when I bought one). I can't move to the other side of the table - I click A and D, but it immediately takes me back to the left side. I think the game should have a free demo or information that it is still in the testing phase, because I had to spend money to play something that doesn't work. Of course, I'm returning the game, which is a shame because the idea is great :c

Fun for a while and then after a while it gets a little repetitive. Once you unlock everything there isn't any real reason to keep going besides achievements.

I feel this has a wonderful premise and great art style. It's a papas eateria style game. I feel it could stand out and be great but due to it's lack of content and very heavily repetitive loop, I just can't recommend it. I feel even on sale that 5 dollars is too much for too little. There are some bugs as well that ruin the flow of the game, 1. some items even when grabbed off the conveyor will still lose you money as if you hadn't taken them off. (Crystal ball did this 100% of the time for me), 2. When you don't have the item people are looking for you can call them back up once you do have it. On multiple occasions they would then come back and ask for a totally different item. Lastly there are not any meaningful upgrades. The extended table upgrade just adds needles scrolling when the base table is enough, I haven't noticed any difference in the upgrades that make some mini-games "easier" and you can get all of the upgrades ridiculously early which just adds to the repetitiveness. The one good thing I have seen in the options is an ADHD and Autism option for less repetitive music and sounds. I myself am neither of these (so I am unsure if they help or not) however it is nice to see their attempt to be inclusive to anyone who is nuerodivergent. I firmly believe if the game got more content and some balancing it could be great. At this time though I cannot recommend it as a purchase even at only 5 dollars.

If you enjoy incredibly repetitive games, pick this up, if not don't. After 20 days of repeating the same thing I just gave up playing normally and trashed everything and got the 100 day achievement, I wanted to 100% this game but after 2 hours of trying to trash things in mayhem and getting 0 robbers, I've given up. In my first playthrough i couldn't even get any bombs for some reason, despite opening over 10 of the combination cases as well so I don't know how you get those either.

It has nice casual gameplay, but there is no story or anything that feels like you are advancing through the game. There are upgrades but not very many and most, in my experience, didnt change much or help me really at all. The art style is nice, with simple menus. And the gameplay loop could be addicting, but without much in the way of advancement I dont really recommend, maybe on sale.

I really wanted to like this game, but the bugs make it unplayable. I can't even save my game and have to start a new game everytime I reenter the game. I get random penalties for stuff I didn't do, basic functions don't work and on top of that they promote their new game on the home screen while this one is still unplayable. I waited if they would fix the bugs, but they didn't.

The idea and concept of the game are great, however there are many things overlooked in my opinion, and I could not recommend this game. In general the story-line is very lacking, there isn't anything new added or any plot twists for the amount of repetitiveness that this game has, making it difficult to play (unless the repetitiveness is exactly what you like, who am I to judge); especially so if you buy the items that make the game have close to none repercussions from failure. The game throws you into action immediately, and if you're playing the normal mode as your first game it is so overwhelming and feels like a terribly rushed game; I finished chill mode first and only then went back to normal mode, and only then the normal mode was actually like a normal mode. Some calibration definitely needs to be done. Especially if you're playing for the first time you don't even have time to understand what is happening and to get acquainted with all of the tools and items. Another thing that makes it difficult to play is the hit-boxes - it is so difficult to pick up some of the items (smaller ones of course), I would assume the hit-boxes are so that the player would be able to properly place items near each other matching shapes, but I still see it as quite a problem. Last thing that I remember to be a problem is lack of any explanation about the game - there was the first "tutorial", however I have not found the way to repeat it (especially relevant to me since I think I accidentally clicked off and did not finish the tutorial). This lack of explanation makes it less likely for me to pursue deviations since I don't understand what I'm doing (e.g. the black market one; but that might be a "me" issue).

This game can be so satisfying and relaxing or super challenging and engaging depending on the difficulty level you choose! Having 4 difficulty settings to choose from makes this game so versatile for me, as I can play it when I want a challenge or when I just want to turn my brain off. God I love just doing little tasks.

The game is fun but does get easy fast, once you get all the upgrades for things there isnt much to do other than just go to work, buy stickers packs and check into your home just to go to work again. you can go to the arcade but the one game isnt that fun. Would love to see this game advance!

I would definitely recommend this game to all gamers, especially kids. It’s interactive, colorful, and visually engaging—perfect for younger audiences. However, gameplay might feel a bit overwhelming when played on a PC. This type of game would likely work better on iOS or the Play Store, where accessibility and ease of use are more suited for casual gaming. Overall, a fun experience with great potential on mobile platforms!

I finished the normal and relax mode without any problems and tried chaos mode but it was like impossible to me. The necessary items in market were too expensive. The game is cozy and fun but it's too short in my opinion. Maybe with some upgrades it can get better.

Was a great game for a couple hours or so that’s if you actually take your time and play because there’s not much to unlock after you upgrade and unlock everything the game gets boring ( no wonder they make it so you only can buy 1 item a day from shops to prolong your play time) I hate that they give you so many related items like the boarding tickets that just fulls up your table and half the time they never come an ask for them. (I just started trashing them). Game would’ve been better if they added more stuff I had high hopes for the mini games they added to this, thought they did something cool to make the game still enjoyable or some more content or maybe something original. Felt like they just threw that in to make it seem like they did something… was nothing worth writing home about… to be honest could’ve just been left out. It’s not like people are gonna be spending hours doing the mini game when they could just actually play subway surfers, temple run etc.. where you actually can unlock endless items and characters. So unoriginal . Literally are like other devs that just throw in a mini games of avoiding or jumping over obstacles. At best this game should be $2-3.

Fun little game. There's a few bugs that still need to be fixed, but otherwise, seems like a typical mobile-like sim game where you work at the airport returning things to people. Mini-games are interesting and add a little variety to it. But after a bit, it does get tedious with no goal to work towards besides "ending" the game.

A good and relaxing casual game for everyone. You Receive items, place them on the table, collect stamps, clean the customer's clothes, and return what they lost, easy as that. One thing I learned from this is you can't judge the customers. You can see anyone taking their computer, bottle of water, wallet and others. But sometimes, you get a guy with different tastes who asks if you found his skirt, his lipstick, his doll and others.Oh and if you want to see the human logic in this game.Wait until you get a dog or a cat...People can take days to come and get them, but if you found a charging cable, less than a day and it's gone.I give sometimes the animals to the men in the black market so he can give them back to their families, I'm sure that's what he does right...Right !?

Pretty much had beat within 4 hours, but was going for all achievements, I've got 2 to go, but I've got to be honest, this game is extremely repetitive and mind numbing, if this was an early access game I'd go "eh, this is fine, but needs work" but to call this a finished product, it's just not, this isn't well rounded, isn't properly balanced, and isn't fun, it's too precise to be a mobile game, and too repetitive to be a PC game If you're the type of person who likes to 100% a game and get all the achievements, this game will bore and irritate you, if you just want to play it casually, maybe you'll get fun out of it, but with the way I like to play games, I just don't find this fun or compelling, the gameplay gets boring quick It doesn't help that you're limited to buying 1 upgrade at a time (even for sticker packs, which btw trying to farm stickers for achievements is so ridiculously boring and the ones you don't have should have a slightly higher chance to be got at least), and there's hardly even any upgrades to get, so gameplay is always the same even if you do get upgrades You'd think there'd be a morality system, just going by the fact there's black market and security, but no, your actions don't really have any impact, even giving stuff to the homeless guy feels useless, and like a massive waste, you get a note with some writing, he asks to give him boxes, I gave him boxes so many times and it did nothing, he kept mentioning ducks, gave him so many ducks and still nothing, I don't know if there's something I'm missing but it really just seems like a way to throw away an item without penalty, which at least in the lower difficulties, is completely useless The combination case usually doesn't have anything in it, and even if it does have a bomb, it's so unclear what you're supposed to do, and while I did figure it out, I would just expect more of an explanation of some mechanics in the tutorial, like for the boarding tickets, you have things to juggle and that makes learning the mechanics more irritating than it needs to be, why even have a tutorial if it doesn't teach you anything? I realise I've been pretty harsh here, and I do think this game has some charm to it, and the premise has potential, but this execution was such a profound disappointment to me, and I genuinely hope this game sees some significant improvement and reworking to make it feel more like a game instead of a bad way to kill time

OOh I have very mixed feelings about this game. You obtain shop items way too easily. The upgrades clogging the desk isn't great. I'm a bit annoyed that you have to scroll for the desk space... Only being able to visit a place ONCE per day is awful, because I don't want to spend money on an item if there might be something better in another shop Items change styles/colors randomly? I got two qr scanners upon purchasing that upgrade It's a repetitive game, which can definitely be fun! But it doesn't really feel finished or well-balanced, if you know what I mean. I only suggest purchasing this game if you have extra cash for funsies.

This game's got something for everybody. Organization and punctuality for orderly people. Easily-identified objects for visual people. Nice music for auditory people. Virtual shopping for virtual customers. A homeless guy for charitable people. A black market for shady people. A thief for people who really want to pepper spray people. A super easy mode for chill people. A challenging mode for thrill-seekers. An arcade for people with gambling problems. And best of all, stickers for people who collect those.

It's a good game but i was a bit upset with the ending, it was just a bit anticlimactic but for the price it's definitely worth it. I can see how some people might not like it but i found it quite calming, yet also quite aggravating in a good way since it helped when i felt overwhelmed or angry. I really recommend this game if you like organising or just to do something to take up a bit of time. Again, don't expect the best story or anything but this game is only 3 pounds on a sale. I liked playing, and i'll probably play again but on a different setting.

Normal mode is too fast-paced for cozy, not fast-paced enough to be stressful. Chill mode is not an endless mode, however customers do not have a timer. I would love for there to be an added endless mode. This game started as a game jam game, which makes sense considering some of the bugs or issues with it. I have seen some folks say that the game is being abandoned, but given why it was made I don't think it was ever the intention for this to be a perfectly polished game. The music is simple and fun, the looping doesn't bother me. Reviewing the game through the eyes of a streamer, I found it very difficult to keep up with chat or even just a discord call while playing this. I have only had one bug that is too intrusive to my game-play that has bothered me, where sometimes when handing an item to a customer it acts as if you've thrown it across the table and messes up my entire table. Otherwise, I think this is a great 30-40 minute play if you're looking to kill some time before work or bed, and a good one-off stream game. The art style is absolutely fantastic, and I can't wait to see what a game from this team outside of a game jam looks like.

cute game! lovely art and relatively solid gameplay loop. the problem with this game is that it's definitely clearly a gamejam game and so it is a bit short and a bit strangely timed and balanced, but hey! I had fun until I got tired of it. Five bucks to roleplay as an exhausted TSA worker for a couple hours was definitely worth it. My one big critique for people to whom this is relevant though: it is fast paced and relatively precise clicking and dragging. if you've got limited dexterity or a laptop touchpad to work with it is Rough. Their upcoming game, Ship Inc., seems like it has a lot of similar vibes but a less punishing timer and more streamlined gameplay, so I'd check out that demo too if this all seems relevant to you!

its fun for the first hour or so but after that you run out of things to do and things become a bit repetitive. even on the hardest setting its still pretty easy. fun for a causal play. would be good if there was a Evan harder mood. i brought it for six bucks, so i thinks its worth it

i really enjoy this game. it does get a bit repetetive fast because it feels like the difficulty stays the same throughout the game. Also the lack of ability to have multiple saves in a big minus. But the game in itself is fun

This simple sorting game gave me a good bit of entertainment. I like the different elements like the black market and arcade to world build a little bit. That said, I think the upgrade system happens a bit quickly, I didn't feel a need to keep trying. I wanted to see my money left at home going to my family or something, little Timmy getting his $100 a day for food might change the game for me. A bit of story and striving for progress would make this a multi-session game. Bought on sale, I'd still partially recommend.

Quite simple idea, not a lot of options; but a few hours of solid and fun gameplay, for a reasonable price. I love the idea of choosing difficulty so you can either stress over everything and rush through days; or have a peaceful experience when you sorting and putting every element into it's own place.

Great for people who enjoy having a system and repetitive gameplay loops like I do. It does get appropriately stressful even with a good system so it definitely fulfils what it sets out to do

This is a relaxing game but it's riddled with bugs on the following items: * When you call or scan a pending item, a different receiver will appear and you can't remove it until the game ends. * Sometime, there will be no customer for the whole game, workaround is to save then reload the game. Overall, this is a good game but it need to be improved on.

If you like time management and sorting, this is a good game for you! I enjoyed my time with Lost But Found. Perfect game to listen to something with. The achievements in the game are a bit of a grind fest but I'm not sure what achievements aren't. I think the extra stuff the game adds to do like interacting with the black market are cool in theory, but don't really do much in reality. It's best to ignore aspects of gameplay that cause more busy work. It would be nice if those extra things to do actually helped you move along in the game, but that's just not how it is right now. Overall, it's a great title to relax with and I'm excited to see that the devs are still planning to add to the game. I'll definitely be going back to this over and over!

It's okay. Very repetitive and you actually can buy all the revelant "upgrades" pretty early on into a new "run". It feels kinda unpolished. There is definitely content missing, so it kinda gets boring really quickly. At the current state I wouldn't recommend it. MAYBE for people who love "organizing" stuff.
