We've always had fun with these Monster High games. No, we don't expect an challenge and yes, we are aware that we are not the target age group. That being said, the devs of this game have made it exceedingly apparent that they don't think girls play games. I'm not sure if it was the lack of character customization that New Ghoul In School had, or the fact that you can't even name your character, or perhaps its the way your character will run on air or clip through the ground. Even shadows of your character will render on the first floor when you are on a second floor balcony. Expense was spared. Attention to detail missing. Lamp posts floated - not spooky creepy fun, I promise you. Roof textures were missing. At times you could stand inside the school and see the sky. Or stand on water in the fountain. After watching Monster High G3 it became starkly obvious that the developers never even watched the show. Its like they had a stack of notes and lost half of them and said, "eh, wing it". This game was not worth $40.00. It's barely worth $10.00. It's always been clear that corporations just phone in games for girls but this game was just pathetic. It's a sad attempt at a platformer, It's basically Fetch Quest the Game - though the quest should have been to find the missing plot. The "powers" your character gains are all the same with different animation. Do not recommend.
