Killing Floor 2 - Armory Season Pass

They really should have added a discount for users, like me, who already purchased most of the weapons in the bundle. Feels like a slap in the face for long time supporters of the game, having to buy the season pass at full price. Gaining nothing over users who just started. In the end, I will have spent far more money on the game than people who just buy the season pass. I don't really see what TripWire was thinking with this one, it is currently simply punishing the biggest supporters of the game. On another note, I have not yet even received the weapons in game...

While i think the season pass is ok for its amount/quality/price, i would say it's a bit like a facepunch for the long time supporters. The weapons where overpriced, we all know that. Many just bought the weapons to support the devs even if the weapons where of lower quality than previous ones (not in gameplay, but in sound, animation,...) . But these supporters didn't get anything, not even a single extra skin for their support. This is not a fair way to deal with long time costumers. And that's the only reason why i rate this season pass negative.

Glad they made it, paying $10 for one weapon was pain. Great DLC to buy if you love the game like me, but I feel bad for players who've been supporting the game and buying these for $10, they deserve a sale :( Edit: Bought is for the full price and the next day is 50% sale, so go get it guys, we need more players <3.

Individually the weapons were $10 each. And if you were willing to get them at that price to support these developers, your reward was a season pass getting released a few months later. I feel cheated, but it should have been obvious with how they handled DLC on the original.

A much cheaper and much more reasonable pricing than that of buying all of the included weapons individually through the in-game store. On the flip side, though, the weapons themselves keep getting lower and lower quality and it can be clearly seen with each update. One of the KF2's original and really strong selling points was the attention to gunplay and splendid weapon detailing. And now it's declined to the point where weapons don't even have a distinction between dry (empty mag) and tactical (partial mag) reload. Namely, the new FAMAS rifle doesn't have it, and the two reload animations it has are very low-effort; also, the camera position is very weird when using it. Buy it if you are actually still actively playing the game. Otherwise don't. The game died a long time ago and has only been rotting away since then.

So I already owned most of the DLC when buying it and thought I would get at least a tradable version of the stuff I already own but no I only got all skins a second time...so for someone who already owns most dlcs its not really worth it. I am especially annoyed because some of the DLC I only got some weeks ago...I refunded the season pass for now and wait if any of the upcoming weapons make it more intresting for me. For someone who has no dlc at all this is absolutly awesome and I can only recommend it. Edit: Comment pointed out that the Standard Weapon Skin of a weapon is actually the weapon itself so you get a tradable version from all the DLC Weapons you already own. I didn't try it but if its true you could in theory trade the weapons you already had away.

So the game's item servers are garbage and I didn't remember buying this since I bought it around the time the frost fang came out. Since the servers are garbage, I didn't receive any of the DLC weapons they added after that, and recently I bought all of them. Then, the item servers realized I was supposed to own them because of this DLC, and gave a second copy of each of them. I already bought all the previous weapons, so that means that the frost fang is the only DLC weapon that I don't now own two copies of. I mean, this is worth it price-wise since each weapon costs 5 goddamn dollars otherwise, but that hardly matters if it doesn't even give you the weapons when they're released. And I can't get a refund for this or any of the other guns I bought. I feel cheated, and can confirm that having two of the same DLC gun doesn't do anything.

After 4 years of FREE updates, this was to be expected. It is completely optional, since the base weapons are more than capable. But if you want a new feel and more diversity in your arsenal AND support a great game, this DLC is for you!

I paid $30 for nothing to happen at all. No weapons, no nothing. Scammed. EDIT: As of 3 days after purchasing this DLC, TW has responded to my ticket and manually added the content to my account. Actual review: If you play KF2, this DLC is pretty obvious. If you like more guns you'll like this.

If you really like Killing Floor and want to get the DLC weapons from 2019-2021 for a reasonable price, this is for you. At first, it said you can get the previous weapons on day one of the pass's release, but now you get them at any given time when purchasing the pass. The major problem I have with this season pass is they should've done this when they first introduced DLC weapons for the game. 10 dollars or even 5 dollars for one of the weapons in my opinion is terrible and just not worth it. Some of the weapons act like the free HRGs (Thermite Bore) or are just flat-out useless (Mine Reconstructor). With all that besides, it's a pretty fair deal, especially on sale. Grab it if you want a little bit more firepower.

I bought this when I had like 80hours on kf2, i was playing on hard mode back then. Now I moved up to solo HoE and sometimes CD, and I have to say i have(quite) never used all of them lol. glock was the only pistol I used back then, but then I stopped using it after discovering the colt and the AF2011. Frost shotgun pretty much the only weapon I starting to like. Rest of the weapons just don't scale or help much in high difficulty or late games. Buy this on sale.

Better than buying the individual weapon bundles. You get ~$150 of weapons for $30 and get to beta test the latest from Tripwire too. Good deal and addition to Killing Floor 2 for avid players.

If you own the game its the cheapest way of getting most of the weapons. However, dropping an update with new weapons not included in the pack and then changing everything last minute to exclude those from this was a scummy move by the devs.

As someone who owns every single DLC purchased separately. This is absolutely an eyesore to look at. However, it is a massive positive step for this game. The high pricetag on the DLC weapons was originally a big turn off for much of the community and only diehards or idiots(like myself) would pay for them, but this will allow a much larger part of the community to experience that. Although the initial choice to make paid DLC weapons is still ugly, this is a wonderful compromise up to this point. Thank you Tripwire!

I bought Killing Floor 2 Ultimate Edition Endless connection to inventory servers, can't load any DLC in the game, I'm left without items that add this DLC. I wasted money on stuff that I can't use..... I played more than 2 hours, so I can't get my money back. I don't recommend buying the DLC pack. I advise buying the game at a discount without the DLC. I already had most of the items in this pack, but at the time I bought it, it wasn't called a season pass. It was supposed to be for all future weapons, so I bought it. I want a refund or the next armory pass free.

Used to own this game on console with all of the DLC and never had any issues. When I saw it was on sale on Steam I bought the ultimate edition immediately. When I open the game none of the purchased DLC content is available. Apparently this is a long time issue that has never been fixed. That is absolutely inexcusable. I went to return the game and I can only be refunded $1.49 for the base game. I feel like I've been scammed. Base game is fun, I highly advise that you don't buy the DLC since it is literal theft.

You don't get anything from this DLC because their "Item Server" does not work! SINCE 2016 !!! (No joke - the problems go back to 2016 just look it up. And now they lie and claim its only a temporary problem.) I didn't really mind the cosmetics/microtransaction sh!t, but then they started hiding weapons behind a paywall. So now its only a sad little pay-to-win money grab scheme like so many others ...

Always been a fan of the game but was not happy when they announced the paid DLC weapons and how they organised it. At first they were (in my opinion) overpriced for what you got (one weapon with a bunch of skins you don't want). Now this is pricing for what you get content wise is something I can get behind and for sure think is a fair way to support the devs. And I would implore anyone who enjoys Killing Floor/Tripwire games to buy this to support them. Keep in mind that this game still gets support/new maps long after its initial release and the base game wasn't even a AAA priced title. Gamers should support good developers and "correctly" priced DLC/content. This was my Ted talk, thank you for listening and have a nice day.

Would I suggest buying this, in a word no. if you enjoy the game sure, or wanted more of it but didn't already own the few years of overpriced DLC, then maybe, but like its nothing earth shattering and probably wont keep you playing if you already where not. It got me to re download the game and jump into it, but the new stuff feels semi unpolished and/or very powerful It is however better then what they where doing with 10 doller per gun packs. math wise we have 16 guns here for 30 dollars so its ruffly 1.875 per gun. I dont care about the skins, they add no value to me, but its nice they are there. The only reason im not downvoteing it is becaosue it IS a better modle then what they where doing, and more in line with FK's original DLC model of like 3-4 guns in a 5 doller pack, but keep in mind the games age and how it didnt do very well the past few years due to the way it did micro transactions. This is a cash grab aimed at people who left hopeing they will return and spend more. session two might not even happen, 0r they are going to charge the 10 doller packs for "early acsess" to guns as they come out befor the pass gets them. \ in short, its worthv it if you where going to get any of the guns otherwise, or where really into it, bu8t if you where trying to get nastalgia back from when you thouhgt the game was good, its not here.

I buy this DLC after frostfangcame in game but weapons after frostfang i didn't get a weapons I've send a report to tripwire but they didn't do anything

You know, seeing this Season Pass has taught me a lesson: Never buy another DLC individually from these guys ever again. Just wait until they arbitrarily drop a DLC Season pass for 1/3 of the price you would spend for all the DLC's by themselves. Hopefully someone else can learn from my mistake.

2 brand new weapons released in the Fall Update! - Corrupter Carbine - Piranha Pistol AND WHERE IS IT FOR THOSE WHO BOUGHT THIS DLC? Nicely done Tripwire Interactive! as always...

Fuck it, I'm going for a positive review. While the value for the money for people having previously purchased weapon bundles isn't quite there, this isn't the fault of this particular piece of DLC. Reviewed on it's own grounds (which is what reviews should be about, I don't respect downvoting Borderlands 2 for BL3's EGS exclusivity and similar), it's solid. The value for the money is there and the weapons are, while not straight-up upgrades, interesting tactical choices.

[b]Ion Thruster[/b] - Love this. I use Katana for the most part since they nerfed Pulvi and Hemo. When I get enough dosh I then go to the Thruster. Very good weapon for Zerk. [b]Rhino Revolver[/b] - At first I hated this. I'm not a huge Slinger and just thought there were better guns at this tier. Over time though I've come to like it. Especially when you can stack the headshots. [b]Mosin Nagant[/b] - Loved this at first and used it a lot. Lately however I haven't been using it much. Still a good gun for Sharp. The bayonet helps take out the crawlers and trash that can overwhelm a Sharp with good stopping power on heavies. [b]Riot Shield & Glock 18[/b] - Meh. I'll use it from time to time. Like bashing with the shield and blocking shots from zeds. It's ok. [b]Compound Bow[/b] - Practically never use this one. Just way better Sharp weapons at this price point. Doesn't do much damage. Weakest weapon in the pass for me. [b]Blunderbuss[/b] - It's not bad but I rarely use it. Second weakest weapon in the pass. [b]Single and Dual Glock 18c[/b] - These are great slinger weapons. You go through ammo rapidly though but it's devastating. [b]Minigun[/b] - Third weakest weapon in the bundle. Rarely use it. It's just a sprayer weapon. Chews through bullets rapidly as well with not much result. [b]Mine Reconstructor[/b] - Starting to be my favorite from the pass. At first hated it. Now I love it. It's definitely more of a strategic weapon. Fun to plan out where to place the goo and watch it work wonders. Probably a little OP but a fun weapon for medic. Still haven't figured out what it's reconstructing... [b]Frost Fang[/b] - It's ok. Another weapon I rarely buy. Not very effective for either Zerk or Support. [b]Gravity Imploder[/b] - This weapon is useful if you play on large player servers where you get masses of Zeds that you can shove back. Otherwise on your standard 6 player server it's not really worth it for Demo. Better weapons for the price over this one. [b]FAMAS Masterkey[/b] - It's not bad. I use it infrequently but usually enjoy it when I do use it. Good for support to take out trash. The shotgun portion is kinda weak though. [b]Corrupter Carbine[/b] - Better medic weapons and Sharp weapons. It's more useful for Sharp than Medic. You kind of have to master this one. I usually just dart the zeds rather than try and hit and heal running players who are unpredictable. [b]Piranha Pistol[/b] - Good for Zerk, haven't really used it much for Slinger. It can mow down Scrakes at a distance which kind of defeats the purpose of Zerk but with the nerfs to Zerk this kinda makes up for it. [b]Doshinegun[/b] - ???? I just don't get it. I guess when you hit wave 50 it becomes useful when you have 30k in dosh. Overall I recommend if you play the game a ton. If not don't bother.

Weapons have much less effort put into them than the base game weapons. Overpriced and underdelivering.

Doesn't give you the items, avoid purchasing until fix Edit: So found a few fixes but the main one I did was restart steam and relaunch the game multiple times until it gives you all the items. Not entirely sure why this has been a problem since release but you aren't at least wasting money once you can get it fixed. buy DLC Armory Season Pass, but -Compound Bow Weapon Bundle not in my game weapon list ! liar.. many weapons are not unlocked after purchasing this DLC. There's no point in selling DLC ​​if the player has to buy it again from within the game.

I got all of the dlc weapons without any technical issues. Not all of the weapons are great, but for 13,49 euro this dlc is a must have for people who have more than 100 hours on Killing Floor 2! The only negative part is that people who bought these weapons individually are scammed, because they don't get anything more than what's in this dlc and they paid 10$/5$ for each weapon... I am happy that I am not one of these people.

Easily the most economical pack out for the game right now, and all of these weapons are so fun. Each one slaps, dramatically.

This price is a lot more reasonable than the ones in game where you buy weapons one by one. Most of the weapons so far included are fun and useful, usually offering new alternative ways of playing a class. Considering it will also include several upcoming paid weapons overall its good value and supports the devs.

Thanks Tripwire for listening to the community. I really want to support the game for the longest time, but I also want to get the best out of my dosh. So here I am, purchasing this pass to help my friends and myself enjoying more of the weaponry content. I hope the devs know how to deal with those who already bought the single-pack contents. I was hesitant tbh... but... every gun in this pack is absolutely worth it especially because I remember how happy I was when someone had the mini gun dlc, pair that with a level 25 medic and your party will be a lot more happy you showed up. If you've got the money, absolutely worth it. And the skins are awesome!

An amazing value for what you get. The guns in Killing Floor 2 are what brings the most fun for me because they all feel powerful and satisfying, and this pass adds a lot more guns into the game if you haven't owned any of the paid guns before. Absolutely worth it in my opinion, go buy it if you too are a KF2 weapon enjoyer.

Some great weapons and skins in this DLC. As a KF2 veteran, it irritated me a little to see how much better they are than the OG weapons... I'm glad PvP didn't take off in this game or that would definitely be a form P2W.

minigun is very fun for the commando, my happiness is measured in rounds per minute. "OH MY GOD WHO TOUCH SASHA? Alright... WHO TOUCH MY GUN?!?!"

Contains most of the good weapons you' want and considering overexpensive nature of DLC content in this game, Armory Pass is a fair deal(if you caught it in a good discount). Only downside is they got up with the genious idea of seperating this shitfest into 2 seperate cashgrabs.

This one DLC you should have there is alot powerful weapon to try it out but anyways i bought both of Armory Season Pass 2021 and 2022 now is fun to use more weapons

TL:DR: Buy / Buy on Sale, you'll want both Armory Passes. (Review will be posted for both Armory Passes, as you will most likely buy them together) Remember when the game was in production and Tripwire announced that all weapons, maps, and modes would all be free? Remember the updates Back and Kickin' Brass, Season's Beatings, Infinite Onslaught, and Summer Sideshow? Well, modern Killing Floor requires that you pay for all of the new weapons, and are fed Community maps, and no more modes. "While the updates have all been free in terms of features, weapons, zeds, maps, etc, the cost of development has certainly been anything but... Ultimately, that status quo of our current strategy cannot sustain the current level of support that you have all grown accustomed to without a major shakeup." So what did they do? They started charging you for the same content you'd been promised would remain free for as long as development occurred. Okay, I get it. I understand the financial need to keep a game running, and I've definitely got more than $30 of fun from it. I played KF1, I bought all the DLC, which DID include guns. But those bundles were anywhere from 4-5 weapons for about $7, and $2 on sale. These bundles are $15 for TWO (2) guns. They upcharge you for sh!tty skins you'll never use. The animations are either recycled, or poorly made (just look at the G36c or FAMAS). That being said, they are still useful and I do enjoy using them often. "...not be better than any weapon of [a] similarly targeted tier in terns of raw stats," but instead will "provide new gameplay experiences and fill new roles within the arsenal that are not already served." This is true for the most part. The Glock 18c/Shield offers damage resistance and tank capabilities, the Bow had never been included before, and they sold a Mosin and Frostfang as melee hybrids which can parry (Mosin was already featured in a different game and ported, if I remember correctly). HOWEVER They also RESELL the SAME GLOCK a second time, but they scale it down, and add a sci-fy suppressor to it. They also ended up selling the G36c, which uses Armor Piercing Rounds, and makes tough enemies a joke. The MG3 is a paid LMG, which outclasses the free Stoner in every way. It deals much more damage, higher ammo, and even has a fully automatic shotgun alternate firing mode, only for a slightly higher cost. The Sentry Gun they added isn't very strong, but its essentially adding another player to the game. I enjoy it, but doesn't seem do anything but fill the role of another player. (They also gave out a free version of this paid item via the Grenadier Drone). My point is, they broke their promises multiple times. Their statement was true for the first Armory Pass, but the second one seems to just break their promise of balance. I've looked past it, but its something to note; their ability to simply change their minds and outsource a product, lying about its quality. With these bundles, at least you can get the $15 guns for $30 overall, which is alright.

Honestly really good, my only complaint is the price should be cut by 5-10 dollars about 2 dollars a gun is a bit much just wait for a sale if you want this

Got it on sale which was a good deal. Most of the weapons are fun to use but only like 2 or 3 are really competitive and can see play on HoE or Suicidal. The rest just feels weaker than the basic / HRG ones. My opinion: buy if you really want it.

I like the addition to weapons even tho they feel a bit over priced, only about 3 of the weapons are worth while to me. The Blunderbuss, Thermite bore, and Ion Thruster. Everything else seems underwhelming

I disliked the game when they did paid weapon DLCs, when the weapons were like 10-15 USD i was like "What the actual F---" and disliked it. ...And as a Tripwire shill i am, i bought some of them cause..I like the minigun..and the rhinos, and the Glock and shield, and the Dual Glocks..and..actually i like most of the guns, only ones i don't like for my taste is the Mine Reconstructor, the Compound Bow, and the Gravity Imploder feels underwhelming to use. But 30 dollars for over 100 dollars worth of weapons is a good deal and a step in the right direction to be honest. It feels like they backed out of their promise of no paid DLC but...Gotta make money right? It goes back to the "old days" of Killing Floor 1 with the weapon bundles and the character bundles. Speaking of that..Pyro when?..Harold Lott?..Ash Harding? ..Please?.. Anyway, its a good deal, if you wanna test out the weapons yourself, just try to find a game that has people who owns the bundle, you might find what you like, and even if you don't want the entire bundle, if you just want the mosin and glocks, or Rhinos and Minigun, Buying two weps would be under the cost of the bundle Normal price of weapons is 9.99 USD, two of them would be around 20, 10 under the price of the bundle.. Now if ur buying three weapons, just buy the bundle, since ur paying 30 for 3 weapons and for the same price you can get all of them. But i would give it a positive review, Grab the bundle if ur a KF2 nerd like me.

Not a grinder, just came back after a while wondering how to get old DLC weapons and then i see this bundle. 16 weapons for 30 bucks, that is less than 2$ for each, why not ?

bought this on sale. Access to all current and some future weapons for 15 quid is fine by me. While some weapons aren't amazing or even viable on harder difficulties they're far from boring to use.

Everything questionable about paid weapon bundles have been corrected with this and future season passes.
