Kaiju Princess 2

It's always nice to find a game whose mechanics are better or equal than its H content I found myself quite addicted to the gameplay and strangely not so much to the H part of the game which is just above "ok"

im genuinely enjoying the game but ive been getting these random crashes upon succeeding certain missions or failing them. save often i guess but its still a fun game and a welcome addition to the series.

★★★★☆ [h3] This is a story about an Earthling who left home for the stars, and a renegade who turned her back on her origins.[/h3] If you've played any of the prior Kaiju Princess games, you'll enjoy the familiarity and improvements of this wonderful sequel. The new Kaiju Princess is named Poochi Q and the other ladies are fully and beautifully voiced in this sci-fi space themed harem visual novel hentai time-management game with simpler and branching planet exploring and cooking as new additions. The story is pretty basic and does not bring up any characters or events from the prequel games. There is good character developments and the game progression is satisfying as you get more powerful and get more energy and stamina and unlock more items and costumes to spice up the gameplay. The sound design and voice acting are lovely. There are a ton of decent jokes and references to other games and anime. The harem cast and the sex scenes are great. I will admit that it got extremely annoying to hear Poochi Q say "Ryori-san" constantly. The gameplay is also ridiculously repetitive but the H-scenes are worth it, plus the chibi versions of the characters are so cute. The art is awesome but the LIVE2D animations look and feel a bit overused during the VN scenes, but are otherwise pretty decent.

Finally got around to completing since buying as soon as the game dropped. I'll starts of by saying... wow the story is the best out of the franchise so far! Took me off guard with the over all meaning behind the story. Character growth between the MC and Poochi Q is great, with many funny moments but also having serious moments that really help convey why both act the way they do. Next and most important for AVN, the art. Honestly find the art a 9/10, with scenes and outfits being great. Animations are fluid and covers most of the norm kinks, one thing i would like is more positions as you only get 3. I can't really think of much i would add to this game that's worth mentioning so I'll leave it at that! Can't wait for the next Kaiju Princess game, huge fan and ill be buying the next one that comes out!

pains me to leave a negative here, but the VA during segs gets unbearable past the middle of the game, it's an incredibly over the top, loud, infinite 3s loop no matter what you do, it's so off putting I had to turn the voice off and I'm just skipping the days after completing each planet to watch the CGs at this point. the Arrogant one is better than this one IMO, but this one is better in everything but the VA in comparison to the first one. I hope they do another game but will definitely not buy it if they don't chill on the VA.

4/10. Still a decent product. Only got to 2nd planet, but it was rather boring. The gameplay loop revolves around "Do X cutscene, sleep X days for buffs, grind X adventure, repeat". Good voice acting though.

Nice animation and the story at the end pretty touch my heart.

I will try and keep this review as simple as possible, while trying to cover everything as much as possible. This game was utterly spectacular. Outside of the “adult activities,” it really was a good game. The combat system is straightforward enough and user friendly, the romance system allows for a slower start at the beginning and towards the end becomes more smooth, the “adult activities” is really good because it allows the user to pursue whatever they want instead of following a script or just watching an animation play (which it has both), and finally the natural character development between the protagonist and “Poochie Q” is smooth and almost playful. It has a very spectacular and well-rounded playstyle, while being able to relate to and care for the characters from an outside perspective. This game is a 10/10, easily. I would say my only critique of the game comes from shallow backstories of the surrounding characters and the “special” scenes involving them. It does not make sense how or why they get to the “special” scenes. But, they are not the stars of the show, so it is understandable.

admittedly, when I saw this game I was worried it likely borrowed more from the first Kaiju Princess game, as opposed to The Arrogant Kaiju Princess and the Detective Servant. While I did really enjoy the first game, I enjoyed the Detective Servant much more. The addition of stat grinding in Detective Servant really made the game more fun and engaging, and luckily this game does not disappoint. It follows the same formula as the other games, build your bond with the Kaiju Princess, and work towards a separate objective and meet the deadline. However I really do love how stat building is done this time around, it makes each run through the planets feel like they matter (at least to me) because the items alone after the first exploration become really uninteresting. I also like how this game gets into NSFW action quicker than the Detective Servant, and unlike the original Kaiju Princess which gets into the NSFW action immediately this Kaiju Princess is actually enthusiastic as opposed to fully monotone until near the end. I also really like the shop girl, even though I've only seen her once (minus her cute mini in the shop which I love) but I have only gone through one planet. Although I do feel the Hentai scenes are not quite as good as the Space Princess, but I don't doubt that could be because I prefer the looks and personality of the Arrogant Space Princess, but I do think just in general I prefer the animations from the Detective Servant. Rambling aside, if you like time-management, want a digital companion who's kinda like a dog personality wise, and don't mind a bit of repetitiveness then I highly recommend this game, and 110% recommend also picking up Detective Servant. Also the Type-V theme (when she appears and is talking) is better than it has any right to be lol.

It was about time I wrote something for this game. Great game. Totally worth the purchase. From all the games of this kind that I've played, this one really got into me from beginning to end. It was fun and an enjoyment to play it through, see how the story unfolded as the MC and Poochi's relationship developed and her background would eventually be known. I love this series. I hope there will be a new installment.
