Cat Lady: The Card Game is the digital version of the board game of the same name, where you have to strategically gather cats and cat supplies to end up with the most points at the end of the game. This is a pretty good adaptation of the board game. The rules are pretty much the same as in the physical game and the controls are pretty intuitive. If you're brand new to the game, it's easy to get into and the tutorials are pretty good. The AI players are challenging but not unbeatable. There are two different modes: Classic, where you play with up to four human or AI players, or Challenge, where you play against one AI with a set difficulty. Gameplay in both is the same, but Challenge awards points towards a leaderboard. The major weakness of this game is that there is no online multiplayer. You can play with other people hotseat or with remote play, but there are no online lobbies. The digital edition doesn't have the expansions available either. Compared to other digital board game adaptations, Cat Lady is decent. It's fun to play and feels a lot like the physical edition. Playing against the AI is challenging enough but not having online play feels like a missed opportunity. 7/10

Cozy matching-card-strategy game. The developers did a good job of balancing the achievements so you actually feel like you need to work at getting some of them. But it is also quick to play per round, so this works nicely as a casual game!
