Ladies and gentlemen,
I stand before you today not to sell you a dream, but to show you a vision. A vision of a Mojave no longer ruled by chaos, scavenged by raiders, or torn apart by factions fighting over scraps. A Mojave with clean water and a future, our future.
That vision belongs to one man: Mr. Robert House.
Now I know what some of you are thinking: "He's just a machine, a relic of the Old World, hiding in his tower." But let me tell you something—sometimes it takes a relic to rebuild what was lost. Mr. House isn’t bound by greed like the NCR, or savagery like Caesar’s Legion. He doesn’t seek conquest. He seeks order. He seeks progress. And more importantly, he seeks it for New Vegas and the Mojave, not for some distant capital or twisted ideology.
Think about what Mr. House has already done.
While the NCR struggles to maintain supply lines, Mr. House restored the power of the Strip. He brought life back to the heart of the Mojave. He turned a battlefield into a beacon. Under his rule, the Strip thrives. Trade flows. Electricity hums. And all of it—without taxes, without conscription, without tyranny.
Ask yourselves: what has the NCR really done for us? Overstretched, overburdened, and riddled with corruption. They can’t even hold the dam without our help. And Caesar’s Legion? They offer nothing but blood, slavery, and the destruction of everything we hold dear.
But Mr. House? He offers stability. He offers technology. He offers a future where our children might grow up not learning how to shoot first, but how to build, how to grow, how to thrive.
He is not a man of war—he is a man of vision. And he has the means, the intellect, and the will to turn that vision into reality. Unlike the rest, Mr. House doesn’t want to rule us. He wants to liberate us—from the past, from barbarism, and from the cycles that have kept us in the dirt for far too long.
Let the NCR fight its endless wars. Let the Legion collapse under its own cruelty. We will build something better—with House.
Because the Mojave doesn’t need another conqueror.
It needs a caretaker. A guardian. A leader who sees not what we are, but what we could become.
And that leader is Mr. House.
Thank you.
