Impressive game, if you come from forza or other sim-arcade this it’s totally different. And if you’re starting simracing, probably best place to start compare with iracing and the subscription model.

Very detailed game, you can buy some DLCs but you can absolutly enjoy the basic tracks

This is one of the best sim racing games out there. Though I suck at this game and I am new to this sim racing world but I am loving learning it and enjoying the experience. I have a very beginner type of setup with my G29 but its pretty enjoyable.

Great game. Great performance. Especially now, with a decent discount, grabbed it along with Nurburgring DLC. Training before EVO come out.

It rocks. Only thing is as of writing this review in summer of 2025 updates apparently are non existent due to the developer working on Assetto Corsa Evo. There are some minor issues that could be corrected if it was actively updated. Still, it rocks.

A really good driving simulator! I have already over 700 hours on the PS5 and now switched to the PC, very similar but an even better experience, with more servers available and LFM.

For me this is probably the best sim racing game in terms of detail and immersion, it definitely keeps me locked in and trying to improve me lap times. Only has gt3 cars in the base game, but they all feel realistic and are a very different feel from each other

Unreal feeling on Simagic Alpha Evo, ACC is must have game for any SIMRACER

When is about real racing, This is a good to go example. The realism the atmosphere of the game is beautiful, Buy some DLC in order to get the best out of the game. The tracks the cars is great. GT3 focused, And playing it on a wheel is a blast. Pure heartbeat decision making when making a move. It could gain some driving skills out of the real world. 10/10.

good starter sim racing game if you don't wanna risk paying 20$ Aud a Month on iRacing if your not sure if your going to enjoy sim racing.

Fun and realistic, but for some reason my car feels slower than the others...

I can't wait to try this out on a sim rig and in VR! I've always loved racing simulators, and what I love about this one is, there's no time wasted on licensing challenges or building up credits. You can jump into any car in the game and set up a custom series. Then, if you're good enough, you finish with points; otherwise you don't. And that's that.

Assetto Corsa Competizione has decent graphics, but the original Assetto Corsa with mods looks slightly better. The game is purely for online racing; the single-player career is uninteresting and only kept me engaged for half a day.

One of the best and greatest GT3 motorsport game simulator. Plenty of championships within TheSimGrid and LFM. Cross platform including PC, PlayStation and XBox. Unfortunately does not support by MacOS hence choose the equipment wisely.

i bought this game a long time ago trying to find another game like nfs, and hated it. forza horizon was the better option. however, i recently rented a thrustmaster t300 rs and tried multiple games, and i kept seeing reviews of this game being one of the best, and they were right. this gives a lot of feedback with a wheel and the game feedback is more realistic to driving a real car on a racetrack. there is an older version asseto corsa which is also great, but the menu looks very old and outdated(but the experience is very similar), and there is a new unbaked version asseto corsa evo. this is the perfect middle ground. start with decent cars, not a porsche, and you will learn a great deal about driving fast and cornering techniques. porsche needs a little nuance and skill to learn to drive, but once learnt, it is a beast ready to win you a race or kill you. overall the game is awesome, has good physics, and has a gradual learning curve(im a theoretical physicist in training who also does road cycling and mtb, tyres choices and pressures are important everywhere) for the car setup, which honestly takes a couple hours of intense reading of blog post explaining all the features, and you experimenting around to make the car as unhinged as possible or as stable as you want. i can go on and on here, but i might post a link to blog post explaining in detail about all the great stuff this game needs to offer. overall awesome game, if you own a wheelbase and pedal set. don't try with a xbox controller, you are warned, you will be disappointed.

This game alone is a great alternative to iRacing and playing it with friends really makes it fun

Sim racing is hard and this for sure is a sim but if you take the time to learn and setup your wheel correctly its a fantastic experience! Using Logitech G920.

Very nice looking game. Also in VR. You do need a beast of a machine to get it running properly though. It is very poorly optimized for VR. Eventually I needed a 9800X3D and a 5080 to play it with the PSVR2 in a mix of High / Epic. That looks very good. Game physics are very good. I also play AMS2 and although it feels very different, they both play great. AMS2 is much better optimized for VR though.

If you want a great GT3 experience and don't want to spend iRacing money, ACC is the best option I have played. While the braking model can be a bit unrealistic, the overall package is one of the best value, most accurate sims on the market. VR in the game is also pretty good, better that what I have seen others say. It runs well enough and the immersion is great.

GT3 racing feels top tier in this game. Graphics are nice too, but compared to the original AC with mods like Pure and Sol it just doesn't quite hit the same levels. I find I have to really lower my graphics settings to get it to look "ok" and even then, the anti aliasing is really rough in places, even with DLSS. This could be an issue with my setup though as I'm rocking a 3060Ti. However for overall driving feel for the GT3, GT4 and cup cars it feels really really good. Force feedback is probably the best out of any sim I have raced and the track scans are top notch. I only wish that there had been more time spent on the online section of the game. Open lobbies can be a bit of a free for all most of the time and even with the higher SR requirement races this still doesn't stop the T1 pile ups on tracks like Monza and the Nurburg GP / Nords. LFM has helped a little with this but the quality of racing can still be a bit hit and miss there. I have really enjoyed my time with ACC and I'm now looking forward to seeing what Kunos can produce with AC Evo. If GT racing is your jam, then this is the sim racing title for you.

The game is good but in GT2 and GT4 I cannot use number 1 on my car...

Controls are really bad as it takes almost half a day to figure out what values I need to put in for a better stability, handling, car control, reference points, etc. So Dev's request you to please update this game once in a while rather than just launching new DLC's only for the same! :( :(

You can enjoy it even if a joystick. It sucks you in for hours. If you like simracing, this one is for you. (don't play ac evo)

my xbox controller is in 57 pieces but nonetheless great game

If you play normal AC but you realise all the race servers are GT3, then just get this game. Night and Day difference. This is what I did and it's 💅💅👌👌 Also, you can pick what car you want, you don't rely on the server host choosing cars for you. Just race class.

It's almost impossible to play with a gamepad. There are not many settings for the gamepad. That's why it's very difficult for young people to play gameppella and there's a big difference between those who play with a steering wheel. I think they need to provide a little more boating here. It would be better if there was a steering wheel setting like f1 24 for gamepad.

This game was/is popular online, but it really isn't very good. It looks terrible in VR and no matter how many times you change the graphics settings the game thinks it knows better than you and changes them back. so I hope you like DLSS because it's getting turned so that everything can look terrible and the came can still not run any better.

Incredibly boring simulation game. Had to choose the correct car and then tune my car to even begin driving and feeling the road and the limits of my car's setup and my driving. Scenery is extremely boring and dull. Also this community doesn't widely help each other learn setups - a few people SELL that information. This is shocking, coming from my experiences with other racing game communities. Car customization is shockingly beautiful. After turning the cars can be a little bit fun to drive.

Do I brake in wrong time and crash in Monza? Yes Can I take turns? No Is the game realistic? Yes

I like it. On gamepad controller (Steer assist: Enabled) and also on wheel: Fanatec CSL DD QR2 8Nm, load cell brake pedal (30 % - don't neeed more).

The difficulty is hard and should be, I am playing at the rookie level and enjoy the challenge. The cars handle as expected, like a real car would. The graphics of the tracks is quite good. Progression is something to master. And I like the colors and car sounds.

Realism is good. Probably fun when having a steering wheel. But hell with controller. Barely any options for customization. Clutch with controller is not possible for example, like in Project Cars 2. I know, a button for a clutch is not ideal, but it works well when getting used to. Apart from that, there's only a very select number of cars, only from GT-competitions of which I don't know or care too much about. I just like to drive. Even for practice, you need to pick a team. Not for me, I really expected a lot more freedom, especially with all DLC's.

ACC is currently the most realistic GT3 and GT4 sim available. Compared to AC, everything feels more modern: better physics, significantly stronger force feedback, proper dynamic weather and day-night transitions. Unlike AC EVO (AC2), it doesn’t offer a wide variety of cars, but what it does, it does extremely well — especially endurance racing with realistic rules, BoP, and pit strategies. It’s also far more stable and polished than LMU, which still struggles with performance and physics consistency. Vehicle handling, track accuracy, and the tire model are top-tier. The GT4 implementation is excellent, and multiclass racing with GT3 works flawlessly. It’s demanding for newcomers, but well structured. If you're into modern GT racing, ACC is a mature and focused package. If you want trackday variety or open class cars, wait for AC EVO. LMU only makes sense right now for hardcore WEC fans.
