Apartment Story

Sitting in a corner, eating pasta while looking at my apartment door, keeping a gun close to me... has been one of the most intense experiences I've ever had in a videogame.

great concept and stunning graphics/art. The gameplay mechanic was somewhat clunky (general mechanics of picking things, waiting for triggers of the story etc) and the sims like aspect of the game didn't matter much, which was kinda of a bummer. I feel like they wanted to add a bit of non-linearity to the gameplay but didn't matched it in the storyline. Despite all that, I still think it's worthing buying and is an overall positive experience. Indie game like this is what keeps the gaming industry interesting, so it's nice seeing studios and developers create interesting experiences
