First thing first / Disclaimer... I mainly played this game using Taketora and basically using him as my main character to go. Also i played it around late May 2025 to mid June 2025 (so maybe there are a different experience you may occur in future). So this game is basically not for you who are really a hardcore of Roguelike game like, for example hades and many other games. I found that this game is good for those who arent really into roguelike game, so this game is good for you. But i do also have some nitpick too, like i said, this game is good for those who havent really used with Roguelike, so it make the game basically wasnt that hard. I already tried at Inferno 15 (not the highest and use all the gimmick), and its still doable with non Ex Equipment. Of course better luck and better equipment, making your progress smoother. So i am afraid for some of you who are looking for a challenge wont found this game is for you, you might get bored after unlocking alot of upgrade stuff in this game. As for the game content, the game itself doesnt really give alot of content you might expect, even on the stages its all just another repetition and no actually, unique differentiation. Even on the boss attack pattern, well there are some changes, but it was like 1-2, maybe 3 unique move. I am not really good and review the music, but the music seems decent, the vibe it bring and how it describe the situation is decent too. (I like the taketora ending music, really excite me) Same goes to the Japanese voice actor, they really know what they did... Even sometimes i found that they are the main selling of the game LMAO. Even so i kinda sad for the lack of voicing in the game, like when in dialogue mostly are silent, not even a "humming", a "hehe" voice, cry voice, and many more. I wish the dev really maximize the Voice Actor role in here, i personally prefer if it fully voiced especially in cutscene, it would be very very good and making the game more immersive. As for the story (Taketora specific), its just fine, like nothing like 'absolute cinema' or "This is so banger", etc. Its just classic Demon hunter story. No context Spoiler: IF you are playing this game for Taketora only (like i did lol), you might dissappointed at first, but yeah, i want this more objective. Just because what happened to him making this game bad anyway. But at least the alternative ending making me happy. Now lets making a conclusion with overall my review: The GOOD: - This game is Good for those who arent into Rogue like - The game is pretty easy, so no need to worry if you are not good in a game. - The music is decent, the Voice Actor really did their job - Story is Enjoyable and easy to understand (I heard from my friend that Sara is full of meme stuff, so suppose to be funny) - The game is cheap! The BAD: - Not good for those who are hardcore Roguelike aficionado, and looking for a new challenge - The stage too repetitive might get you bored - Lacking of Content - Lack of Voicing that make you immersive and into the story (This point is for me personally, very important) So my insight for the dev is: I hope 7QUARK make a DLC that going to be make the game more colorful and worth to buy. If possible, give more voicing on the cutscene. I guess thats all what can i say. All things consider this game is much more worth in than on its first launch especially the pricing.

In 8 hours of gameplay, I completed all the demon girl’s chapters, fully upgraded her and all her weapons, unlocked all possible achievements for her, and cleared the 15th floor of the trials. Yes, the game has some repetitiveness, but it offers such a wide variety of weapon combinations that each run feels different. At the moment, there are almost no bugs, and the ones that do exist can be fixed by restarting the game and replaying one room. The meta-progression gets you to a decent level in about 3 hours. If you don’t rely solely on parry-spamming, the levels feel brisk, and the diverse trial scrolls prevent the game from devolving into mindless button-mashing.

Fun game, a lot of the same stuff over and over but all in all the story was really nice. Hack and slash game to grind out achievements is time consuming but its not so bad when you get through the game 4-5 times. Sara is amazing and love the character. <3

The multiple weapons and their soul orbs (upgrades) offer good build variety across the three distinct characters that play different from each other, but the enemies are simplistic with poor tracking, making repeat playthroughs in the arms of curiosity for the aforementioned builds.

For most gamer out there, this is a game you will regret buying after playing it for 40 mins... Only the dash feel satisfying. Other mechanics.. meh. Gameloop... meh. Story script... meh. Progression...meh. Character design... ok. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." ~ Einstein

Combat is really fun. There isn't much variety between runs, though
