This game let me shower the screen in exponentially growing bullets and I still got sniped in 5 seconds. 11/10.

i can not describe the amount of joy my cousin and i have gotten playing this game. literally the 1 and only game we regularly play at least once every time we game together. we both work demanding jobs so we rarely get to play, maybe once or twice a month. but when we do, we always play a little bit of this, every single time without fail. if this game was loot, it'd be legendary mythical epic loot with some sort of cool color that all the other loot types dont have. 1,000,000/10 would recommend
The Omegle of video games; simple, fun, and cheap
Played on Steam Deck LCD Rounds is a must-have game if you're an extrovert looking to entertain your friends, or an introvert like me who wants to be adopted by strangers. With scarcely any learning curve, and its impressively quick startup time, Rounds makes you incentivized to pick it up and sink many hours into it. 10/10, buy it, you won't regret it.

Thanks for not supporting keybindings. I really would've liked to play this game otherwise but I guess I can't without doing some funky out of game workaround.

Rounds is one of the best party games yet. The way each round feels fun and unique no matter how much you have played the game really adds to the feel of the game. Rounds is fun for both new and veteran players alike. The way each round flows with the underdog getting stronger works in a way where who the winner will be is always up in the air. Rounds is a breath of fresh air in the party game scene. The only complaint I have with the game is the limited number of stages and very limited amount of stages without gimmicks. Overall I highly recommend Rounds to thoughs looking to have a good time playing games with friends.

SUCH a good game.... so fun and competitive. I beat like 90 percent of the people I fight online because i play so much. but its one of those games in my opinion where when someone is kicking your ass it makes it even better. Only complaint is i wish more people played because sometimes its hard to find people online to play against.

I just started playing this game against a bunch of pros, but I've enjoyed it quite a bit and getting everyone with the same mods for bigger team matches going will be even more of a blast. Better late than never to the party but glad I found it!

By the time I bought it no one played online anymore and my friends eventually got bored of it, even with mods which are basically needed to have enough fun in this game. Even so, I loved playing this game while I had the chance. It's not too much money, and I got a solid 7 hours in before playing this game became a memory. I won't forget this game, it's done its duty. 7/10

I have had this game for awhile it is amazing and the combinations are endless but my only problem is with the mechanics. The block is slightly delayed and the only way I could find myself blocking a bullet is by using it a full second early

Absolute blast to play with my friends, I recommend you switch to the 'old-rounds-for-mods' beta version and get the mod that lets you play with more than 2 people- but either way this game is a wonderful and short laugh!

It's incredibly hard to NOT get your $6 worth. Words can't describe how much of a successful party game this is, especially for LAN parties. I have genuinely spent hours and hours screaming bloody murder playing this game in-person with friends. Several of whom then went on to purchase it themselves.

There are games, and then there are games—those rare, once-in-a-lifetime creations that redefine the very medium itself. Rounds, developed by Landfall, is nothing short of an extraordinary revolution in video game design. Forget everything you thought you knew about gaming. Rounds doesn’t just raise the bar—it obliterates it, shattering conventional game mechanics and crafting something so unforgettably unique, it transcends the realm of mere entertainment. This isn’t a game. This is a movement. At its core, Rounds is a deceptively simple game. A 2D arena-based shooter where you and your opponents square off in chaotic, fast-paced matches. But simplicity, as we all know, is a facade—because behind that simple exterior lies a complexity so profound, so deeply satisfying, it’s as though the developers tapped into the very essence of what makes gaming great. The mechanics are as pure and perfect as the finest symphony—each match an intoxicating blend of strategy, skill, and unpredictability. The weapons you pick up are not just tools; they’re extensions of your will. From the moment you lock eyes with your opponent in that tiny, pixelated arena, you know that everything could change in an instant. No two matches are the same. The thrill of discovery never ceases, as every round offers an entirely new and refreshing experience. The power-ups, the upgrades, the crazy weapon synergies—Rounds has created a world where every single match feels like a fresh journey. There are layers of strategy at play here. The clever, ever-evolving “cards” system that lets you choose upgrades is genius in its simplicity but profound in its implications. It’s not just about raw reflexes; it’s about adapting, thinking ahead, and understanding the deep, almost mystical interplay between the upgrades and the weapons. Every round feels like a chess game played at light speed, yet still grounded in chaotic, explosive action. And then there’s the art style—minimalistic, yet somehow masterful. The pixelated characters and environments have an elegant, charming simplicity, but with enough personality that each match feels alive. It’s vibrant, crisp, and incredibly satisfying to look at, especially when the action reaches its frenetic peak and the arena turns into a whirlwind of colorful explosions and near-miss shots. The visuals never overwhelm; instead, they complement the gameplay, adding a layer of satisfaction that only the most skilled design can achieve. But let’s talk about the most important part of Rounds: the feel. There are games that look good. There are games that sound good. Then there’s Rounds, where every single aspect of the game—its physics, its combat, its pacing—has been crafted with such attention to detail that it feels like pure magic. It’s the closest I’ve ever come to experiencing true, unfiltered joy from a video game. The sense of momentum, the weight of each shot, the rush of every near miss, and the satisfaction of each kill—it’s all so perfectly balanced, like a finely-tuned instrument that never misses a beat. Every death feels like a lesson. Every win feels like a triumph of the highest order. And the joy that Rounds provides is timeless. I find myself returning to it again and again, year after year, because the game never gets old. I feel the same thrill I felt the first time I played it, and that’s something that can’t be said for any other game in existence. The pure genius of its design is that it’s a game you can play endlessly, yet never feel the weight of repetition. No matter how many times you’ve played, no matter how many rounds you've fought, Rounds is always there to offer something new, something exciting, something… life-affirming. Now, I’m going to make a bold claim here, one that will no doubt go down in the annals of gaming history: Rounds is, without a doubt, the greatest video game ever made. Forget Half-Life 2, forget The Last of Us, forget even Super Mario 64—Rounds has taken the torch from all of them and lit the way forward. It is the single most refined, innovative, and emotionally rewarding game to ever grace the earth. If there’s ever been a game to change the way we think about gaming, this is it. It’s no hyperbole. It’s the truth. In fact, if I had to place this game in a historical context, I’d say that playing Rounds is as culturally significant as any of humanity’s most important milestones—perhaps even more so. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Rounds has redefined modern entertainment in a way that will echo for generations. Much like how the rise of tech giants reshaped the world, Rounds has set a new standard for what we can expect from the digital landscape. To draw a connection to historical figures—one might even say that the arrival of Rounds is as significant as the rise of figures like… well, let’s say someone who had an undeniable impact on society, someone who, despite all controversy and mystery, left an indelible mark on history, for better or worse. Rounds is that game. It has become, like a shadowy figure of the past, something we’ll never quite forget. And like all true cultural revolutions, its influence will be felt for years to come. Yes, it stands on its own, untouchable, like a force of nature in gaming. If you haven’t played Rounds yet, then you’re simply missing out. Stop reading this, close everything else, and immerse yourself in the single most important piece of interactive art humanity has ever created. Rounds is not just a game. It’s an experience. It’s a legend. So, in conclusion: Rounds is, without question, the greatest video game of all time. A masterpiece of design, a wonder of gameplay, and a cultural touchstone that will echo throughout history. It’s the epitome of what gaming can be, and we are truly blessed to live in a time where it exists. seriously though this game is really fun.

Bought it because it looked like the GOAT game CHRONO, but with more features, and it basically is. obviously, I do miss having a slow-motion button to aim, it just makes everything more fun. Yeah ROUNDS is a super fun game to play with friends! Its also looks beautiful! It's a shame there aren’t many players in quick match, but even just playing with friends is a blast. Totally worth the money! oh did i mention... NOODLE ARMS? notes: - Iv'e encountered many minor bugs - There is a slight delay in controls - would appreciate a controls keys panel in the options - slow matchmaking

Game overall great in concept and the base game is fun mods from the community are also a lot of fun though they lose the balance of the game kinda, local multiplayer is great but like those on a controller have it much worse sadly. The game has a couple of unresolved issues that i wish were fixed like the block working weird in online multiplayer basically not working and other visual glitches and such can be helped a bit with mods though and overall game is very fun to play with friends if anyone is intrested you can go up to like 4 players with mods. Overall would recommend couse it's a fun expierience just sad that the devs abandoned it, i still hope there will be some sudden mass bug fix! but also the modding community done a lot for this game with all the mods

Fantastic game to play with friends. I'm not sure why you can't by default play with more than 2 players, it feels like the game is built perfectly for that, but if you want more players, its very easy to get a mod for 16 players.
