A great adaptation for fans of the boardgame, with cute graphics and chill music. It runs really well on the Steam deck even though at the moment of this review it still says it’s unsupported.

A well made digital version of the excellent board game that's simple enough for beginners but still offers plenty of depth for more experienced gamers.

I love to play the Cascadia board game. This digital version is so good and lets me play a game I love more often. Very well done! Highly recommend.

Fun game with different modes, particularly for the solo, casual player. Multiple daily challenges of different levels. The game itself has enough variety within easy basic rules to make replayable and the digital version adds to the ease of play.

Cascadia is a great game as it is challenging but also plays fairly quickly. You only get 20 turns, so you need to develop a strategy fairly quickly and then you need to make good choices with both terrain tiles and animal tokens. Animal placement gets you the most points, but terrain bonuses can't be ignored.

Awesome adaptation from the board. Very clean, great UI, great music, relaxing, just the right amount of strategy, just the right length of games. Can only speak to single play (or vs AI) - did not try multi.

Cascadia is a very enjoyable digital board game adaptations on Steam. It strikes a perfect balance between being calm and meditative, yet offering just enough strategic depth to keep you engaged. The digital version is surprisingly affordable compared to the physical game. Also It supports both local split-screen and online multiplayer, which makes it super versatile for playing with friends. Overall, it's a polished and thoughtful implementation—one that I can easily see myself sinking many hours into.

Cascadia is relaxing like a lobotomy, but without the unpleasant side effects, leaving a lingering feeling of total zen. Great tension relief at a price that won't stress your wallet.

Not only is this a flawless adaptation of a fantastic board game, but they've also added a ton of value with the solo scenarios, a variety of challenge modes, daily treks, and (of course) cross-platform online play. I believe you can use every variant mentioned in the physical game's rules, and then some. Cascadia is absolutely worth the full price, so don't feel guilty if you don't want to wait for a sale!

This version captures the quiet elegance of the original. The interface is clean, intuitive, and welcoming—ideal for both seasoned board gamers and newcomers. Drag-and-drop tile placement is smooth and satisfying, with subtle animations that give each move a tactile sense of completion. No need to shuffle habitat tokens or count up scoring patterns manually—the game handles all the bookkeeping for you, without ever getting in the way. Perhaps most importantly, this version preserves the soul of what makes the physical game so beloved. It’s not just about winning—it’s about crafting a harmonious landscape, watching patterns emerge, and appreciating the beauty of balance in nature. It’s contemplative, replayable, and quietly addictive. A graceful and meditative adaptation that turns a modern tabletop classic into a digital gem. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a curious first-timer, this is a must-play. Nature has never felt so wonderfully strategic.
