I like the game but please make it so the owner only interactables can also be accessed by 'joiners'. Like ship navigation. It really sucks that I cant progress without the host.

Great Co-Op game. Still early access but there is more than enough content to justify the price.

The essence and progression of Terraria on the axis of Stardew Valley. A good alternative to Core Keeper with less emphasis on survival and eat for the stat boost. Very adequate content right now for an early access title.

This feels like a love letter written to Terraria fans who also fantasize about the Final Fantasy airship if it were turned into a boat. It seems like just some basic open world crafting survival game on the surface, but then you start meeting and housing the wandering villagers, interacting with the deep levels of crafting with accessory combinations and forging affects, and getting to build a gorram pirate ship loaded with your base dripped out in furniture and worktables. There's a wide variety of bosses with interesting and unique mechanics, weapons, and drops. The world is dynamic - you're on an island with various biomes and underground tunnels, but you're also able to visit other places and even randomize your world's map. There's some grinding to do but nothing that disrespects your time or is generally unfun. What a gem of a game, really glad I gave the demo a spin - just make sure to create a new world save if you decide to purchase the game (don't use your demo save) or else you won't get achievements (or at least I didn't!).

This game plays very similarly to a top-down Terraria, all the while being its own thing in a way that doesn't leave it feeling like a game trying to copy Terraria. The gameplay is fun, the bosses are great so far (Baba Yaga is the most recent one I've beaten as of writing this), and having the Codex to give loot tables for enemy and boss drops once you've killed enough of each is so insanely helpful.

ilha do oceano

I'm in love with this game, the Devs really seem to care about a well rounded player experience, with so many cool updates on the way (very excited). It's a great mashup of Corekeeper, Stardew Valley, Terraria and some Kingdom Two Crowns multiplayer vibes thrown in there. Right off the bat, you need to explore, craft and survive, the mobs aren't forgiving and put up quite a challenge, especially early on when you're trying to figure things out and have zero idea what you're doing. Even thought it's only Early Access, there's so much to do while you wait for an update and the full release next year.

Plenty of stuff to do. Bad performance though; certainly needs more time in the oven, because a 2D game isn't supposed to run with low framerate and dropped frames in big 2025.

The style is very similar to Terra, but with a different perspective I hope developers continue to improve many new things.

I didn’t expect much when I first launched Tinkerlands, but man... this game absolutely hooked me 😍. If you're into survival-crafting games like Terraria or Core Keeper, you're gonna feel right at home, but this game still brings its own charm and identity 💎. 🌍 Exploration The world is procedurally generated and feels alive. Every biome has unique vibes, creatures, and surprises. Sometimes I catch myself just wandering around, enjoying the atmosphere 😌. 🛠️ Crafting & Building The crafting system is straightforward but satisfying. You start off with basic tools and resources, but as you progress, you can build full settlements and magical gear. Super rewarding to see your camp evolve over time 🔨✨. ⚔️ Combat & Magic The combat feels snappy and fun. I love how it mixes traditional weapons with cool magical abilities. Some of the boss fights genuinely surprised me challenging but fair. 🤝 Co-op Mode Played with a couple friends and it was an absolute blast. Working together to explore, build, and survive makes everything 10x more fun. This is definitely a game best enjoyed in co-op, but solo is just as chill. 🧪 Overall Tinkerlands is still in Early Access, but it's already packed with content and potential. The devs seem really passionate, and the roadmap looks 🔥. Highly recommend checking it out especially if you’re looking for a cozy but adventurous survival experience. ⭐ Rating: 9/10 – A little pixel world that stole my heart. (I’ll be watching this one closely 👀)

Rating at the time of writing the review -
3/5
The most important thing is that the game "freezes" every time a save is made, which is annoying. Put this in a separate process! But overall the game is not bad. The negative rating is solely due to the saves. There are also questions about the controls. 1. How to rotate an object (for example, a bed) horizontally? 2. You place a pickaxe in your right hand (R). How can you destroy placed objects? Anvil for example). Yes, you will need to change the hand of the instrument (take it in your left hand) 3. And some other little things. I hope this will be fixed in the future, because it is not very convenient to play now. In general, the controls in the game are not the most convenient, you need to get used to them. UPD: Some mobs (almost all) are impossible to dodge. Because their attacks are homing. Who even came up with the idea to make fishing so uninteresting? Overall, after some time I have to admit that the game is very raw and not worth the time spent on it.

Just 100% this and i gotta say games good in its current state. It has that Terraria and Necesse charm and while the same in some instances it is very much a different game. Had 1 crash the entire time and i was rocking a swarm potion and spamming arrows for about an hr. My one gripe was probably how some items like hooks(which also feels pointless) and lights should have there own section to equip. All in all game was very good i got it on sale and i 100% got my moneys worth. It was fun to do all the achieves and excited for its future updates.

Another banger of a game, it has bit of weird quirks like game freezes temporarily to save, or game freezes when someone joins, I guess they're growing pains as I call them in the indie world. The creator of the game should definitely hire more people to help them out with the game once the numbers grow as it will definitely be a lot for them to maintain the game. 9/10 game, TLDR: Terraria + Forager + Minecraft? baby

Its a pretty fun entry into the genre, sadly it crashes quite a bit, and usually that costs you 5-10ish minutes of gameplay. I'm near the end, but rage quitting over finishing a boss and the game crashing as its loot went down :)

A familiar formula done many times already, but that's cause people like it. If you already comepleted the better options (Necesse at the very least!) then Tinkerlands will have little to surprise you with. It's a decent take on the familiar, but that's about it. Also please fix multiplayer achievements T_T Can't believe that some can only be gotten by the host!

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Not exactly original and you can see where it takes it's inspiration from but is taking inspiration from great games a bad thing? What annoys me is the lack of penalties for death. Dying is literally a cheap way to fast travel home in this as you lose nothing. You won't care if your heat resistant potion runs out in the desert or freeze resistant potion is about to run out while in the snow as you know you will just spawn back at base with nothing lost but everything gained. Really takes any tension out of it. Overall, well worth the asking price and a lovely early access game with plenty of content.

Good game for the price, especially if you get it on sale. Has a lot of potential and is very fun at first. It gets stale with progression being almost the exact same every island/boss. Needs some adjustments and updates there but overall a decent game.

Fun and creative survival-crafter with great building mechanics. But some resources are way too hard to find — spent hours just looking for one item. Worth playing, but the grind gets real.

This game is amazing. It contains great bosses and cool weapons. The progression system is interesting and it's not that long to get bored of it. The graphic style is amazing, weapons look really good and clean. This game is especially fun with friends we had so much fun playing this game. Also if you are a Terraria fan, then you'll like this game even more. This game is heavily inspired by Terraria so if you are tired of playing Terraria this game will be like fresh air for you! Overall, i REALLY reccomend you buying this game, for it's price it's amazing.

This game surprised me. I was expecting a cheap Terraria knockoff. I got a combat, graphically, music, boss fights, mobs, npc and game play rich game. Its not a knock off. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend this to anyone especially if you liked Terraria. imitation the sincerest form of flattery, and the game copied the feeling of terraria in a whole different game. Thank you for the developers. PS, in multiplayer, make is so bosses drop loot bags for each member of the session.

HEAVILY inspired by Terraria, this game does all of the crafting and base building things right. At least, as much as you can for a top down open world sandbox like this. I went into this game blind and I recommend you do also, but 25 hours in and nowhere near completion, I must call out some pleasant surprises: - Tradeoffs with weapon/armor buffs instead of a linear progression - Boat travel to other islands - Cave systems with lots of difficult enemies - Biomes are modified and reused for more content - Manual boss spawning for materials/weapons mining - Nighttime is actually dark and difficult to traverse without lighting - Accessory combinations (closest thing to linear character progression) Again, much like Terraria, there is a ton for you to do and explore. More so than you would expect out of a top down game like this. My primary cons are mostly that some of the bosses and maps are still bugged, the progression and balancing still feels a bit off at times, and some visual issues. That being said, it's still early access, so I'm sure most of that will be fixed before full release.

It reminds me a lot of Terraria and Core keeper. The game from the trailer doesn't seems to be very original but once you start playing, it has lots of original content! For its current state and the price I would recommend. I'm surprised its not that popular, the game is very polished and controls feels great.

This game is really fun! If you like Terraria and/or Core Keeper you will enjoy this game! I recommend playing on the higher difficulty as I played on the standard and defeated every boss except 1 first try. While I played and enjoyed the game solo, its probably a better experience with 2-3 players (one person for each build). As this game has many of the positives Terraria and Core Keeper have, I will instead write what my complaints are after just finishing the game in its current state: -Normal difficulty is far too easy -Blacksmith reforging is WAY too expensive -chest drop rates seem to be broken (finished the game still missing half the accessories because chests gave me endless dupes) -I'm not a fan of the ship mechanics, its not a good feeling to explore, loot or even build on an island and lose it all because you had to re-roll the map. In my opinion the compass should be reworked to simply expand the map, adding more islands to it so that we can keep our already explored islands. -more villager quests would be nice -reduce ground clutter in particular biomes, many of the places you go in this game you'll be constantly getting stuck on random things scattered on the ground -adding another class would be nice (summoner or healer or rogue could all be interesting) -some areas in the game serve no purpose other than providing one ingredient for an obscure potion and feel like wasted space. Aside from these specific complaints, the game overall will benefit from more content (bosses, enemies, biomes/islands, items, weapons, and events) which I expect will be coming as the game receives more updates approaching full release.
This game is honestly amazing.
I really like that they included much needed QoL - such as quick stacking and crafting from containers. That's something I really look for in a game. The graphics are nice, there's good variety too, teleports, lots of crafting materials, and the game is pretty cheap. It's worth the bucks.

Got this on a recommendation from a friend, who was also waiting on Terraria 1.4.5. This is a fantastic "filler", for while we wait for it. It has so many quality of life features, solid combat, exploration, and crafting. Music is like Terraria, but its own thing too. Very few bugs so far, and I'm very hopeful for it's future.(It also has a lot of content, which would be a whole game for a lot of developers, but they still have more coming. Give a try, it's definitely worth it!

If they keep building on this they could have a game as epic as Teraria! I love this game, its like the afore mentioned but set up like Zelda instead of Mario Bros. I can see this being one of the best of all time so long as they stick with it and do ALOT more work. Even now its enjoyable but we will have to see. Worth picking up for sure.

This game needs some work: - world feels finite because nothing respawns - enemies respaws are inconsistent. took me few hours to kill 20 penguins to get 1 feather. - no explanation where to get potatoes, or how to plant, where are seeds, nothing. - drop RNG is very bad - no progression path. Currently stuck in Jungle, not seeing any ghost map to unlock.

This review is being written after getting 100% of the achievements and near 50 hours of playtime. there will most likely be more achievements added to the game later on due to it being early access! Spoilers are included!! TINKERLANDS is quite the neat little game! I enjoy the progression and gentle difficulty increase as you progress to every new biome and islands along with all the secret islands and bosses! this game truly feels Terraria-like imo. so many items, mobs, weapons, armors, and MORE. Even when i was doing the final grindy achievements i was finding more weapons, armors, and accessories on islands i had thought i already found everything there was to find! Im already excited to see the possible hundreds or even thousands of more items thatll be added to the game with future updates! The other systems in game like NPC housing, cooking, and fishing minigames are also a joy to have! Every survival crafter should have these things imo. They breathe life into the game honestly Achievements wise everything seems fair. the hardest ones being the accessory grind achievements and the LEGENDARY BLAZON achievement... for the love of god COLLECT AS MANY PLANTS, MUSHROOMS, AND MOB DROPS AS POSSIBLE... youre gonna need them for the Blazon.. this is one of my shorter reviews but Tinkerlands isnt exactly a LONG game (till future updates do that) but its still an extremely fun game and i enjoyed it the whole way through. i hope whoever reads this enjoys it as well!

The settings dont work. The setting sliders do not work. They used to work. I had audio set to 70%. But now they don't. Don't know why. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Clicked everything. Scroll wheel. Arrow keys. Page up page down. Oh, one of my clicks increased it to 120%, so that was cool. Cannot turn anything down though. I can't even play the game because it's so fuckin loud. How the fuck do settings go from working to not working. Figure it out.
